I am very pleased with the windows and installation and have already recommended them to other people.
Champion Windows of Atlanta has a great product, but we did have issues with getting our job completed in a timely manner.
The length of time for the project to get started was my only concern.
We ordered our Windows in Sept and it wasn't until Dec until the order came in and then it wasn't right. We had to wait a few more weeks for additional windows to be order. The installation was done in January.
We waited over 4 months for our windows to be installed. During install, one window was broken and 2 windows were defective. We were told the broken window would be replaced in a timely manner. The installers fitted a piece of sheet metal over the broken pane. That was a week ago. No one will return phone calls to give us an idea when we can expect the replacement. We also asked for an estimate to replace the remaining windows. No one has responded to that request either.
I wanna know why you don't have seniors citizen discount.
They have quality windows and their installation crew are awesome and I'm satisfied overall.

Windows are exceptional quality. The energy conservation was immediately evident in the ability of our hearting system to maintain a comfortable temperature in my home. The windows glide open and shut with virtually no effort and they look great, inside and out.
I feel that I had an excellent experience with Champion and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in replacing their windows!
There were two parts of the order (windows and storm door). The windows arrived and were installed quickly while I continue to wait for the storm door months later.
It took about 8 months before my patio was built.
It was bad communication. When I placed the order, I didn't get any status update about when I would receive installation. I called three times, and I had told them I wanted to cancel before I had an actual callback with the status.
I was impressed with the quality of the windows. I seen a big difference in the heating/cooling of my home. They were very efficient. The installers came early, worked very quickly and cleaned up when they finished. They also communicated very well and were very friendly.
They were a fast, courteous, and respectful of my home. They did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves, and paid a lot of attention to detail.
