Salesman lied about product offerings and worst customer service ever.
They did a great job. The windows are perfect. One window has been cracked since three days after the the installation. I've called and the lady said that it would be eight weeks.
I'm very embarrassed to tell people how much I had to pay for these windows. I love my windows and the whole experience of installation was very smooth but I feel I paid too much. They don't explain how they come up with the initial price, which is huge and then they act like they can give you all these deals to bring the price down. Then they pressure you to make your mind up right away or the price goes up once they leave your house. Why do you have to put pressure on people if you truly believe you have a superior product. They said if I was flexible with my installation dates that would bring the price down but when they called me to schedule they asked me when I would like to have it installed. They also said they would put a sign in my yard stating the Champion Windows was doing my installation. Which made sense they would want to advertise to my neighbors. They never put a sign in my yard. Makes me think they probably new I paid too much. I'll see if my electric bill in the summer is drastically lower, maybe I'll feel better about the price tag then.
Sales rep was able to convince us that Champion could provide the windows we needed. It was a little above our budget but new it would pay off in the long run to get these better windows. The Installation Team showed early and tackled two complicated replacements as the half moon windows above each were not being replaced. They pressed through the complications and did an excellent job with the installations. And they left the areas, inside and out, cleaned up very well. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for a better job to be done.

If I had to rate you I would give you a C+ or B- and not because of the window quality but for the typical customer service that has become the standard today. I also can’t really complain about the process of dealing with removing and replacing things in a 20 year old house and that went very smoothly. My problems deal with being the last of a Friday and the previous job not being completed so they had to finish that first. The guy came by about 8:30am to drop off the truck and to say he had to run to a job about 45 minutes away first and he should be back around 12:30-1:00pm. I said fine, “Just give us a call if it runs late.” I understand folks not having a dime and being able to find a phone booth, they are scarce so they showed up late with no call. Once there they were full speed, and it was a good thing I had removed all the drapes and shutters including the holding hardware because it would have slowed them down, something someone could have mentioned as an important step before the workers show. As I said they did a good job of getting windows in and out with minimal damage (a scrape on a new wall was left with no explanation) and they were gone. I mean as fast as they could move run with a quick sweep around some of the windows for shavings and bits and pieces dropped. After they left I pulled off stickers and vacuumed out sills filled with shavings and pieces. I cleaned the handprints off all of them as well. As I said, not great, but they got the job done. If asked by people I will tell them good windows, typical service that you get today.
They good quality, good service, if I had a problem they sent someone out to immediately took care of it.
Everything was good. I am very pleased with the windows and the professionalism. The salesperson that came out said to let him know if I saw anything that needed to be corrected and not to hesitate to call him. I am about to have them come back out to correct a few things that I have noticed. His professionalism was outstanding.
The work crew went above and beyond to make things absolutely perfect.
We still have ongoing issues that haven't been resolved and this is the second time we spoke to them about it. This is interfering with my work schedule and it's frustrating. They asked for the payment and it was paid in full. But the work wasn't done correctly and I can't move onto the next project until it's done. It's the materials we are having problems with.

Brandon, the sales person, was very polite and I never felt pressured to make the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the sliding glass doors and the installation process. Chase and Sergio, the installation team, were wonderful. They were so polite, professional, and clean. I was very impressed. The work they did was impeccable. I would recommend Champion Windows to everyone.
