The workers did a fantastic job.
I just don't think I can with the price being what it was and those plug in boxes and the light switch looking out at me. I'm sorry.
I have had an extremely poor experience from A to Z. The doors were NOT properly installed. First crew left a big mess and when I asked them to clean up, they made me feel like I was asking for too much. Every time I walk by the doors, I shudder with cold because they have not been properly sealed.
I was very satisfied with the whole operation from sales to completion
I was disappointed that they took out the old window and just inserted the new one in the existing frame. I was not told about that.
They made it mostly right in the end. It will end up being a nice space, but the process to get there was not fun, and I would likely go with a custom builder if I ever did it again.
Champion windows could improve by making sure the salesperson and the installers are on the same page.
The company is very good, reliable, and has good workmanship. But the salesman did not represent the company well.
We are very satisfied with everything.
The install crew was the biggest issue. The windows, minus one were good. We had to have one replaced due to a defect in the glass.Nails, old caulk, and debris was left inside and out of the house. There is caulking, new caulk smeared on the bricks outside the windows. Some of the windows were installed improperly and we called champion. They sent back the same guys, 3rd party crew and they had an attitude and the work still doesn't seem right. I ended up caulking the windows, or smoothing out all the rough and ugly caulking jobs. The foam that is to be a barrier around the window wasn't installed completely and I was argued with, even though every installation instruction says the foam is the barrier and needs to fill the gap between the window and the house. The installation experiance will prevent me from ordering from Champion for the rest of the house.
Our electricity bills have doubled since these were installed and we continuously have moisture build up on several windows (and no we don't have a moisture problem in our house) we never had this issue with our almost 30 year windows which we should of kept, they came out after installation and found a few issues that they supposedly fixed but the issue is still there, these windows were not cheap and I am very displeased.
While the windows do look great, we had a multifacet job performed and the thought the value in gong with the company like Champion would be easy, stressfree, and completely managed by them. You dont get what you pay for in that regard but the windows are beautiful.
I have had Champion Windows for 20 years. I have had a few replaced over that time, and they have always done well. I plan to stay here, but if I ever bought new windows, they would be Champion.
The material was excellent quality, they called before they came and were on time, friendly and polite. There was no goofing off they were professional and it was an overall good experience.
This is the home owner not Martin Ragland
Work took three times longer to complete than promised, and they were very poor at sharing their information or returning calls.
The windows are top quality. The Blexar construction crew is AWESOME and we would request them again.
I was pleased with them, they did a good job!
I already have recommended Champion Windows of Nashville to a friend.
A small bump at first but as there was some miscommunication about a window but they worked everything out and it was smooth sailing. The crew did a fabulous job and were humorous. They cleaned up after themselves and managed to get all 12 windows in with out destroying my flower beds.
This is because of the difficulty we had with communication and timeliness.
I'm enjoying the work I received from The Champion Windows of Nashville.
Poor customer satisfaction Champion Windows Nashville
We are very happy with the product.
Nice windows, good quality.
I would highly recommend Champion Windows to anyone, we have already seen a difference with our electric bill and we expect to save as much as we spent on the windows.
Several years ago we purchased a large amount of windows for the upper level or our home. Everything was perfect, timely and completed as promised. In April of this year we order three small windows to complete all the windows of the house. No one followed to let us know what was going on, we called sales on three separate occasions, finally we were told by Mr Charles someone came out and measured while we were out. When the windows came in they were the wrong size. I felt sorry for the install team, they were terribly embarrassed and assured us they would address the problem when they took the windows back. I feel they did when the replacement windows were ordered no one called to let us know when to expect them finally after waiting about a month we called and the person said they just came in this morning. Imagine that, the install was scheduled and the installer was on time professional and very thorough of completing and cleaning up after his job. Your on site installers are very thorough and professional.
I love my new windows. I can see and feel a big diffrence. It has improved the look of my home,no longer embarrassed when I sit on patio area.
These windows are fabulous! The folks who came and installed them were SUPER FAST!!! They cleaned up EVREYTHING!!!! I felt awful when they stirred up a wasp nest, but it didn't phase them at all! My husband ran out with a can of wasp killer and they were right back to work in minutes! Job went smoothly and quickly and BEAUTIFULLY.
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. I was promised a short turn around date for my product that turned into 2 months of waiting. They were suppose to come and measure within 2 days of my purchase they got here 3 weeks later. ZERO communication from the Nashville office and you have to call corporate and they get someone an email and you may or may not get a call back. NOT COOL it was a nightmare. Never once did I get a call offering me anything to try and correct this big mess. I don't think they care what the customer thinks, once the windows are done they are gone and you never hear from them again.
So glad we went with them for our windows! They did an amazing job!
Would not recommend. No one answers the phone at the office. Calls rarely returned. Numerous messages went unanswered. Timelines promised were way off and the communication was horrendous. Even had to call the corporate office a few times to find out how to get someone to respond. I’ve never had such a poor experience with company response like I had with Champion. The company seemed very unorganized and they don’t even communicate with themselves.
I’m very upset with the Nashville office they never got back to me no one talked to me but the people in Ohio and they took my name and number 5 or 6 times no one called me back this went on for almost two weeks. Then someone from the Corporate Office called me after I said I was going too the news media to get me to get a call back 15 mins got a call from the district manger said he just was told of the problem he has taken care of the problem so far.
Product is great
When it takes 4 months to do what should have been done in less than 4 weeks, I would not recommend Champion to anyone.
Really pleased with the professionalism of the employees and the quality and ease of the product.
I was very happy with installation people. They were professional, quick, and clean. It was great. They were good people to talk with. We were very happy with them.
The installers Jason and Matthew were very professional and very knowledgeable. They did an awesome job.
We are still waiting for our job to be completed.
I very much appreciate the Veteran's Discount.
They did a really great job. If I had any questions the installers would always answer them for me.
They need help.
I feel they are the best as far as warranty and the future use of the windows.
I don't know how likely I am to recommend them. If someone asks me who did it, I would tell them, but I wouldn't offer that recommendation.
Your employees are not only extremely knowledgeable they are also great salesmen for your organization. As they always work to give more than your customers should expect.
Their service is outstanding.
Working with Champion was LONG process. I ordered my windows in July from Ian, and was told by the install professional that the window we ordered for the basement broke a fire code. I wasn't too upset, rather pleased it was caught before anything was done--at this time, we re-measured the windows again and I actually included another window because I was pleased with how they responded. This is when it went down hill--in total, I had my windows measured 4 times--and when they arrived NONE OF THEM FIT. And two of the windows were not frosted like they were ordered. I was very frustrated and the manager at the time, Eric, was completely unreliable, unapologetic and rude. I asked to get out of my contract, since this was pure incompetence and I was told I could not. Not willing to give Champion my money without my windows, I stuck it out. Over a month later (We are in November now--from ordering the windows in July)--I call to check on the windows to find out Eric had been fired. THIS is where things got good. I worked with Charles, the acting manager, who was very professional and listened to my needs. Tony, the install manager came out and assisted with the install himself. His crew was fantastic and worked very hard to give me exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with my windows now. 2 months ago, I would NEVER recommend Champion--with this nest change in management, I may consider using them for the rest of my house. My rating will remain a 3 however, as it appears this company can be easily rocked with the wrong leadership.
We ended up with a decent new door but the company took over 5 months to get our order done... Mistakes every step of the process. Were notified we had to have our contract re-done after 3 months of waiting for the scheduling of the install, so were back to square one at that point, and then had to wait again for the door to be ordered and the job scheduled. This was after we had paid them $2300 with the initial contract. It was incredibly stressful. Wouldn't recommend Champion right now... Two stars is a generous rating. Was told by their office and others that the company has many new personnel, as if that were a good excuse for the inadequate service, and it's clear they just don't have their act together. Maybe in another year or so they'll be a better company, I hope so. During the process, no one even said they were sorry things went badly for us.
We caught them at the wrong time, massive transitions going on. Seemed to be problems when he wrote on window form instead of door form. I was called 2-3 weeks longer than expected to redo the contract. My wife was here for the installation of the screen door which they said was faulty. About 4 months went by and I was contacted that we hadn't paid the balance. I thought they had taken the balance. They came back to do the screen door. Came over and I am happy with the product, warrantees. previous experience with Champion.
I purchased a window on Aug 1, 2017. I was told the turn around time was running 6 - 8 weeks. After 10 weeks had passed, with no word from Champion (zero - nothing), I called to inquire about the window. The people I talked to were not very helpful. I finally found out that my window was there - had been there for 'a few days'. So a time was scheduled for installation - almost 12 weeks! The window was not even the right size. So they had to re-order the window. Four weeks later, I finally get my new window - which I love. I asked the division manager to knock some off the price, since it had taken from August 1st till November 10 - OVER THREE MONTHS - to get my window. He knocked off about 5.5% from the cost of the window. Needless to say, I was incensed. Rather than argue about it, I just wrote the check. Glad to be done with Champion! Never again! Live and learn!
