Bad windows.
You get what you pay for, and so far, it is worth each and every red cent spent.
It took a year to get my windows put in.
Total experience was professional and very good
I am likely to recommend Champion Windows of Atlanta because starting with the salesman, I was never ashamed of the way I was, because I am far from perfect, and I thought that was kind of beautiful. When it came to them doing the installation, every step of the way, they were reasonable and kind. My son-in-law had some doubts, so he went to talk to them, and they were patient and kind. It was really beautiful for the workers to be that way. The products that I got, the glass is so much less drafty, and you can have the windows open more and that's been really nice.
Sales and installation were great. The people scheduling the installation and managing payment collection seemed confused.
Champion met all my expectations and the price was right. I recommend their products, service and installation.
When I applied to them, and they came here, he was clear in whatever he said and he was honest. When they were supposed to come out and install the window, they came here with the wrong order. They had to leave and came back a month later. I had to reach out to them so many times to find out what was going on. When they finally got it right, I thought everything was okay. They are telling me I have a balance in 2023 and this was in 2021. If they had done what they were supposed to do, I would have paid them a long time ago. I don't really appreciate that the customer service is not good. I had to reach out to them so many times. I shouldn't have done business with them after they messed up the order.
Okay
Communication is horrible, installers don't speak simple English. Quality of installation and product is nothing the salesman said it would be. We had multiple trips out to fix install issues over a 6 month period and I still don't beleive it's correct, I had requested an Installation Supervisor who spoke and understood English to come out and resolve the issues as the installers weren't communicating properly and they never came, horrible service, 0 stars.
This was the easiest process we have ever experienced!
I ordered 4 windows in March 2022. I got 3 within 6 weeks, which was good. I called in June about my other window and they told me there was a shortage of tempered glass. Never heard any followup until a letter Jan 25, 2023 stating I could cancel or mark as incomplete. Finally installed window Jan30, 2023
We were really pleased at how professional the installation staff was, the frequent updates during the permit process, how considerate they were with us as owners and the quality of the work.
The architect was very nice, and he explained everything very well. However, during the project process, more money was withdrawn than what was inscribed on the contract before completion. We were doing a sunroof project, so we had two teams to complete the project, and one of the crews made some inaccurate measurements in the process. There was no follow-up or communication, and when I tried to contact the office, no one would answer. All in all, I found it very frustrating when my money was withdrawn before the completion of the project. It feels as though I do not have any leverage.
They did an excellent job, and I have already referred them to someone.
It was handled very professionally. Champion Windows of Atlanta did a great job. The two men that came out were very courteous and helpful.
Very long wait time of contract. I signed in 7/2022. Project started 12/2022 and completed 01/2023. Had to call to check in on services and my sales person left the company. Realized my contract had been overlooked for several months. Initial staff that took measurements was nice but did not help with questions at all. Spoke with management- Ron is very very rude and is the only reason I will not refer anyone or choose Champion again. This company dropped the ball on my contract and he was uncaring and unapologetic. He made it known that he was in charge and any complaints or contract changes would come to his desk and he would handle them as he saw fit without any input from others. He actually told me that he would deny everything, even though this company had clearly messed up. He made it known that Champion had extended contract times (22-25 weeks) in order to not allow customers out of their contract and it was nothing I could do about it. He offered to void the contract but held that I would lose any money paid to them already. The work done didn’t start around the 23rd week of my contract and was finished AFTER the contract dates.
The windows are great, and the work was fine.
It took a ridiculously long time to get our windows, and I still don't have the door I ordered almost a year ago.
Champion Windows were very professional.
They are very good quality. The installers and salespeople provide quality customer service, and the installation of the patio and windows were quality.
Management problems Charles Butler
Great customer service from beginning to end. Even though the process took longer than expected due to COVID, I took that into consideration.
Everything went smoothly from the beginning, when I first met the representative, to the installation. The windows seem fine so far.
I am very likely to recommend Champion Windows of Atlanta to a friend. I'm satisfied as far as the time it took for the windows to be ordered, all the way to completion. The timeline for those to happen was very surprising to me. It was very convenient for me, especially during the winter time.
