The installers kept us informed every step of the way. They were always on time and cleaned every day before they left. I highly recommend.

I do like the look of the windows; however, thermal quality and street noise is not what I expected.

Well installers weren't what I expected. Last install from champion workers had shirts not tank tops. Also didn't have multi color hair. Was told if I wanted I could keep my old windows. They were destroyed beyond use.

Prices can be too high sometimes

So far, we are pleased with our experience with Champion.

Quick response to initial request. The entire process was extremely easy and done efficiently. Upon receipt of our windows from the factory we were immediately notified and put on the schedule for the following day.

They arrived early and I appreciated that. Jesse was professional and explained what was happening and then went to business with installation. The windows look great. He then showed me how they worked and was gone.

The salesman who came to the house was very professional and also personable. We had great conversations. Did his job and was an enjoyment to talk to. The two gentleman that came to do the work were great. Juan and Max Ponce from Atlanta were everything you’d want. They worked hard and were willing to do anything we needed. They said they were here to serve us. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with them. I would recommend the company and these two individuals to do anyone’s work.

I would recommend , because I love my windows so much. I would just have to be honest and tell them that It’s going to be a costly project. I was planning to replace all my windows but due to the unexpected high cost of it, I was unable to do so. Maybe one day.

I have already shared with others that the quality of the product is excellent. The windows are beautiful and greatly improve the look of the house. The Champion Windows salesman and installers are professional and quick to reply to questions.

Salesman Made promises that were not kept final approval was made by the salesman not me the customer.

Install was good except we realized our security sensor was removed and not replaced. The installer should have communicated to us and asked if we would like to keep the sensor. While we acknowledge it is not his position to be a security specialist, he did not say anything to us about it. The next day we realized all the glass had glue or caulk all over it. This was VERY difficult to clean. It is not unreasonable to expect a clean product when spending thousands of dollars on a door. This was disappointing and frustrating. We paid for rain glass for privacy but the outer pane is clear glass. This was NOT explained to us prior to purchase.

I have recommended CW, but my continuing to do so depends on how promptly the cracked window is replaced. I realize it could take up to 3 months to get here.

They didn't finish the job yet was calling it complete if I hadn't mention about wrapping up the exterior wood portion casing around window.

I’m undecided on this until our sliding glass door is corrected. The one sent opened from the wrong side and another had to be ordered. 12-14 week delivery??? Seems should be expedited. 🤨
Also, one window missing a screen!

You have not completed installation that began in April. One window arrived damaged and has yet to be replaced.

The crew was very professional and courteous and met or exceeded all my expectations.

It worked for what I needed. Less than impressed with the local operations group. Salesperson was good.

I will definitely recommend Champion. From the time we had our demo to the time our installer was putting the finishing touches on the last screen in our sunroom we were confident we made the right decision going with Champion.

Great experience from beginning to end.

The sales presentation was very informative and used lots of props designed to showcase the product. The product installation was early and this large project was completed in 5 hours. Impressive.

We had a great experience from beginning to end for the most part. The arrival time had a bump, but nothing major. Installation was great, even for one person to do nine windows. Heat wave was a challenge but he stayed focused and driven to stay professional and finished in one day.

Everyone has been friendly but I have found several problems since they have been installed.

They would be my lowest recommendation due to the pricing and timeframe. Other than that, everything was good.

I cant recommend someone whose installation team youu would have to check behind. By check behind I mean, take off the flashing before its secured and find rotten wood that is being covered up.
