The room is great. The price way above what we expected.

The professionalism of Champion. The salesman was great and explained the quality of the product in great detail as it compares to other window companies.

The overall installation experience has not been great. Out of 6 windows , 3 needs replacement, the door lock does not work. While I am waiting for all of these too be fixed, I am already paying monthly payments for stuff that does not work. On top of that the installers did not do a very clean job. My staircase leading down to the deck has been left unstable and I am hoping the guys from Champion will take care of it.

Took months for a two day process

I liked how the two men came on time kept me informed were very courteous when I would ask questions very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing I could not ask for two better men do do the job

The experience was pretty good. High pressure sales but ultimately we decided to go forward. There are two specific items that I had issues with. One was the existing stair rail wasn't reconnected to my satisfaction and they had to redo it. It still is only satisfactory. The other item was the caulking on the new exterior finish. I tried to paint the board and trim but everywhere there was a bead of caulk that needed painting, the paint did not stick. It is very clear that a non-paintable silicone caulk was used instead of paintable latex or siliconized acrylic caulk. I'm not pleased with that because I'm not sure this can be fixed without considerable expense now that I've painted over it. Very disappointed that I spent several thousand dollars and this detail was missed. I can't be the first person to encounter this issue. I would like to know what others have been able to do to remedy the incorrect caulking issue.

When salesman promised us our job would be finished before Halloween it would have instead we are still waiting for electrician to finish job.

Before you get my check everything is great. Your sales people are very nice and helpful. However I’ve been waiting for a replacement window panel for months with no help or callbacks from champion.

Lack of communication from ANYONE as the project proceeds. My contract was signed in July. You all seem to have a SCHEDULE when I am to pay. Now that I'm being told all of my materials are in no one can seem to give me a SCHEDULE as to when the project will start. This is bad business. When my sliding door was installed they put it on on the wrong side and DAMAGED my less than a week old new flooring that has yet to be resolved. The door waa finally installed properly the following week but that was my time that was wasted not to mention that the 1st crew didn't even put a handle on the screen. OVERALL, at this point I am extremely regretting even contracting Champion for this project. I am paying for this with my hard earned money nothing is being financed and it's quite obvious you all could care less about being responsive to your customers concerns. I don't expect to hear anything back about this as I'm sure this is just something sent hoping to only get stellar reviews and to continue to be dismissive of the negative ones.

Time frame for depositing my check. Also time frame not met for installation. Took way too long.

The sales rep, Mike Bradley, represented the company very well. We chose Champion out of 5 bids. It wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive. However, we like that the company is in Ohio and manufacturers its product. We signed the order 9/30 and the windows were installed 10/31. Mike has been available throughout the process.

From the salespeople to the installers, all new there jobs very well. All were professional and polite

Sloppy installation of $4000+ doors. Charging $130 to come take care of windows that have issues. Paid top dollar for warranty and still have to pay $130 to have issues taken care of. Very dissatisfied!!

I’m loving the door and the panel glass each side of the door I’ve to get use to it being bigger than the one had . I’ve had neighbors to tell me how much they love the new door. Also I thought that someone was going to put a Champion sign in my yard??

It took 4 times to get my order almost correct. I was told sliders could not be made for my smaller windows but yet I ended up with one. I am so confused. I also did not know my current blinds would not fit after the new windows went in. No one told me. I was also shown a 3 pane layer window when I ordered but my windows are 2 pane. More confusion.

When Champion built my sunroom, I thought they were the best company. They made me feel very comfortable and assured that anything went wrong they would be there to help for the life of that room. So when time to replace my home windows, I contacted Champion with no hesitation. The sales person was great. The installment of the windows went well. However there was a small problem with them replacing my security bars back on the windows in the back. I called to ask why they were not installed and was told the windows were to big and the would not fit properly. I told Champions customer service what the installment team told me. The very next day without my notice the installment team was back installing the security bars into the window frame. I called back and talked with the installation manager and I asked how this would affect my lifetime warranty and was told it would not. So I asked for that statement in writing before I approved Champions final payment. The manager would not release a written guarantee without my release of payment, a tug of war. I felt compelled to release the funds because of the installers previous actions. Perhaps they would come back and remove the windows. At that last contact with the installation manager I did receive an unclear email about my warranty. I vowed at that time to never use Champion again for any of my home projects.

At this point we are experiencing so doubt about the project.

Would have been a 10, except the caulk used is not paintable. I had a hard time trying to paint it, took multiple coats to cover it.

Hard working crew! The job was faster than I expected.

The installation crew were not obtrusive and pleasant while working and respected our space by removing their shoes to work in the white carpeted areas. They were efficient and promptly cleaned up the work areas. They also vacuumed the carpeted areas. I am very satisfied with the results.

Champion sales person was efficient. The windows look great. The installation team was wonderful to work with.

Installation needed two crews to finish the job
