This experience has been a nightmare and I will not recommend Champion.
The windows are great! We had an issue with customer service when it came in. The window was cracked and it took them awhile to fix it.
They did a fine job, and I'd recommend them to anybody.
It's very complicated. We had the gentleman come out to our house to give us the estimate and presentation and we got the windows installed then Covid-19 hit. I felt as if the quality of service after we got them installed was not there. Adam didn't follow up with us. I had to keep telling them they were the wrong windows or I don't think it would've been addressed properly. I had to reach out to Adam time after time after time. Finally in May, I sent him a text and I only got a response recently, two months later, following up on my order. After it was said and done, the quality of the followup and check ups were subpar.
My windows don't go all the way up to, so therefore I am unable to lock them.
I was impressed by their expertise, their work in the installation, and their overall demeanor. They were very respectful and professional.
They are absolutely a great company. They were professional, on time, and do quality work. I couldn't be happier.

first rain we had and it leaked around the bottom and some of the siding fell off .

The construction team and workers were friendly and did a very good job.
The ground crew was professional. The foreman kept me in the loop and was very detailed. The only issue was the installation crew not knowing the details of the job.
They did an excellent job, and I especially liked the installers. A couple things got pretty tough, but they were able to handle it.
I like the end product, but I do not like the installation process and the fact that i been waiting for them to replace something they took off my house without permission for this long. The storm door was practically brand new and I did not want it removed.
It depends on if I get my new door if I recommend them or not.
As in all construction, you run into unknowns and the unknows were taken care of in not only a timely manner but also a considerate manner.
If the customer is planning on putting in new trim after they put new windows in, I suggest they take the old trim off before they have the windows installed. It would make it a lot easier. I should've taken the trim out before. Now I have to cut around the window to get the old trim out. It has nothing to do with the company, but it is something that the customer should consider doing if they are planning on getting a new trim.
Great people and Company to work with. They are very professional and took care of all our window needs! I highly recommend.
