we ordered our windows in march 2023. they were finished installing them in February 2024. totally unacceptable.

Once the sale and install was completed I could not get anyone to return to clean up.

I had a great experience with Champion windows! The men worked neatly and diligently. And they were very polite.

Prior to my latest project (8 windows & a front entry door) I would have responded with 5 stars. However, this project was so mishandled from an administration standpoint that I am not sure how I would advise a friend. It took a little over 11 months for my project to be completed. The sales and order team mismeasured the 2 of the six windows and the front door. I was told that the order to correct the company’s mistake would be expedited. Well,in my world, “expedited” does not mean almost 5 months! The door took an extended period to produce, far longer than the estimate provided by the salesman. Then when the installers opened the shipping container, the door was not the correct size!

Through all of this, the job supervisor and the installers were very good. They worked efficiently and produced a very professional outcome despite the production problems.

Consider Champion Windows for your next upgrade.

We started in January with a presentation and order. They were installed in August after several problems with ordering and measuring.

Given the cost vs. issues and final product, I will not recommend

Yes. I understand manufacture backlog. But need to keep us updated about delays. Twice told (not by local office) by phone they would get back to me. They didnt. Once windows arrived, got called, set a date, windows installed. Bought a little can of paint, donated a brush or two, bathroom, water. My pleasure for no talking, 9 hours, no break, hard working crew.

Order was taken, processed, shipped and installed just as it was promised in the sales proposal. Even a brief snag on an incorrect sized window was handled without any delay in installation work. Everyone we met or talked to at Champion were nice and competent in their knowledge and work.

The installation crew were on time. They took measurements and quickly installed the windows.

I feel Champion did a very good job.

Did not fill like the job was complete. We had to clean the foors.

The only thing about my installation is that I was told any issues with the window or frame would be taken care of . My installers installed the windows. I was looking at them and saw rot on the brick mold . I showed this to the installers and we talked of it . They called and I spoke to their installation manager ¹. He told them to bring the brick mold to their shop They did that and eventually took the new window OUT and replaced the rotted brick mold. These installers were great I thought. But if I had not seen the rotted brick mold they would have covered it up with the trim . THEY SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT . So far the windows are good but again I feel as if THE INSTALLERS should have seen this and told me about it .

Champion Windows of Birmingham was terrible. I would not recommend them ever again.

Our sales guy quit the week after we gave deposit and ordered windows. The process then drug out for months when our order was canceled and reordered. When I called for update nobody had one and there was no one for the sales folks to send me to.

I like the way the windows look and the way they appear to tint in the sunlight

I thought Champion Windows of Birmingham did a good job. They came in and immediately got to work, getting the job done.

Job started in August of 2021 and finished in March of 2023…. 3 windows that they messed up on. Only three (3) windows. They would call… I would call them back. They wouldn’t answer half the time then when they did, no one knew anything. Then they called to install… I called two different people back and they never got back with me. Then, when they did show up some 18 months later, they only brought one window, then had to call for the other two. It was a nightmare and they never offered to make it right. Not once.

Communication was very poor and it took two years to complete the job.

Very knowledgeable and professional sales rep. Installation crews were hard-working and paid attention to details resulting in a beautifully finished project plus thoroughly cleaning the area daily.
Magnetic devices were used to find any stray nails. Awesome job, Champion, I am very proud of my new imorovements!!

I will definitely recommend CW but will warn them of the time factor if they are in a big rush. I will remind them of the excellent workmanship.

I was very happy with the beautiful job Champion did on my windows. The difference is so noticeable in quality and their work was professional and efficient.

Timely and with great customer service

Don't be in a hurry to get your windows once you order them. The wait is definitely worth it, but it takes awhile. I was disappointed with the office staff but the installation crew was very good. The windows look great.

We are very happy with our new windows. There was regular communication during the process and our windows were installed well before the promised delivery date.

All involved made the process of replacing our windows easy. The salesman, Aaron was personable and knowledgable of the product and choices. The installers, zac seemed to be the lead, did a great job. The installation looks great and everything was cleaned up before they left.

My daughter had recommended Champion. She used them last fall and was very pleased. She recommended them to me.

When I was sold the windows I was sold on the idea of a complete experience.... I did not receive that. My blinds were removed, some of the screws were lost and they did not put the blinds back up. Leaving me to try to find hardware to reinstall some blinds I did not put up in the first place.

They contacted me with every step and process of the windows. Also got a great deal

The Champion Windows of Birmingham salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. The office staff responded to my needs in a timely manner. Champion Windows of Birmingham was wonderful. Very responsive and answered all questions promptly and correctly. The installer, Mr. Preston Grifitt was awesome! Very professional! Communication with him was great. Superb! The problems came from the factory. It took far too long to receive the windows and when they finally arrived, they failed to send three windows necessary to do the job. When they finally arrived from the factory, one of the last three windows was the wrong size, so I had to wait even longer until the last of the windows arrived in the correct size. Very disappointed in the production side of this project which was no fault of Champion Windows of Birmingham. Fortunately, the local office stayed in close contact with the factory to solve the problems, even though it did take a while.
