Two of the windows are missing pieces!

The price was reasonable and seems like some really good quality for the price. We've noticed a difference in helping to keep the room cooler on hot summer days.

Champion Windows of Milwaukee was quick to follow up and respond. They were quick to schedule. Overall, it was a very professional job.

The Champion team communicated with us at every step of the project: factory completion, arrival at local warehouse, confirming installation date.

We never had to contact them to learn the status of the project.

Installation was not good, had to have someone come back out and they have been there 5 times and it is still not correct. I have already told friends that were looking for windows, Do Not Use Champion!

I have had some bad run-ins. The installation guy was wonderful. He did a fabulous job. Unbelievably hard worker. Crispen, the salesman, I loved him. He is the one that finally got my bow window replaced. Nobody else would listen to me. I am kind of torn. I know I am probably not going to say they are the best windows, they are good windows and I love the guarantee, but I have had some really crappy service from them. I am thinking they are working things out because it was a much nicer go-around this time.

I would recommend they get an estimate for sure.

Champion has a Lifetime Warranty and this is one of the main reasons we went with them when we originally replaced all our windows in our home 20 years ago. I will say that that installation crew was unprofessional and not knowledgeable about installation..I did write many letters to Champion regarding this. Now 20 years later this installation crew was professional and knowledgeable on how to install our new windows.

Over the years, we have purchased our windows and now siding from Champion. Have been very happy with the outcome of both projects.

The quality of the product is good, but the service could be slightly better.

Cheap quality

I would recommend with reservations. I have had 2 window installations in the last few years and my first experience was first class all the way. My latest experience shows me a couple of things have slipped a bit, specifically in the installation part of the experience.

Windows done well, but workers were not considerate about customers home. No drop clothes, left our window sill with many ruts, and scratches. No vacuum, so we had to do the clean up.

I am very satisfied with them.

I would never recommend Champion Windows. Champion Windows came to our home and installed windows upstairs, and they were expensive. They dented steel siding. They did not finish cleaning the windows off and there were scuff marks on them. I highly recommend you don't use Champion Windows.

The materials applied to our home did not match what was promised per our contract. We were charged for materials that were then taken from our home and we were not credited.

My windows came in way early, which I loved. Their customer service has been impeccable for the entire project, every step of the way.

The salesman was nice and knowledgeable, the project manager was friendly and knowledgeable but had issues with the install people. Still waiting for them to fix somethings

Their windows seemed to be pretty good, but their delivery was way, way late. I waited months beyond the time the windows were promised.

Our windows were so dirty once the crew left. Scuff marks and dried glue left all over the vinyl. One clip came off when my wife and I opened the windows. My original windows looked cleaner than the new ones. They started the job great, but didn’t finish and pay attention to detail.

Had to wait almost 1and 1/2 years for doors

The first time we got windows from Champion Windows of Milwaukee, everything was perfect and beautiful. This time we have had some problems. They have to replace some of the glass. We recommended them to our neighbors. They got 9 windows from them. There were some glitches, but for the most part, they were happy.

I have been waiting since February for my replacement windows

Installers did an excellent job on the window installation. However, they did not have the proper equipment to access the window installation area and this resulted in damage to our Yew bushes in front of the windows. No apology or compensation was offered for this damage, and the area is now rather unsightly.

The salesperson was very professional but sold me 2 less windows than what I needed. The windows arrived way sooner than expected so that was a plus. I was mostly displeased with the installation. The installers themselves were friendly but they stained my white windows with whatever bright yellow-orange material they use during installation. As time goes by, which has been only 2 months, I’m finding more and more stains and missing screws on the locks. I get that accidents happen but this is more along the lines of laziness and carelessness

Since having my windows installed I have learned first hand Champion does NOT stand behind their guarantee. We have one window with issues and instead of fixing it they are dicking us around. I will not use them again when we get ready to do the balance of our windows. Shame cause their sales guy Steven was great. We spent a lot of money on our 10 windows and I wont buy from them again.

We were very pleased with everyone from Champion! From the initial visit when signing up for the sun room to the guys who came out and constructed it for us.

The pandemic delayed the construction, BUT the communication between Champion and us was poor to say the least. We had to make repeated calls to find out the status of our start date and the permits. As of date, we still have not had the final electrical inspection.

Trying to resolve order error.

Third party installers made a mess and scratched up the window frames.

The entire process of working with Champion far exceeded my expectations. Reviewed my requirements with many potential sources, but Champion’s way of doing business came out on top based on their product quality, listening to a customer’s needs and expectations, their attention to details and offered a fair / reasonable price.

They did a great job getting everything installed on the same day.

Exceptional workmanship. The crew was professional and did a great job.

There is currently no one that I can think of who needs Champion services. However we have had a sunroom built by them and a front door ordered from and installed by them. We were very satisfied by both jobs and would certainly recommend them if the situation comes up.
