The sunroom itself, which is where we put the door on, it makes it still noisy. I am sure it's the expansion of the roof. It's hard to recommend anybody. You can't do yoga, eat breakfast or anything. It's been two years, how long will it take for it to settle? I paid $30,000 for this room and it is still nosy.
The windows were great. The doors were not as nice as the windows.
They did a fantastic job, they were quick, and I was surprised they installed the windows that fast.

The sales and initiating process was good. But that was where it ended.
I am not likely to recommend Champion Windows of Oklahoma City because the installation was great, but the channels I had to go through to set up the process was horrible. I went through Green Sky to set up my financing and then Champion Windows lost my paperwork. So, two days before installation, I was informed that the financing paperwork hadn't gotten through.
The crew was extremely professional, polite and did a great job with the installation. They left everything clean at the end of the project.
You may use our house as an example of the kind of product your company puts out. I would not want anyone to have to wait as long as we did to get their job completed. So no recommendations at this time.
No I would not. When you have to call area manager twice to get work started you have a problem.
Two men got all of our windows installed in less than 5 hours. They cleaned up their mess, and did a wonderful job.
I am very happy with the windows. My installers, on the other hand, left glass all over my house, and all over my yard.

Windows are ok, but not as sturdy as I had hoped. They open & close easily. Seem to filter out some heat, but not so much the cold. There were several problems with post installation issues that took 2 months to resolve. Customer service seems to be somewhat of a problem. The service manager was very knowledgable and helpful, but he is quite busy and a little dificult to contact. We ordered wood-grain interior paint and while we are pleased with the apperance, the paint seems to be quite fragile and it chips easily.
They were very informative, they brought demos into the house, they were courteous, kind, and prompt. Everything went in well, and they were eager to answer questions. They cleaned after themselves and were very nice.
The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He did not press us into buying more than we wanted. The installation crew was very nice and efficient. The windows seem to be good so far. It has only been a month.
