The quality of the windows are a 5. The quality of the people they sent out to install them are a 1.

Never had better! The guy that did the installation was great, he stayed until after 10pm to complete the job in one day. You will not find a happier customer than me.
Great product (at least for how long we have had them). Great installation team. COMMUNICATION WAS HORRENDOUS AND REMAINS HORRENDOUS.

Salesperson was good. Installation crew was nice, on time, and seemed knowledgeable. The window units themselves seem of decent/average quality. Time will tell. This is not a "this old house" level of installation. The installation is simply adequate. I wish more time had been taken with the finish work (trim), as it can really make or break the appearance of the entire installation. In my case it was not great. Probably less of an issue on typical window sizes, but mine was a 110 inch long unit, and the new trim is bowed and crooked.
Communication is Terrible.

Installation was 4 weeks after promised date. My home was damaged and the price given me for my sliding doors was retracted and a 25% increase was made. I had to cancel half my order.

It took to long to get started.
At an initial visit to Champion Windows, we traveled to the office and were met with very rude blow-offs, so we left. A few weeks later, I received a call from Champion, trying to see if we wanted to get some windows. After telling of the initial episode, the salesperson apologized profusely. The sales person was extremely courteous and showed that he was quite knowledgeable. I told him I wanted to see samples of the windows, so my wife and I traveled to the place of business again. He showed us the windows; they were really nice; and so we decided to purchase 8 windows for the house being remodeled. After measurements, he gave me a quote to which I agreed. We set up a time for final measurements and all went well from here.

This was an awesome experience!!!! Put the AC on at night and the house stays cool all day!
