I would like for the public to know that they absolutely do not know what they are doing when it comes to siding. There Customer Service is horrible. They use sub-contractors; they hired mine just a week before doing the job. I signed in September and they started the job 2 days before Thanksgiving. I had called the middle of October because I had not heard anything about a start date and I wished to cancel. They had not ordered my siding yet but I was told if I cancelled I would have to pay a 30% fee. This has been an absolute nightmare! The end of March they sent out another sub contractor to do a tear off of the siding because the previous job was so bad; one side of my house; the siding was on backwards. This could easily be a 10 page bad review so on that note, I would not recommend Champion; they never apologized or offered any compensation for all the problems.
There was a lack of communication.
My installer was very efficient
I can't recommend them because of the problems I had.
I am very satisfied with the work, the installers work very diligently and hard to get the job done in bad weather conditions. Trent is wonderful and addressed every issue that we had to come up in the process. The overall experience was wonderful.
I was disappointed with the work and it is still not completed. There is a piece of siding that fell off and they are supposed to put back on a loose cable wire in front of the house. There are also two windows that still need to be wrapped.
The salesman oversold expectations.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to them. They told me they will get someone to call me about the moisture problem and they never did. I still don't know anything about my windows.
The quality of the workmanship and quality of materials used where outstanding.
I am 100% satisfied.
There is much more to buying a replacement window that you think. We wanted to spend our money locally and are VERY happy with the results we got with Champion Windows. They excelled from the beginning sales process to the end of the installation.
The windows are high quality. They look great. The trim inside of them--Orchard--I'd recommend getting it. It was nice, the trim, and the metal panels inside the glass. The windows are nice. It makes the house look 100% better.
The installer was on time and fast about getting the work done. For one person, the installer did a great job.
Great product. Ohio built. The salesman, Ryan, knew his product and was very good at explaining what sets Champion windows apart. The measurement and lead testing guys were thorough and professional. The installer was well-equipped and professional. All in all, it was a great job.
They were at least a month late on the completion of our project. When calling the office to try to reach someone to complain to our complaints were always routed back to the same guy when we were trying to get someone higher up the chain to complain to. The concrete workers used completely tore up our back lawn, and to resolve that we were given a bag of grass seed. As part of the demolition they sent an older man and a pregnant woman. While these two did the demolition part of that was to move a hot tub, which the two of them were not capable of doing alone.
They were punctual, professional, and we love our windows.
The salesman was very pushy. He wouldn't give me time to think about my decision.
The installation guys from Richmond Kentucky were professional and skilled.
Salesman did not tell me windows will be farther back inside with very short window sill. Blinds in windows not fitting the same. one can not be used.
There was a delay, but otherwise I got great service.
My review would be I do not recommend Champion to anyone because the attention to detail is significantly lacking.
Excellent, fast installation of a quality product!
I am waiting for a follow up with the company.
Everybody did a wonderful and beautiful job. I'm very happy with my windows. I'm very pleased. I'm looking forward to more projects with them in the future!
