They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. It will be a selling point. Viewing their work speaks for itself.
A door needs to be repaired and I'm still waiting for Champion Windows to come back to fix it.
The installation crew did a good job!
The salesman James Munson was not pushing and easy to understand.
Our experience was not good due to the lack of communication.
Yes, I would recommend. I am a returning customer and I believe in the product.
The experience was a total turn off! See below.
The product is fantastic. The salesman was top-notch. The initial scheduler was great. Everything went downhill after that.
The schedule was pretty hectic. After I singed the contact, it took pretty long for them to get in touch with an installation date. I had to wait over 5 months.
I had a very hard time reaching someone regarding some concerns and also an update to my order. Nobody ever got back to me.
Crew left trash (lunch trash) in my yard, wood chips everywhere, and old nails in the driveway.
My windows look great from the street! I would highly recommend Champion Windows and doors. I have replaced all of windows and doors.
Yes. In fact, I've already recommended someone.
Overall this is a good company, had windows installed over the years and was happy with it.
The service was great, and the installers were knowledgeable. Also, the windows look great.
It was bad customer service, and they did not complete the project on time.
Salesman and instillation were excellent. Work was done quickly and efficiently.
The product had some broken seals in numerous windows, resulting in having to wait again for replacements. Champion also needs to ensure they are using well experienced subcontractors for installation, to protect their reputation.
I was put on a waiting list for too long with Champion Windows of Atlanta. I felt that I was on the back burner for my sunroom.
The presentation we had was very impressive. We went with Champion because of the quality. We were very satisfied.
Communication is terrible
I do not feel like I got a good enough deal on the windows. I overpaid for them. Once I realized this, it was too late. If I would’ve canceled the contract I would’ve taken a loss. The contract was not customer friendly at all. I regretted signing it and should’ve taken more time to read and understand some of the clauses. I was also disappointed that it took much longer than the 10-12 weeks stated in contract for the windows to arrive and be installed.
Did not honor your add.
I think their customer service could be better. Once the work was done no one called or said anything.
I just had some windows done, and the work they did in some areas are not up to par. There were less caulking used in some areas. I am waiting on Champion to come back out to re-patch those windows. Because of how busy they are, I have been waiting for over a month.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Champion Windows of Atlanta as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
