I order my windows 7 June 2024 and they were installed 18 October 2024 and the screens are on back order the four windows have defective mechanism so I can not use them until they’re fixed
Dealing with Champion Windows was a positive experience from beginning to end. They have a quality product. The sales rep explained the benefits of the product well. And the installation went very smoothly.
Only two windows don’t work. The biggest window. When will I get them fixed.

Champion delivered and installed the complete wrong door that was ordered. I have heard from customer service but nothing from anyone telling me how long it will be until I receive what I ordered and paid for.
Face to face service was great and I would tell anyone who would ask about your product and service of how glad we replaced our windows. Thank you.
The sales man was great. He took the time to show me all the best features of the windows. Explain the quality of the glass. The installers were awesome as well. They came out the 1st time to install the windows, but couldn't because the measurement sent in were wrong. They came out on a Saturday for me and I took that Monday off with vacation time. The sales man said they should be able to do it in one day but sometimes it takes two. So I wanted to be on the safe side. Anyway someone from your company filled out paperwork that said he was here and took 2nd measurement. The only person that took measurement was the sales man. I questioned him about it because it didn't look right the way he did it. He told me someone else would come out and double check. No one did. The installers showed me the paperwork that the guy signed it saying he was here. Flat out lied. That's not good.
Messy job. Windows had marks on them. The Caulking job was bad. Found a lot of pieces left over from the job. The workers seemed rushed, did not take their time.
The whole experience was not good. The salesman vanished after we signed, the communication was terrible and it took a very long time to get all windows put in. The glass black are just caulked in and was expecting them to be cemented in.
The process started with nice sales. I was told the windows should be ready for install in 6-8 weeks.
10 weeks later, I had not heard anything, so I contacted my Custom Service team member. He told me not to contact him but to contact Janet Lent. So I emailed Ms. Lent and was told that I would be contacted when my windows were ready to install but no estimate on when that would happen was given...
Finally 4 months later, I was contacted that my windows were ready to install and it was scheduled but the Sliding door was not ready...not really sure why they didn't do the whole order at the same time...
The first day of the 2 day installation, it rained. I was called and informed that it needed to be rescheduled (even though it was predicted to rain only for an hour).. but luckily they could do the Saturday so I didn't need to take another day off work.
The installer was excellent. It was kind of amazing to see one person install my windows all by himself! Unfortunately, three screens and 4 hardware window openers were missing. .. so 7 out my 13 new windows I could NOT open/use!! The installer was apologetic and called the warehouse but no-one could find them...he was hopeful that when my door was ready they would have the missing parts..
Two days later, they called to say my door was ready … Ms. Lent contacted me to schedule the installation and I let her know which days I was available.... a week later, I had not heard back from her, so I reached out again... She clarified that I was trying to schedule to door installation and I said yes and reminded her of the missing parts I was also waiting for.. she asked me again my availability and I gave it to her again (minus the days which has passed) and again didn't hear back from her... I reached out again a week later and she offered me a day that I was not available (not on the list of availability I had sent to her) and then finally she offered me a saturday on my list and I said yes ,please.
Again, the installation was great. He had the three missing screens. But had the wrong hardware...He again contacted the warehouse without success..
So for almost a month, I couldn't open 7 window!! Unfortunately those were in the bedroom and spare room; so I had to run the air-conditioner and fans to sleep comfortably at night!!
I was contacted by the company to sign off but I told him I was still waiting for the missing parts.. he apologized and had my customer service team member call me (who didn't even apologize) and was told that the parts were ordered..
It is now November and I am still waiting...
The installer was great. The rest of the service was terrible.
The initial sales presentation was effective. Timelines were good . Quality of the product was not up to my expectations. I feel I could have gotten this quality at a hardware store.
I absolutely will recommend Champion. The quality of the windows is great. I was very happy with the service and installation, and my sales person was awesome.

Champion did a fantastic job on our windows. The entire staff was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our installation person did an awesome job and we couldn’t be more happy with his work.
No communication. Quoted time was months shorter than real time.

Based on my experience, Champion miss represented their product, stated that it was my problem and I should sue them, took 6 months to fix their poor installation.
They were efficient, but timeliness was lacking. I bought multiple windows and switched out one of them for a different window. I was charged for the window that I did not get and the one I switched to. I have not received a reconciliation for this.
They are good-quality windows, and I am satisfied.
Champion Windows was very organized and informed me through every stage. There was always an inspection after each phase before they moved on. The guys who built the sunroom were consistent. They knew how a sunroom was supposed to be built, and they made sure that the construction quality was good. I saw the quality in the month that I have had the sunroom, and I am overall very happy with the sunroom. My overall experience with Champion Windows and the construction would be a 10 out of 10.
Champion Windows is a quality product and the installer was great. I will use them again for other windows!
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Champion Windows.
Sales and the person who came out to get fine measurements got the measurements wrong. Manufactured 18 windows incorrectly and now we are having to redo all the paint because the trim areas that were originally covered. Still have a broken window and some are super difficult to engage the lock.
I think the measuring technician needs to be an installer because the windows were not measured correctly.
I have never recieved a final paper work showing full payment for patio door. I referred my parent's and they bought windows and haven't heard anything about referral program . Parent's have also had problem and questions that have not been answered.
We signed the contract in October 2021 and work didn't start until July. I heard nothing from them for months and then only when I called the national office. Once they started, the work was fast, the workers were curteous, and the quality was great. There were no added costs. We are very pleased with the result.
Poor communication after order placed
Measured for windows twice to ensure correct size was being ordered and measured again before removing old windows to ensure new windows would fit. Install crew were in and out in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. We have noticed a difference already in the amount of air around the windows.
It took over a year to get my window!
Only one of the three window purchase experiences have been acceptable. Two separate orders have had problems with installation or incorrect order with delayed install.

They replaced a window that a neighbor's child shot a hole in a few months after the installation for free. A contractor busted a tab off one window that made it open to the inside. They replaced that for free, as well as a broken window during installation. They have done what they said they'd do. I'm happy with my windows!
The staff does not get back to me in the 48 hr time lap

Champion is one of the best quality windows. The installers were courteous and very hard working. They had great communication and did the work 100%.
We have used these windows in the past and now have almost our entire home compelted with Champion Windows. We are so very happy with the was they look and the quality of the window. There is nothing we would change. Thank you!

Not at this point. We have had windows, a sliding back patio door installed so it was a no brainer when we went to have our front door done. Sales person was great but that was about where it stopped. It took four months to get our door which I understand with supply. The install crew came to install the door (we also had a new storm door as well). Guess what, they didn't have that on arrival. It did show up but MUCH later in the day. This install crew was here almost NINE hours. I'll try to keep this short, the molding around the door was supposed to be taken off as we were putting it back up, but nope they broke it when taking it off. They put a crack in the door frame as they were putting in a screw. We were keeping our hardware so they installed it on the new door and scratched the new door. NO worries right? They have touch up paint, which they painted over our hardware. They also took our night lock along with them that was on the molding they broke. Oh and my storm door that finally showed up, yea wrong color handle. NICE
I called our local REP, Josh who never returned my calls and called our local office who also told me that he would call me within 24 hours. No such luck. I'm extremely upset. To spend this much money on a brand new exterior door and storm door and to have the work done we did was just extremely disappointing. Do not think I will be passing on Champion's name anytime soon. Which is unfortunate considering how much $$ we have spent with them.
It took nearly a year to receive my product, and nine trips to my house to complete the installation.
This was a very stressful nightmare - especially getting the windows installed. On the 4th installation date the miracle finally happened!
