The entire process was seamless.

At the beginning of the process, I had informed the sales people I only wanted windows for specific rooms. They took lots of time explaining to me why I should do all, and continued to do so even after I stated my intent again. After, measurements were taken and windows ordered. When the windows arrived, the ones that had been ordered were for the two rooms we did NOT need. It took an additional 6 weeks to get them installed, which was past the listed period in the contract. When the wrong windows were brought, I was not contacted by Champion, and had to reach out to their representative and left two voicemails. I ended up calling my sales person to get my message across. When I spoke with the office admin about my concerns, she was very rude and did not take my interest as a customer into consideration.

The windows are high quality, and installation was quick while being thorough.

The windows are smaller than the ones that I previously had. It was my understanding from the pics I saw in the brochure that they would be about the same size. The actual window is half the size of my old ones.
When the installer showed up, he was very polite and went about his job.

Knick on door handle that is to be replaced. Haven’t heard back. Noticed small gap top and bottom in door frame foam seal after over install inspection. Also was suppose to hear from sales via a scratch on a window frame. This was my third replaced window. Due to incorrect builds.

The first time they came out and did the windows they measured and resized two windows wrong had to make a second appointment for them. They had to come out and whoever was in charge. I think it was Archie. My husband tried to call him several times to we wanted to see if we could get some kind of a discount for the inconvenience. We never could get a hold of him so that was very frustrating but as far as the actual installer, he was perfect wonderful excellent needs a raise champion needs more people like him.

DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME. The Champion Salesperson, Gerry Ducci, RECORDED our WHOLE conversation on his laptop that he was showing us the product presentation from WITHOUT telling us he was recording and WITHOUT our consent !!!! This is a violation of our privacy in our home! Even when he step away to get material from his car, when my husband and I thought we were "alone" My husband and I were talking about private things including information about our kids, etc.. We feel SO personal VIOLATED. My husband confronted him, he claimed he deleted it...We called multiple times to talk with manager or corporate. We left message. No one was available to talk to us. We currently are waiting for some type response back.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Champion Windows overall. I’ll start by saying I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but I do wish I had read more reviews before moving forward. I definitely feel like I got pulled in by high-pressure sales tactics which I understand is on me, but you should expect these tactics, too.

The salesperson who came to my home made me uncomfortable — very pushy and overall just not someone I would really trust. Looking back, I regret not taking more time to shop around and compare options and not listen to their whole “today only!” pricing scheme.

I told the guy that my biggest concern was timing because it was the beginning of winter and a lot of cold air was coming into my home so it was important to get it installed quickly. He said it would take about 6 weeks, maybe 8 at most. The installation didn’t happen until 3/20/26, so more than 15 weeks. I never would have signed up for that.

The cost was also extremely high — around $10,000. I could have purchased a comparable door for about $4,000 and even if I paid someone a couple grand for installation, it would have been much more reasonable and it would have been done way faster.

The installer was friendly and professional but he reattached my doorbell camera upside down, so now it shows my neighbor’s yard instead of my driveway and walkway, so now I have to fix that.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend going with Champion unless you’re very confident in what you’re getting and are prepared for potential delays and high costs. I wish I had made a different choice.

Great sales representative and installer. They did not come measure like they were supposed to so our original order did not get installed and had to be re-made. No apology aside from installer. Otherwise it'd be a 10.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Over a year and a half and still don’t have sashes that fit. Ice on inside of some windows in winter! Absolutely would NOT recommend this company.

Quality workmanship & installation process. I think I overpaid. Should have gotten competitive bids but the sales guy Jeff put the hard sell on me and said the deal was only good for that day. I felt pressured.

The installers were in time. The product was perfect. They were efficient, polite, and cleaned up.

Did not get sale prices. You measured my windows and showed up at installation and my kitchen window was wrong. Then after we paid in full you called me the next day asking about payment. Perhaps ask your people before bothering me.

The only hitch in the process was a broken patio door…a new one has been ordered and I’m sure it will be replaced in a short amount of time… I would definitely recommend Champion to my friends

Price and quality

From beginning of sale to the installation of door, I have had the privilege of working with thoroughly professional staff. The quality of the door and the guarantee of craftmanship is impressive. And last but not least, Champion's customer service exceeds all expectations. I give them an A+ excellent grading!

Your installation people do not like to return calls. We do not believe the installation was done according to what your salesperson promised

The entire experience was very pleasant! Archive was very professional and helpful. I ended up moving in the middle of the process, Archie handled the transfer and came to my new property to design a four seasons room that fit perfectly.

The salesperson was great. The timeline was impressive. The price matched what we were looking for. Installation was going well and quick. i signed off on everything (windows themselves looked great). I was blinded by their beauty and didnt notice the busted drywall, and gaping framing around every window. If this is a normal issue, i would have appreciated a heads up that it could happen. Im a little unsure on how to go about addressing this but it will require a lot of fixing - an extra cost & makes me bitter about the new windows.

Absolutely! We are very pleased with Champion's installation of two screen rooms. We can't wait to enjoy more of the spring, summer, and fall seasons without getting bitten by bugs (mosquitos). Although we have lots of trim painting left to do (our idea). when we're done with our finishing touches, it'll be wonderful adding more to curb appeal, and the value of our home. Project results ended up being exactly what we asked for, team did an excellent job of staying on track with timeline and answered all of our questions along the way which created trust between us and Champion Windows of Indianapolis

I had a very bad experience with another company who installed my back door. And was really worried that Champion would be the same experience. I was 100% wrong. Champion was very professional with the way they showed up on time to appointments and the email and text communication to the completion of my windows I would recommend to others to use their business.

Any future recommendations or personal purchases will depend on how my issue is resolved.
