I was promised the windows would be installed by October, but they weren’t installed until January. The first person who measured for my windows apparently was fired so they sent someone out a month later. When the windows arrived all the windows were too small for the openings. Fortunately the installer was able to make them fit by using lots of filler strips. I feel like after all the measuring they should’ve fit a lot tighter than what they did. Although the installer would not admit that the windows were too small he did make them look good when he was done.
Very dissatisfied. We purchased all new windows and one door on July 8, 2021. Windows installed in October, to date no door. Last contact with me was November 20, 2021. Today is January 13, 2022. Door was delivered in November and installer came but door was not correctly built. Can someone PLEASE contact us with an update.
The installation was extremely quick, efficient, and clean.
Was told by salesperson the sliding glass door would open and close easily-it does not. The door is hard to open/close. The measurer did not do a good job-the door took 2 extra hours to get it in the track because it was measured so tight. I thought they were going to have to put the old door back in. Very stressful install. Lots of banging on my new door to try to get it in the track and that is why I believe it is hard to open/close. Someone is coming out to put handle on my screen door and look at how the door open/closes.
Took 5 months to complete turn over ect.. The installation crew done a good job.
The hesitation that I have is that the salesman didn't do a full review of the house. The contract had issues also, which is the reason for the 4-star rating.
I have told everyone I know about the wonderful windows and how great the whole process was. I highly recommend!!!
The installers were awesome.
Overall Quality on finish. Major gaps between trim and wall just left open. Windows not cleaned out from install bits of plastic clogged drains

It is a great company with great products. I didn't have a problem with the installation and the salesmen knew what they were talking about.
It was a good experience. I am perfectly happy with the product and pleased with the installation. From beginning to end the process was smooth and I don't have no complaints.
We have had a few issues since installation and trying to get answers is taking way too long. The "manager" Ken came out to fix the first issue, when I asked him to nudge the frame around our bay window to eliminate a big gap, he went out to his truck to get a tool and could be heard complaining and said "oh, Jesus Christ" on the way out of my house. When I made him aware that I heard him he tried to back peddle and be nice. For this next issue, I made the office well aware that Ken was not to be sent to my house again. The exterior water faucet right under the bay was broken during installation, we didn't catch it until a few weeks later when we went to use it. Someone was out about 2 weeks ago and was supposed to call back. This requires a plumber and we should not have to pay to fix because your crew broke it and then tried to cover it up. Still haven't heard anything.
I was completely satisfied with Kevin as well as the gentleman who installed the windows. However, my check was cashed several times by the company. This led to my checking account grossly over drawn and causing numerous problems for me. As a result, I will not recommend your company.
They gave me misleading information. A representative told me the installation would be a certain way, but when it was finished it wasn't done the way I was told it would be. When I tried to get in touch with the representative later on to discuss the issue, he was no longer working for the company. I sent a picture of how I wanted it, but the design of the windows and glass weren't the way I was told they would be. I had to pay extra money to get everything installed correctly.
They were friendly, timely, cleaned up all spaces and we love the screen porch.

We ordered the windows in April and they were supposed to be installed in a couple of months. A couple of months passed and then they said by Labor Day. We had to call them. Then I got a call saying they had never been ordered. We checked with the guy who we had been talking to and he said had the confirmation number in front of him. I didn't know who to believe so I called the other guy but he never returned our call. They finally were installed a week ago. I was very unhappy with how things progressed.
“Custom” doors were made to NOT fit with my existing screen door. Also, screen door hardware was damaged when removing the screen door. Really, it isn’t that hard to remove a screw. Further, the paint job on the back door was inferior. I sent a picture to the install manager. Of course, no response. AND no one from Champion Dayton will return a call. Never again!
I had one screen that had a small hole. I was told about windows keeping out bugs and there's a spider between the window and screen.

I would definitely talk to other companies before Champion. They pressure you to make your decision as the salesperson sits with you. They want you to believe that they are the only outfit in town that has good quality windows and that they are giving you a great deal, so long as you decide right there on the spot.
I do not recommend this company. Their customer service is nonexistent. I tried to find out when our windows would be installed at the 6 week mark and no one would return my calls. I went to the Huber Heights showroom and they couldn’t give me an answer. Finally got through to a manager, and he said we’ll get them in 3weeks. Checked back in 3weeks, and after many tries, we were again told maybe in 3weeks they would be installed. Once we finally got our Friday installation date we got everything cleared away from the windows and then they canceled the the appointment and rescheduled it for the next Friday. So it took 18 weeks to get our windows installed, not 6-8 weeks. No explanation, no apology, and nothing to make up for taking so long and holding up our other home improvement projects.
