My salesperson Kenneth was very professional and came up with an excellent, economical solution to my replacement window needs. I noticed an immediate difference in the temperature of my room after they were installed, it's very comfortable now!

The windows are wonderful, it was just getting the windows that was the problem, and still we have a window that wasn't in right. it was just a big mess. and we still; have silicone marks around the window, just sloppy work.

They said they would be completed in 16 or 17 weeks. It took more than six months. They did not price the gutters and siding as I requested. They called and asked for an increase in the price of the contract by at least 50% that had nothing to do with the fact that they did not price what I requested. They were not willing to honor the contract. When the second contract was finally delivered for installation, the entire assembly of my front door was to be white. It wasn’t. There are two pieces that are tan. One on each side of the door. The two ladies I dealt with to get the contract for the front door completed did a wonderful job. The two men who handled the installation also did a wonderful job. My major problem is what I had to go through to get the job completed in the first place. When you sign a contract you should honor said contract. How would this company feel if I refused to honor my side of the contract?
Once the actual wok was ready to begin, things went really well! I just felt very insecure for some time in that interval between actually signing the contract and the work actually beginning. I had tried to communicate with Champion and was mainly connected to the home office. I had tried letters, certified letters with green cards, telephone calls, and texts that went to my salesperson's old cell number. Communication is not Champion's strong suit in my book- at least until the job gets really ready to go and then is completed! Were a friend to ask me about Champion, I would make this known to that friend as well as my end satisfaction and indeed enjoyment of the actual completed work!
The service was good but the beginning was a bit rough.
The installer was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was able to get all 23 windows by himself.
Our last order/transactions with Champion have been a disaster. We ordered in Feb 2021 & still awaiting completion with ordered items. Also, warrantied items (2) are still pending!
Salesman lied about product offerings and worst customer service ever.
They did a great job. The windows are perfect. One window has been cracked since three days after the the installation. I've called and the lady said that it would be eight weeks.
I'm very embarrassed to tell people how much I had to pay for these windows. I love my windows and the whole experience of installation was very smooth but I feel I paid too much. They don't explain how they come up with the initial price, which is huge and then they act like they can give you all these deals to bring the price down. Then they pressure you to make your mind up right away or the price goes up once they leave your house. Why do you have to put pressure on people if you truly believe you have a superior product. They said if I was flexible with my installation dates that would bring the price down but when they called me to schedule they asked me when I would like to have it installed. They also said they would put a sign in my yard stating the Champion Windows was doing my installation. Which made sense they would want to advertise to my neighbors. They never put a sign in my yard. Makes me think they probably new I paid too much. I'll see if my electric bill in the summer is drastically lower, maybe I'll feel better about the price tag then.
Sales rep was able to convince us that Champion could provide the windows we needed. It was a little above our budget but new it would pay off in the long run to get these better windows. The Installation Team showed early and tackled two complicated replacements as the half moon windows above each were not being replaced. They pressed through the complications and did an excellent job with the installations. And they left the areas, inside and out, cleaned up very well. Everything was done to our satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for a better job to be done.
