Great product and explanation of the benefits of the glass we choose for our sunroom.
Not happy with communication from sales staff after the sale. Misunderstanding contract detail caused this to be a poor experience.
Salesman didn’t get back to me with answers to my questions - josh
They did awesome work, were punctual, and cleaned up after themselves.
Champion Windows came to collect the money once. They did horrible work and asked if I was a US citizen instead of focusing on the work. They left glue and red clay on my carpets.
They did an absolutely wonderful job! Something I haven't had in a long time is a company that kept their word on a project!
I'm not sure. The number one concern I have with Champion is their commitment to customer service. When a commitment to deliver is not honored, Champion does not reach out to it's customers to inform them that the commitment timeframe has changed, whether Champion's fault or not. Further, when I reached out to Champion regarding the delayed commitment of 6 to 8 weeks, I received no response from Champion. I call and I emailed my request for a status update and received no response. No phone call, no email, no written communication, and no text message regarding my concerns.
The process was streamlined.
While the workmanship was quite good, the company very poorly communicate the status of the job. It ran very long, it took 7 months from the signing of the contract to the completion of the work. I never got a response from the Atlanta branch manager unless I called someone else. It was extremely frustrating.
The windows are okay but I had a hard time scheduling.
The quality of the work was very good, but the customer service was not. It is too hard to get in touch with them if you need to for anything. You have to go online to do it, it was just hard.
Great combination of quality and installation for the money. At no time did I feel the sales effort was “over the top” or misleading in any way. The install was done in a day and the crew was very friendly and thorough, answering my questions immediately. Great bunch of guys! Everything went smoothly, which is exactly what I wanted!
Champion Windows is a good product but the service is not as good as the product.
I don’t think I have ever been treated as badly by a corporate entity. Appalling treatment, poor workmanship, rude staff.
No one calls me back. Some lady finally got back to me, and I told her I wanted to speak to the President of the company. I am always begging for some kind of information why my windows aren't here yet. I just want t to know what is going on.
The representative carefully walked us through our choice of windows, and demonstrated why Champions windows are more efficient than the box stores. We appreciated that.
Great company and I like that their product is American made, they control the whole process from manufacturing to installation.
Sale, product & install were great. Communication between sales and call to schedule install was terrible/non-existent…must improve.
The installers came into my home, they cleaned up behind themselves, they made sure everything was in working condition and they demonstrated how the windows worked.
I don't think I would recommend, it is a little bit expensive.
Good product, it looks nice.
I love the quality of their products
They are high-quality windows! It was a noticeable difference from the moment they were installed. They look much better than my previous windows!
Long wait time period. I am waiting on some service to be completed and it hasn't happened. No one called yet to give an appointment.
We love our new windows Marty Greatorex was so professional and he explained to us all about the windows and how Energy efficient they are! We now want to have our doors (Garden) replaced! And then we will have the windows in the front of the house replaced! They are worth every penny we paid!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Champion Windows of Atlanta as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
