Good quality, maintenance free and very sturdy construction.

The time it took to schedule the work to be done was great. Work was done in the allotted amount of time and was done with exceptional cleanup of the work area The workers, Egor and the other man ( I do not know his namd) were very professional, polite and cleaned up the area very well.

Poor unorganized communication with corporate, installer was not very welcoming, barely spoke or explained things, then broke off shutter to window, and caused minor inconveniences with patio screen door that created more of a game with 3 different techs to come out and correct.
Speaking with the sales reps for in home consult and Eric after in home consult were much more pleasant and easier to speak with as Eric made corrections much faster than corporate. Overall experience was a let down after hearing such good things and to spend thousands of dollars to be worried that I’m being a hassle for calling so much with issues, after a careless installation is an uneasy feeling.
I want to say I love my new windows, but am constantly worried of what else will go wrong?

You had a program buy two get two free. Well these two stationary small windows ended up costing $7,000 dollars by no means i it was a good deal. I was distracted by my grandchildren and absolutely regret my decision.

Tell customers that they are responsible for doing the finishing work, after the door is installed. Eg, painting trim, fixing nail holes and painting etc. It’s not included, which seems ridiculous.

They had everything with them and were well prepared.

Our window installer was absolutely GREAT!! Very thorough and efficient. Love our windows and the job was done and very well cleaned up after installation.
