Bad experience with workmen ship window were made wrong. Grids have to be replaced one window was cut wrong. Over I inch short, only to be filled with puddy Not happy with the amount we had been charged. Gerald. Trinkle
I thought Champion Windows did a great job for a good price. We love our new screened-in porch and patio and would definitely recommend them!
Entirely too expensive. Twice the price of reputable competitors.
I have yet to receive the door I ordered 5 months ago. The windows are great, but I guess if you enjoy waiting months on end while having to make payments on a product you don’t even have only to find out it’s damaged and has to be returned…then, sure—call Champion!
Champion has great customer service...
The Installation went very good good quality service all the way.
Out of 8 windows 2 need to be replaced. 1) wrong glass for bathroom window. Clearly stated rain glass. It was not.
2) Front living room window arrived cracked completely across. The installed it anyway and TAPPED the crack. Now a 5 week wait for replacement.
They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I enjoyed them doing my work.
very pleased with my experience and every person involved was so nice and courteouse and I appreciate their time and professionalism. Thank you to all.
They were a pleasure to work with and would use them again anytime I need these services.
Windows came in early, the installation went well, despite a few minor issues.
I am very dissatisfied with the communication, sales, and service departments. The technicians were great, but I had issues with everyone else. I would not recommend them.
All and all good experience
Just the best quality and service, period
From start to finish everyone was very professional.
Good company. Good people. Good product.
We reached out after the installation about some issues, and we have not heard back
Champion Windows provided good service and good-quality products, and it was done on time.
Champion Windows of Louisville provided excellent service.
They're beautiful, exactly what I wanted and expected.
The guy came out to give me prices on the windows instead of contacting me to let me know what they were doing. They ran it through where I would have to pay interest on them. Do not go through them because they don't get back to you and let you know what they're doing with the interest.
Champion Windows of Louisville did a good job. They were professional, cleaned up, and it is nice.
I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH CHAMPION ON OTHER PROJECTS OVER 20 YEARS. THE FOLLOW UP IS AMAZING. THEY TRULY MEAN LIFETIME GUARANTEED. IAM RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY.
I was told by the salesmen that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for my windows and doors to be installed. That was on 9/14/2022. It is now 1/26/2023 and I still don't have my doors, and my windows were just installed on 1/6/2023.
They were very professional and on time. They provide high quality products.
The individuals who appeared were courteous and efficient, in and out quickly, and did a good job.
My windows in the basement they were so horrible, and since I've got my new windows in the basement I can't put my curtains up because the windows are so nice. I like looking at my windows.
Their customer service was very good.
waiting period for service
I would recommend Champion to any one looking to add a sunroom to there home.
Every step of the way was well handled.
Yes, I would recommend more people. I already recommended Mrs Dukes and she had an installation as well.
Overall great experience. They are a little pricier than some competitors, but I can’t compare because only Champion installed the windows. I don’t know if the less expensive companies would have done as good of a job. The windows look good, but there are a couple of places that I wish the seal between window and sill was a little tighter. Our place is old and we replaced possibly the original windows so there could be issues with the sills/frame. I’m no expert, and it’s not like I can feel a draft, so I think overall it’s good. Nate, our sales rep, was awesome, and everyone else we interacted with was friendly and informative.
We were told we would be getting full block replacement windows, but they weren't.
from sales to the work crew and installation, everything was phenomenal. i would definitely recommend to everyone i know.
It took a really long time 4 my windows to come in. It took 4 months for four windows other than that verythignwaswonderful
He came 20 minutes to 11:00am, and I know it was after 5:00pm when he left. He never even stopped to take a break. He came in one time and used the restroom. The rest of the time, he was working. It looked to me like he's done a really good job. I'm sure he didn't realize it before he left, but I got 2 windows for my living room, a window for my bathroom, and a window for my kitchen, and there is a piece on the track that won't let the window go all the way down. The window was probably like that from the factory. There is not anything that he could have done. I was so satisfied when he was here. He was worn out. He didn't take a break for anything. He just kept on working and working.
Courteous and Professional throughout the whole process.
Would recommend Only if there is a genuine effort and mutually agreeable solution to fixing the poor quality of the black window frames I received.
They had the best price and quality.
Everything that was sold to me in the sales process did not happen. The floors weren't covered during install, the actual install was beyond awful and had to be redone three times. They had horrible communication and did not show up on time the first day nor called to let me know. In the middle of them fixing the issues I was told things would happen and it would be made right but when it came down to it at the end, nothing happen. Steve (I believe was his name) stepped in and let me know some ruined landscape would be "fixed" or I would be compensated for it with a gift card and then it did not happen. Randy was nice as could be and I could tell he had his hands tied but he could only do and day so much. Randy definitely had the customer service aspect covered and knew how to speak respectfully in the tense situations.
Everything from beginning to end was very professional
Our biggest issue was the time it took to install. However, we understand the supply chain issues. We had to wait more time for a special wing window. On the initial pad, they poured the cement but not on the steps. As a result, there was an initial delay in the cement being poured on the steps because they did not do it all at once.
The salesman needs to have more product education.
Champion Windows was quite expensive.
I was highly disappointed in their sales. The salesperson didn't follow through. No one ever responded to our calls. I will not recommend them.
Overall an okay experience. The windows themselves were not manufactured as well as the should have been... glue drips on every pane of glass, a "bubble" in the glass, cheaper metal than in years past, plastic pieces that flip completely off the window when tilting inward, etc.
