I think that after I signed my contract, I realized I could have paid a lot less. It was too late, I could have still owed money.
The installation was thorough and courteous, and they were careful to leave no trace of installation mess behind!
We received the wrong Windows. They were suppose to be with the bars, we received the ones without them.
I would recommend but will warn them that it’s very expensive, I believe more than it needs to be.
It took forever and about ten phone calls to get them to install my product. After it was installed, they still didn't finish the job. The window itself is beautiful, but I'm hoping I was the exception and not the norm.

It took longer than expected.
It took Champion 8 months to complete installation of our windows. Also, they did not honor the adjusted amount of the windows.
You can't get into contact with anyone at champion to communicate your issues.
They did an excellent and satisfactory job. I like that they cleaned up well after themselves.
An excellent product but they lost our window that we ordered.
I placed an order with Champion Windows twenty-seven weeks ago. They called me twice to let me know there would be a little delay after I called them. I haven't heard from them yet. They haven't initiated a call. We are still waiting.
The two young men who installed my windows were superb!
Adding this porch screen has greatly increased our willingness to sit outside. We are thrilled with the new space. I wouldn’t sit outside on the porch before. It was dirty from the elements and full of bugs. I have always wanted a screened porch and this one makes me happy.
I say get a real good understanding before preceding with anything.
Still waiting on one window & waiting to have our double doors aligned.
I would never recommend you due to your total lack of customer service. You take thousands of dollars up front, blow right past delivery times and then cannot even get an intelligent answer from your call centers. You have the most unprofessional, disorganized mess of a company I have ever seen. If I had read the Better Business reviews on your company prior to ordering your product I would never have done it. Your reputation is your outstanding product and brand and perhaps that was true in the past but not anymore. You need to get it together in customer service.
I was told I would receive a referral fee but I didn't get anything.
Job was delayed 4 months as a result of incorrect window measurements on three (3) half-moon windows. This caused rescheduling of my time and other projects. In addition, the installer covered my security system wiring, I called to explain the problem, no one came out so I incurred the cost of rewiring so my home would have security. No consideration was given for the cost I incurred, only the contact relieved them from any liability. When the installation was restarted 3-4 months later, offer was made at that time to correct the security breach.
The workers and contractors were very professional and attentive to detail.
I give them two stars because of the failure to totally inform the customer.

I would pass on my experience with Champion changing rules at will. That was a dirty trick. Passing along needed
information. I was told upfront that if needed repairs done that Champion will delay delay.
Now would I recommend????????
The windows are nice. They are good, and the guys who came out were very good, too!
