Transom window is streaked/marred on the inside; the door is hard to close and is squeaky; and the caulking job is horrible. We called and made a complaint and it still has not been fixed. Also, Champion called to ask if we had caused the window streak by putting some type of chemical on it. We did not. We’d like these issues fixed as we have paid many thousands of dollars to get a new door and want it to look nice.
Chris and Johnny were very friendly and very professional, any question I had for them they stopped working and explained what they were doing.
The only good thing about the entire process was the sales. the whole installation process was nothing but one lie after another.

Placed order in August. Door installed December 11. Ordered wrong transom. Was told reorder would be expedited, but it sure did not seem like it.

Champion of Birmingham has not fulfilled the installation of all the windows in my house. The windows were incorrectly counted and two windows remain missing. Team hasn’t tried to rectify this matter

I did not get full screens on my windows. No one discussed with me half screens with me even though I had full screens on the windows that were being replaced. When the installer came out I immediately ask them to try and doors closed to alleviate insects coming in. I have allergies to bees etc.
