I love the windows; I wish I would have gotten them sooner.
I believe the service and the quality were excellent.
Crew arrived 2.5 hours early; left mid morning while I was briefly away and didn't come back until next day. Siding materials were not delivered on first day while crew was here; crew comprised of four guys took from Monday to the next Monday to install siding on 1st story of house. A couple of days they didn't show up at all; once or twice worked a half day. They left collateral damage to exterior window frames which they said was my responsibility to repair at my expense; tore out a row of plants on one side of the house but denied any responsibility for it. Initial complaint to customer service after first day was "read your contract". Complaints addressed adequately but not completely after job completed. No explanation as to crew's early arrival, late delivery of materials, crew's irregular work hours. I'm guessing Champion now hires outside contractors to do the installations. I further suspect the crews book multiple jobs every day and travel from one work site to another instead of sticking to one job at a time until completion. Of course the crew and Champion denied this.
Windows are nice, but the instal took 3 weeks, when it was only supposed to be 2 days. Called to speak to a manager and of course did not got a return phone call. Pretty much only care about getting your money and not how the customer feels. The window prices are not cheap and customer service would have been nice.
Every person in the process was professional and very good in their role. The quality of the windows is excellent and the sound issues and draft problems have been solved.
Have spoken to many people and neighbors have conmented on the look of the house that would be enough recommendation for Champion
I was very pleased from the salesman to the quality of the installation of my new windows. Everyone who contacted me from Champion Windows was very pleasant and professional.
It was not a good experience at all.
I would just say the quality wasn't what I expected and the installation too, they tried to recognize the problem.
We were very clear at the time we purchased the windows, because of COVID, that anyone who came to install them had to wear a mask. The person who came to install the windows, when he was ready to come in, was told he had to put on a mask. He refused. He stated he told Champion he would never and wear a mask. The man did not, then took our windows we paid for and left. We had to go through the issue of calling the company, which a delayed our installed because he did not put on a mask.
had no problems with old gutters, wife wanted another color as we are going to paint the house, since installation, 3 times had repairs done to them, still not correct, and now i have water pouring from the back, and the end caps of the gutters, had nothing like this with previous gutters, for my piece of mind a waste of over 5,700. 2 times in the past week, massive rain, and massive leaks all over, definately not pleased!!!!!!!!
I feel like they didn't keep their word with the terms and agreements that we made when I signed the initial contract. They were supposed to be done with the project in September 2020, but they didn't get to it until June 2021. Then, when they finally did the project, they contracted out all the work. So, what I so what I thought I was purchasing, I didn't get in the final product.
If I see a Champion vehicle in a neighbor's driveway, I will be talking with them.
It's not the quality of the window. It is the quality of getting the order straight and the measuring.
There were issues along the way and the problems I had did not get resolved.
I left a Google review that summarizes my awful experience with your company.
The service was excellent start to finish and the installation was so good.
The windows were fantastic and well crafted, but the installers did not do a good job.
Years ago, Champion Windows would come right out and it was clean and done properly. Now it's taken over a year to get my problem solves.
Will not recommend to anyone. The stress of this project was not worth the hassle. We were assured Champion was local. Milwaukee isn’t.
Champion Windows Customer Service has been absolutely dismal. It took us over 8 months to get our windows installed and, when I called, I could never get ahold of anyone. I left AT LEAST a dozen voice mail messages and nobody ever responded to them. The only way I could get anyone to pay attention to my needs is to post negative comments on their website and on Yelp. After months of trying to get ahold of them someone finally called me after I left negative comments about the company. Even then, they never offered any compensation for treating us like crap and the only thing they offered was to install the windows. That's it. Nothing else. The ONLY reason we went forward with the project was the increasing price of lumber and other building materials. We didn't want to pay another %30 for the same work from another company and we wanted to just get the freaking project done. That's the ONLY reason we went forward with the project. What crap company. I'm NEVER using them again...EVER!
I would never recommend Champion of Milwaukee to anyone, it has been over 10 months since we signed our contract for a new picture window and we have had installation crews out at least 4 times and still do not have a satisfactory finished product installed. The customer service department is non-existent and won't return any communications.
I will not be recommending Champion Windows to anyone.
