Windows are as promised, high quality, attractive and installation nicely done as promised.

Signed contract in June 2025, August they came to install door, new door was the wrong size and was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks to get new door. They reordered the door and they finally came November 17th to install door and they had the incorrect molding for the door. I was told correct molding would be delivered to Champion that same week. They finally came and installed it December 17th. During this process, no one called me to give updates - I had to call them each time. This “custom” door was too expensive for the poor customer service received.

I had a problem with one window - bottom part of window would not lock because the holes were not in correct place. It was supposed to be ordered back in June. I paid and my son checked windows and saw error. I went on and did more with your company and did windows on porch. Still no window. Hard to get anyone on phone. Finally last week someone called and left message and I left message and not heard back. I do not like having to pay all the money on the day windows installed due to this -- i feel sure if I owed you money this would have been resolved sooner.

Well installers weren't what I expected. Last install from champion workers had shirts not tank tops. Also didn't have multi color hair. Was told if I wanted I could keep my old windows. They were destroyed beyond use.

Quick response to initial request. The entire process was extremely easy and done efficiently. Upon receipt of our windows from the factory we were immediately notified and put on the schedule for the following day.

They arrived early and I appreciated that. Jesse was professional and explained what was happening and then went to business with installation. The windows look great. He then showed me how they worked and was gone.
