I had used Champion Windows of Bham several years ago. Had broken glass in a window - Champion said covered under their warranty.
Replaced my window promptly.

From start to finish, our experience with Champion has been absolutely superb. We could not be more pleasesd with the service, the quality of the windows, or the installation.

It was an experience to see the changes in the look of the house. When We appreciate these wi down I will do 4 more to update the house completely.

Order was taken, processed, shipped and installed just as it was promised in the sales proposal. Even a brief snag on an incorrect sized window was handled without any delay in installation work. Everyone we met or talked to at Champion were nice and competent in their knowledge and work.
The installation crew were on time. They took measurements and quickly installed the windows.
I feel Champion did a very good job.
Did not fill like the job was complete. We had to clean the foors.
The only thing about my installation is that I was told any issues with the window or frame would be taken care of . My installers installed the windows. I was looking at them and saw rot on the brick mold . I showed this to the installers and we talked of it . They called and I spoke to their installation manager ¹. He told them to bring the brick mold to their shop They did that and eventually took the new window OUT and replaced the rotted brick mold. These installers were great I thought. But if I had not seen the rotted brick mold they would have covered it up with the trim . THEY SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT . So far the windows are good but again I feel as if THE INSTALLERS should have seen this and told me about it .
Champion Windows of Birmingham was terrible. I would not recommend them ever again.
Our sales guy quit the week after we gave deposit and ordered windows. The process then drug out for months when our order was canceled and reordered. When I called for update nobody had one and there was no one for the sales folks to send me to.
I like the way the windows look and the way they appear to tint in the sunlight
I thought Champion Windows of Birmingham did a good job. They came in and immediately got to work, getting the job done.
Job started in August of 2021 and finished in March of 2023…. 3 windows that they messed up on. Only three (3) windows. They would call… I would call them back. They wouldn’t answer half the time then when they did, no one knew anything. Then they called to install… I called two different people back and they never got back with me. Then, when they did show up some 18 months later, they only brought one window, then had to call for the other two. It was a nightmare and they never offered to make it right. Not once.
Communication was very poor and it took two years to complete the job.
Very knowledgeable and professional sales rep. Installation crews were hard-working and paid attention to details resulting in a beautifully finished project plus thoroughly cleaning the area daily.
Magnetic devices were used to find any stray nails. Awesome job, Champion, I am very proud of my new imorovements!!
I will definitely recommend CW but will warn them of the time factor if they are in a big rush. I will remind them of the excellent workmanship.
I was very happy with the beautiful job Champion did on my windows. The difference is so noticeable in quality and their work was professional and efficient.
