The installers were very unprofessional
When they put the siding in--where the air condition unit goes, there's a part that goes where the AC is that is supposed to drain the water out--they never put it back out so what happened was, after I started getting water into our house. I didn't know what it was from. It was the valve that goes and drains out from the AC, but they never put a hole back in it so the water kept going into my house. I had to call another person who does heating and air trying to figure out why the water was in the house, and they told me they didn't put a hole and left the pipe out, so that's why the water is going back in the house. I want to know since they did that, and there was water damage, if I should have called back and complained. I had a lot of damage. I had that problem the plumber people who came drilled a hole and put a pipe in. It lasted 2-3 weeks. I thought it was something else, so once they found out what it was, I felt like they should have knew.
I was told that when they finished installing I would be able to rehang my existing blinds. That was absolutely not true. It is costing me over $800 to get new ones put in myself. In addition, the finance was supposed to be interest and service fee-free for the first 6 months, and that wasn't true either.
Champion Windows of Atlanta kept me updated on what they were doing.
Our windows look fantastic and work. great.. moo
William Long, Champion Service Technician, did a skilled repair on my leaking Champion sunroom roof. He arrived on time and carefully studied the situation. When he found the cause, he diligently worked to rebuild and seal the area. A couple of hours later it rained, and he called me to confirm the roof did not leak again--conscientious service and considerate follow up.! He's a gift to Champion and its customers!
From start to finish they did things right and communicated with us when necessary
We are pleased with the finished product sunroom. However, the Champion Company is extremely disorganized and has a huge problem with communication. The customer initiates any communication because the company has no policy of keeping the customer in the loop.
They were very courteous and very detailed. They were a tremendous help and did a good job!
This is the second time I have used them and I am very happy with their work.
Because of the quality and workmanship, I already have referred them to some neighbors.
I am still not sure if the cost is worth it, but the product seems to be good.
I am very pleased with Champion Windows from the time Michale walked into my house to the time they finished my project. I am very satisfied with the whole project. Michale did such a good job comparing the quality of windows.
Steve and Nigel went beyond the call of duty to assist us in some of our requests. They were very accommodating, and we were very pleased with that.
They are an excellent company. I highly recommend them.
This is the first time since we've lived here that we actually open our windows and we are really happy about that!
They did an excellent job. They were quick, professional and courteous.
I would recommend but I would indicate that there were some minor problems and that they did solve them.
EVERYTHING about our experience with Champion Windows and Josh Dyke was The BEST!!!!!!!!The windows are TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CHAMPION TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
Read all reviews before deciding on Champion, I did and thought there is no way they could be true but sadly according to there manager I’m only 20 of 50000 that had a bad experience
Salesman was great, after the sale not so great. No contact from champion I was doing my own customer care and calling them. Craftsmanship not great, terminology of electricity needs help due to that I was sold on hard wiring the ac unit in and received a receptacle. Had to show them in the owners manual where a hardwire kit had to be installed,pg 8. Punch list time and all is quiet again gave them 2 weeks and nothing am currently discussing with the ceo of champion.
We encountered a lack of communication from the Champion Windows of Atlanta which caused us to contact the lender and threaten to cancel the order and have our attorney break the terms of the buy order and financing contract. We contracted for these windows in September of 2019 and they were installed in February of 2020. Windows were installed properly but the front storm door was not properly installed.
I was really pleased with them! This is the second sun room I have had with them.
The people are friendly and nice. They are just good people. The work crew was good.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Champion Windows of Atlanta as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
