Though they were finally installed (and no issues with the actual installation), I was told installation would be 4-6 weeks after I signed the contract - in reality it was more than double that time. I kept getting the run-around every time I called to check on the installation status. I later found out that the person who puts in the orders had quit and my order didn't get put in after I signed the contract. Also, I'm not seeing the energy savings they stated I would see. We keep our thermostat the same as last summer and our bills since installation have actually been a bit higher.

Very disappointed. Feel like it was bait and switch.
They promised windows by July, July came and went. They never called to say that they were delayed, we tried to cancel, they tried to strong-arm my mother who is 83 years old. We are selling the house, didn't want the windows, they forced her to put them in, and the doors are not ready yet.
The salesman also promised to be there at install and never showed up.
I don't think anybody should use them ever again.
The Windows are great, but the poor communication of the Chattanooga office with us, as clients, was VERY POOR. We were the ones calling and calling to get any information. When twice no one came at the appointed time, no one informed us why. We had to keep calling, and finally had to resort to contacting the Closing Office to let them know what was going on. Only then would we hear from the Chattanooga office.

I appreciated the work Champion Windows of Chattanooga did. They were very efficient and did a good job when they installed the windows. They were also very professional.
CS is nonexistent. No CB no update. No feelings that anyone even cares once you get order. This will be my 2nd room if I ever get it.

When we did the initial time frame to come out, they were about an hour and half / 2 hours late, and once we finally did the purchase, they did not show up on the day we agreed on, there was no notification at all, i had to finally call and get someone to schedule for the next week, it was just not a great experience from that point

A couple of their employees are very nice, courteous, and take care of any problems you have. I had an issue with Robert. I called him, and I was discussing why they didn't pay one of their contractors that I recommended. By doing so, he hung up on me. When a company has employees that hang up on their customer, I will never have any more dealings with them.
One of the frames of the window they installed was crooked. I thought they would fix it, but they didn't.
Workmanship and Installation were fine except for dirt between the Glass. I would feel better about recommending Champion when this matter is taken care of. Thank You.
The sales team was great. There were issues with communication after the sales process and before the installation. I had to actually call three or four times to try to get some information on when the installation would be.
The installation team was not very professional. They actually had to come back the next day and fix some stuff.
Excellent experience, windows are beautiful.
We really dig our windows. They are a huge step above our previous windows. They look great and the installlers did a pretty good job. The caulk lines are perfect.
One of our windows came scuffed though. I'm not sure if it's from the install it the transportation. But our most expensive window, the tempered bathroom window, is scuffed across the middle which was pretty disappointing to say the least.
Their work was great, however, it took several months before they did the job.
I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quality of the material installed on the house. Any issue that I would bring up they would resolve. I feel confident that I made the right choice with champion windows.
The quality of the door is very high. The installation was also neat. The door fits perfectly and closes very easily. It's not a 5-star rating due to the length of time for the door to be manufactured. That time was extremely high. They might not necessarily have control over that. One month turned into three months.
It is the second time I have used Champion. Both times they have done a great job.
