Everyone from the salesperson, measurement, and installation team were great to work with. I am very happy with my new windows!
Contracted crew started the installation. It was not done properly and had to be corrected. Champion failed to communicate regarding when the installation would be completed. We had to contact them. During the initial installation by the contracted crew our alarm contact wire were cut after we had been assured that would not be necessary for the installation. As a result we had to purchase another alarm system.
Sure, I have already referred. In fact, my son has already ordered some doors as a result working with them.
They wont return my calls, they still owe me screens.
The salesperson was great. The installation was simple and easy.
We were happy with the way the guys worked and cleaned up. The men they sent to us were very nice and helpful. My mom is 91 years old. Those men were very helpful and kind to all of us.
We have been happy with previous Champion purchases. Will see how the correction of the poor quality windows installed is made right, considering windows cost and inconvenience.
The quality of Champion Windows is much higher than the other companies we had out to our home for an estimate. We are very happy with our new windows.
doors ordered last Sept and still not done. they have been here 5 times and each time problem with doors.
Yes, I called Champion Windows to return a tool, but they did not know who the tool belonged to. I am assuming they don't know who the tool belongs to. The tool is still in my home.
They were great. They did everything they were supposed to do, and they did it on time.
Everything that could go wrong did. Communication was AWFUL.
These are the worst windows I've ever encountered but cost a fortune. took 5 months to install after being promised. 4-6 weeks. First attempt to install but all the windows measured wrong. Had to wait to have them all remade. Then when they were installed the windows don't fit the frames. The excuse was that "the factory has a problem and all the windows coming out are that way.' when we were sold the windows one of the selling points was that they own the factory so they can control the quality and time until install. Obviously not the case. Every morning since install these windows steamed upon the outside. I'd guess due to a lack of the insulating factors the claimed they would be selling us. There were several other issues and to date none have been resolved. I'll be buying the rest of my windows throughout the house from some other company; Probably Anderson at least they back their products. $13.000 lesson learned. Don't be like me, don't trust them to sell you a quality product at a fair price.
Overall, I am pleased with the finished sunroom built by Champion. This quality is as good as advertised and the sunroom itself turned out as well as we could have hoped. The largest issues we had were associated with the miscommunications with the salesperson as a result of both our understanding and his understanding of the project. Change of on-site managers and workers assigned to the job were also a daily challenge for the foreman Greg this could be somewhat attributed to the manpower shortages associated with the pandemic
I think they did a really good job.
I like that the windows make the cold stay in, and the heat out. I think a person who is interested in that would greatly appreciate that.
They did a great job and were awesome.
They did a good job.
The service was consistent. The crew and sales people were friendly and courteous during the process.
The installation crew was fantastic and with all of the hiccups in the process prior to that, we might've canceled our order. Terrell is an awful communicator, windows not measured correctly so additional delays there and then 2 windows missing. We had the installation team out 3 times before completion. Everything until the installation team was either just okay or beyond subpar.
The men were professional, worked hard and steadily, and cleaned up after themselves. Also friendly and cooperated with us with any questions or concerns we had.
Installation manager AND Area installation manager (his boss) were both awful with response time and problems solving. Didn’t once reach out proactively or seem to care. Personalities of car board boxes and I would suggest another line of work for them. No emotional Intelligence and no customer service/social skills of any kind. Happy to send screen shots of text conversations, lack of responses and downright non-caring emails.
Took 16 weeks to receive windows when we were quoted 6-8. No one ever contacted us to let us know why or when and when we reached out we received no response or a I don’t know and don’t really care type of response.
I am happy to speak with someone further about this. I have screen shots of text messages and emails.
I even said ‘do you even care that we have neighbors who need windows or that even we still need 4 huge ones replaced?’ No response. You employees on the j stall action side do not care. It makes me worried about the actual job the crew did if they are Ben g led by Terrell and his boss. Just the most awful experience we’ve ever had.
The only that messed it up was the Covid virus. It delayed everything.
They did a very nice job. It was gorgeous.
The first installation was awful. The installation team did not do the job properly. It took them a long time. I had to have another team come out. The second installation team was great.
