Transom window is streaked/marred on the inside; the door is hard to close and is squeaky; and the caulking job is horrible. We called and made a complaint and it still has not been fixed. Also, Champion called to ask if we had caused the window streak by putting some type of chemical on it. We did not. We’d like these issues fixed as we have paid many thousands of dollars to get a new door and want it to look nice.

Chris and Johnny were very friendly and very professional, any question I had for them they stopped working and explained what they were doing.

The only good thing about the entire process was the sales. the whole installation process was nothing but one lie after another.

Champion of Birmingham has not fulfilled the installation of all the windows in my house. The windows were incorrectly counted and two windows remain missing. Team hasn’t tried to rectify this matter

I did not get full screens on my windows. No one discussed with me half screens with me even though I had full screens on the windows that were being replaced. When the installer came out I immediately ask them to try and doors closed to alleviate insects coming in. I have allergies to bees etc.

You brought me a damaged window and your installer pointed it out to me. Then you start sending me emails to pay my final amount before the repaired window and installation has even been scheduled or completed. I have worked in the corporate world all of my life and no that this is NOT the way that business in the residential or commercial world should be handled.

Johnathon did an outstanding job on building our enclosed patio. We have sliding windows & doors that we love ! We also installed a mini split so we will enjoy this year around It is so pretty & we could not happier..

I told the sales woman for my windows that I wanted screens for my five windows that I had installed but the screens did not come with my windows!

Need to do what your salesmen tells the customer. Without making a big deal out of it. I paid over $2500 to replace the header above windows. I had to get angry about it. It did get done after a lot of back and forth.

He and his team got her on time every day, worked quietly and cleaned up after themselves, polite and kind. Did everything I asked and made sure to pay attention to every detail. Perfection!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I would give this experience a minus rating if possible.

It took 6 months to complete the sales order (4 contract addendums). Initial contract signed 9/8/24 and it is now 4/1/25 and installation is partially complete.

At initial installation, we found that two windows were misrepresented to us at contract signing, and one delivered window was incorrect size. I understand the salesman is no longer with Champion. There were two visits to measure the windows and doors.

We refused installation of the two windows that were misrepresented after crew started removing existing windows. Waiting for installation crew to repair that window trim.

Door trim was not ordered prior to initial March 2025 installation. Still waiting for replacement window, door trim and window trim repairs to complete installation.

I regret dealing with Champion of Birmingham. Quality problems remain with the installed windows to be addressed this week.

Three years ago, Champion replaced 9 windows. Quality and service was excellent. However, that is not the experience for this current transaction.

I was pleased with the storm door they put up, but was not expecting to pay $892 on the spot, when I had already made two payments of $3663 and not received anything for it.

Until I get a resolution to a poor installation, this will remain a 1 star review.

They have a good product and good at installation.

The absolute best product as well as customer service from initially making the appointment, having to change the appointment, my salesman and the installation crew.

The windows are beautiful, high quality and the installation was top notch. However, their sales tactics are very pushy. If I recommend to a friend, I'll include a cautionary note about the sales experience. Be ready to buy if you schedule an appointment.

I would recommend champion windows if I had someone who could afford them

Every step of the process for our new windows was handled by professionals willing to go over any and every detail. They were kind, well informed, and just generally pleasant to work with.

My experience has been great so far. I am still waiting for a stormdoor to be remade, because the first one that was brought was not the correct measurements. But I expect that will be like the rest of the experience. Pleasant and exciting.

Although really pleased with my sliding door that was installed, I was very unhappy with the delivery time and the problem of not being be able to contact someone to find out what the issue was.

Champion is by far the best place to purchase new windows. They make a great window and I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from purchasing to the installation.

Bought 9 windows and there were issues due to a new color, Sand Dune. Two trim colors were brought during installation, neither matched. Waited several weeks to resolve then had to be home, again, to meet installers. Paint in several windows was skinned and needed paint repairs. The installer swabbed caulk over skinned locations. Needing 4 more windows in the front of the house to match the initial 9 windows, repairing the paint and matching paint colors on all weep hole covers was identified as a requirement. That was no done. The request was not honored.
