Was never informed of delays, lied to about status of my order, 3 months late on promised install

The installers did quality work and the windows look great. We had an issue that could only be fixed by replacement of the window frame. Champion was quick to recognize the issue when I presented it to them. They scheduled the fabrication of the new frame on the call. Everything about timing and payment schedule was as expected from the initial conversation with the salesperson.

The installation was seamless. The project manager always kept me up-to-date as to when things were gonna be delivered or delayed, and it gave me a great piece of mind.

The project took six months to start after my initial payment, there were small hiccups, and I still need one more thing corrected because the door latch of the patio does not work. All in all, I just felt it was not a smooth project, but the end result is very nice.

Champion Replacement Windows is five stars in all categories from salesman, customer service and installers. My wife and I are very satisfied and feel valued as customers after dealing with Champion. We have used Champion in the past for other projects and they are consistent in the quality of service that they provide. I highly recommend Champion Windows for your home improvement projects.

Install went well, however, required callouts during sales process not fulfilled. More importantly, once job was complete Inwas not givin opportunity to do a final walkthrough. My walkthrough with a female representative wanting papers signed showed several large scratches/gouges in the metal. Lot of money for a product that looked like it went through a lot of impacts. Was told that I would get a call and action on the issues, ghosted after. No email response from the company. Very sad as I had other projects that I would have considered Champion for but not if this is the final quality they provide.

Contract was signed in early June but the project was not completed until November 10. I understood that the project should be completed in 65 days or less! This was a simpler project than most of the Champion projects and should have been completed much sooner. Consequently, we did not get to enjoy our front porch at all this year.

The finished room is beautiful and exactly what I hoped it would be.
