Process was fine up until installation. The workers damaged an expensive piece of furniture and the company refused to take responsibility for it. Instead of working with me to resolve, their Divisional Manager Tony Baca told me I was overreacting, implied I was lying, threatened to send me to collections and put a lien on my house - all while I was just asking for someone to come out and evaluate and clean up the mess they left. It was the most horrific customer service experience we have ever had, and will never be using Champion again, and will be telling everyone we know to stay far away.
As of right now I loved the new front door and screen door, the screen door doesn't work anymore.
Put in a claim about a month ago and STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING BACK.

This judgement is not based on the quality of the windows installed but on the awful customer service interactions we have had. We have called the customer service number provided and on most occasions are not answered and the call typically times out. When automatically answered ans asked to leave a call back number we never received a call back. Currently we are awaiting repair of one window from the first of out 2 recent installations and this was over 3 months ago and have no idea when this will occur and have received no scheduled replacement date. Our most recent installation was 2 weeks ago and our installer told us that one window had debris between the panes and should be replaced but we have received no update on this situation at all.. meanwhile we are being requested to pay the final installment for this last installation.
The sash of our picture window needs to be replaced and the latches on both of my kids windows need to be replaced. My son’s room was very cold this morning because the window opened on one side. Not at all happy with the overall experience. No sense of urgency in fixing the problems. Very disappointed that a company as well known and trusted by consumers has not come through for my family.
From the salesman to the installation crew, the process was very smooth and there was never an issue that anyone from Champion couldn’t overcome.
New purchase and install goes well but I have warranty requests in and too hard to get information and it has been months and still waiting.
I cannot recommend this company until I am able to get a response to my report of defective product. It is baffling why it so difficult to leave messages and seemingly impossible to get a response when I am able to leave a message.

The sales person, Travis, is the only aspect of this transaction that was good. The quality of the custom product does not fit correctly, I had to chase down the installation team here in Denver about the payment due before the installation, and now that it is installed there are issues with the installation and the fitment of the door, and the Denver office has not responded at all. I have texts from the national office telling me, six times, that they have requested the Denver office to contact me about the issues, and the Denver office has not contacted me at all. I will in fact be telling people to avoid Champion at all costs for their needs.

I have used Champion twice for siding replacement and now for new windows. I received excellent pricing for the product and have nothing but positive comments regarding Ryan Monsalud, my salesperson. The installation of my windows was exceptional - the crew showed up on time, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions satisfactorily. They notified their office of a couple of small, unforeseen issues with the windows before I even had a chance to call. Overall, I highly recommend Champion Windows! Great company and employees! Probably the only negative comment I have is regarding the online payment process as it is not very user friendly.
Based on my experience with Champion, I will never recommend them to a friend or tell them if they do business with Champion, do it at their own risk.

Customer service is poor
Very poor customer service. Defective window installed. Can’t get any info on replacement stains on trim appeared later. My first home purchase was flawless. Not so much now
They set a date to install my windows then didn't show up. I called and they said they couldn't reach the install crew, two hour later I called again and they said that they canceled my appointment because one of my windows was broken. ???? Thanks for letting me know the day before or when I called the first time when I thought they were running over an hour late. It has been one week now and I haven't heard a thing from them about what the plan is going forward. They were happy to take my last payment when the appointment was set but there hasn't been any offer to refund it now that they haven't upheld there end of the deal. Getting a live person on the phone is impossible. When you call you are just on hold for 20 minutes and then the system hangs up on you. If you call any of there "team" numbers they give you it just rings and then hangs up on you or the voicemail inbox is full so you can't leave a message. It may be a great product but since I don't have it yet I wouldn't know. They only thing I know is their customer service and communication is horrible. It makes me very skeptical about the "lifetime warranty."
We would recommend using Champion to anyone considering adding a sunroom/screened in porch. Our builders, Eric and Dan, were very professional, very precise in their work and easy to communicate with! Pepe and his crew did excellent cement work for us!
The windows that were installed correctly are very nice, high quality and aesthetically pleasing. But we have serious issues with 1 of the windows (it does not match) and another does not close and latch easily. These problems have not been resolved, and I have no faith that they will be.

The product is good. After install one of my windows leaked. They came out and chalked.
The technicians were very polite and excellent at their job. I was pleased with their performance.
I am not sure I would recommend Champion. I would encourage anyone to get multiple estimates first. Lack of communication after the sale was the problem I encountered.

For as much as I paid for these windows I’m very dissatisfied at the quality of the welds in the corners of the windows. They look like they are unfinished and will fall apart. I guess it’s a good thing they have a lifetime warranty.
Not yet sure. There are many window companies and consumers have so many options for windows and doors. We will know in time if the three Champion windows we purchased was the right decision for us. For now, we will pause before we move forward with more window projects with Champion. Window and door replacement with Champion is costly.

We really like the windows. Installation crew was very hard working but NEED more support from management and warehouse. For example: trim boards needed replacement, our boards are composite or pressed wood. Warehouse only supplies Cedar and we specifically told them NO to cedar.
It does NOT match what is on the house.
My husband had to take the crew to Lowe’s and personally purchase the correct material.
Customer should NOT have to do this!
It was also VERY difficult to contact anyone from Champion.
Salesman told me I will get a $300 referral gift card for my mom who suggested using you again and we were told wrong and didn't get it. When I tried to tell Tony the district manager about what happened he would not take care of it and he said if I didn't pay the other $200 that he could take my warranty away and take me to collections. The whole experience was not good I had to clean my own patio door when it was put in took me 45 minutes to get all the sticker stuff off. It's been months now and I still haven't got my replacement warranty window.

I like the products Champion Windows offers, and have installed their windows in two homes. I do NOT like their current customer service - SO many mistakes on my last round of windows and doors. Difficult working with Champion this time around.
Phone system leaves a lot to be desired. Many times not sure who to call.
I would recommend the product but with qualifiers. beware if you have any issue the company is very slow to fix issues. Our install team left 6 months ago but we still have a "service order" open. 1, a window was delivered broken still needing replaced. 2, Seals on one of the windows are not correct need replaced. 3, We were given 1 key for 2 sliding glass door that are not keyed alike.
My windows were installed 6/25. A shim was left in the window. It looks s now August and several phone calls later. It is still there. The customer service at Champion is awful. They take pride in taking your money, they do not take pride in a job well done.

I have previously purchased Champion windows (a few years ago). Had a good experience so i purchased 9 more. I don’t know what happened in the last few years, but my second experience was terrible. Took 4 months to get my windows. They arrived scratched, crooked, glass covered in glue, screens that don’t fit and/or broken. Terrible communication. Terrible problem resolution. Subpar installation. As of right now, still missing 2 screens and i’m still cleaning caulk off my floors.
