Salesman took way too long and was not a great experience however the process after was great. Installers were top notch. Communication for delays in windows and installation due to weather was wonderful. Having the warrenty is great price of mind.

I love the whole process from the beginning till the end. Our sales rep Terry was amazing and explained everything in detail very calm and friendly. I will say even with the discounts it is a bit expensive but the look and the quality are top tier. Everyone that came to replace either the windows or the doors was very respectful they cleaned up after themselves they were friendly had lots of respect and got the job done as quickly as possible.

They were very professional, punctual, honest and courteous. Worked hard and steady and were mindful of the existing property. Gave us hints and suggestions as needed and answered all questions.

Installation team no showed multiple times. Messed up my patio lights and outlets when moving the electrical wiring. Left my floodlight wiring over new siding. Left areas exposed where I could see the old siding underneath and some where I could see the framing of the house where they did not cover! Mold waiting to happen and the install team did that! Installing nails in weep holes to mount the siding was weird... and yet I couldn't ask the install team themselves since no one spoke fluent English, the team was hospitable and polite. However quality of work and correspondence was non-existent. When calling the sales team, they couldn't assist. Jake helped some in the start by saying he would elevate my concerns, however the issues still continued. Even when he said a NEW team would come out, the SAME one came out instead. I'm appalled by the service, quality, and punctuality. Never again will I purchase another champion project. The contractor pointed to using his business instead of Champion for future work. I'm staying away from both!

First rate project from initial presentation throughout the installation!

The salesperson conducted demonstration using a heat lamp and sample glass that i was buying. The windows did not keep heat out as the demonstration glass did. I replaced 2 new windows with Champion windows that were the same. The heat from the East was the same in new windows. The 2 free windows were also a scam. I plan to report this to BBB, FTC, and Consumers Bureau here in Ala. By

I do recommend Champion Windows. It's a nice experience throughout. Small negatives don't effect the overall experience.

I love my windows and back sliding doors! The men who installed them were very knowledgeable and nice.

The installation process was amazing. I cannot say enough positive about Travis and Antonio. Both gentlemen are very hard -working, very professional, and they are Old School Craftsmen.
As they did their work, they replaced damaged wood discovered after removing the old windows.
They also showed us what they had to do for the repairs. In doing so, we could see what is normally hidden and we have first-hand knowledge of a high quality repair that was done as a prerequisite to installing the new windows.

As a former project engineer I was very uncomfortable laying out money for 90% of the project before any progress was evident. With your current procedures, I don’t know what you can do differently but the customer has no recourse if your company fails to produce. So it becomes a matter of trust and faith on your customers part and for me, it was an uncomfortable situation until the installation crew showed up and completed the job.
Also, it is difficult for people in my generation to never see an actual employee of the company you are dealing with and trusting with thousands of your retirement dollars to perform the work. Signing contracts and addendum over the internet and never talking to the same person twice is also difficult to get used to.
That being said, we are happy with the windows. The installation crew was excellent and very professional. They did a superb job and an excellent clean up job to boot. Thank you for your services.

I would definitley recommend Champion to any friend looking to replace or purchase new windows. The product qualiity is outstanding. These windows are energy efficient and the outside noise level is amazingly lower. The installers are efficient and very professional. They showed up and hit the ground running. I am more than satified with the instllation process and results, as well as the windows themselves. This is our second expeience with Champion of Huntsville. A few years ago we replaced 22 windows on our lower level and 10 upstairs this time. We are very happy wth our choice.

It seems like there was a buy 2 get 1 free or something similar. If that is the case, I bought 4 which would make the cost about $3000 per window.

Champion is far more expensive, may be material quality is better than other brands, but looks like the company is too big? Could not find one single person as contact for help. Received multiple phone calls, texts, emails about collecting payments, but after that no one pay attention to customer any more.

Alex in Sales was wonderful and Michelle in the main office took care of all the details beautifully and with wonderful communication. Lurell was also a wonderful craftsman, and the sunroom looks perfect!
