No problem, great workers

Neighbors love the install as much as we do! A plus company!! We will be coming back to have some windows replaced.The room installed is beautiful!!!

I have to say that I am very satisfied with how the windows turned out overall. A big shout out to Yucii and his uncle for doing the majority of windows throughout the house. He was very professional from the start and can say that anyone would be lucky to have him and his uncle for installing windows.

The installers were excellent, windows were made well and looked great.

We already had champion windows

We had a demo project on our property. The process was pretty simple and was completed in 2 days. However, the demo crew left a bunch of nails in our driveway and broken glass in our lawn which posed a threat to our vehicles and pets.

Screw up from day one name and address wrong. I had to call to get the measure started when he came he wanted money. We owed nothing took them weeks to order the as soon as ordered wanted more money was disappointed from all the half truths and runarounds with staffing issues from Milwaukee

The final appearance of the seams look very unprofessional outside. Not real happy about that.

Our account was overcharged by $600.00
and our window was supposed to have a full screen. It came with only a half screen (Which we are still waiting for)

Experience was good

Did not use black for my door seal and stopped responding to my requests to install it.

Poor install, called 3 times and still waiting for a call from the local office/ install manager for four weeks. I make contact one a week.

I was going to complete this survey when the job was complete, but the windows were installed on October 30, and we're still waiting for them to fix an ugly bolt hanging from the bottom of one.

First they ordered the wrong material and had installed part of one wall with the wrong color.
