The windows look fantastic! The workmanship is great. The installers worked nonstop and did an excellent job.

Room is very nice but several minor issues. Crew building the deck and steps dropped/left nails and screws in my yard and driveway. I had to have a tire repaired as a result. Electrical crew left their trash for me to dispose of, and left one electrical cover missing for me to purchase and install. The crew building the room did a great job.

I Love that from the representative Darren Hayes who showed to sale my patio to measurement person Dan and the installer, sorry didn't get his name but he worked his but off finishing in 2 days. Love my pario can't wait to decorate and start enjoying.

Overall it was a smooth experience until there was an issue. There was little to no effort to remedy the issue until final payment was withheld.

More detail is needed during the manufacturing process. There are several areas on the windows and screens where the trimmed peices were not full cut off. I have had to go to each window to finish cleaning the trim and it is so time consuming I am still not done.

Length of time to get the permit for installation. After finishing the installation, I found rusty razor blades left in the grass in the driveway that could have caused serious injuries if stepped on.

1. The door is exactly what we wanted and was painted to match the house
2. The crew did an excellent job removing the old door and installing the new one and cleaning the work site.

Champion of Atlanta did an excellent job on our sunroom project. From the beginning to the end, Darren was very professional and worked with our HOA to help us get approval. Ivan, who built the sunroom, did a fantastic job. He worked very hard every day until the project was completed.

My representative refuses to return calls or emails to address install issues. Champion installers confused the scope of my project which resulted in failure.

I was not happy with my two bedroom windows. They were supposed to let me know how much it would be or replace them for free. They haven’t called me back. They haven’t let me know about the window. They made a mistake on, so no, I’m not very happy..

Windows do not lift up as easily as was demonstrated. Definitely can't lift with a finger. 2 are VERY hard to lift.

We had a very difficult time getting clear direction on the project. We signed the contract on late June 2025 and the project was not completed until late February 2026.

I waited a little over 6 months for my windows. I asked if some monies could be taken off of my last payment. I was told NO! because the deal I got was good. They made a mistake on my bay window measurement not me. And they wanted to charge me more money. The young man that was assisting me said no because they made the mistake. I appreciated that. However, companies can do what they want. The government does. Some monies could have been taken from my last payment. And the window screens have gaps. Not happy about this at all. And a hard rain came 2/15/26. Why? Is there water inside my window seals. Not happy AT ALL.

They did the whole window wrong. It was supposed to look just like the other window on my home. They used tinted glass (my home has clear glass) the grid is wrong, not the same size. the grid is not straight and is not aligned. And there is a selent around the window that looks so terrible and cheap.

Don’t appreciate take it or leave it 90% payment before delivery approach - recd two money chasing calls yesterday an hour following completion for a payment we’d already paid - massive disconnect leaving an unpleasant taste

The room is great. The price way above what we expected.

The professionalism of Champion. The salesman was great and explained the quality of the product in great detail as it compares to other window companies.

The overall installation experience has not been great. Out of 6 windows , 3 needs replacement, the door lock does not work. While I am waiting for all of these too be fixed, I am already paying monthly payments for stuff that does not work. On top of that the installers did not do a very clean job. My staircase leading down to the deck has been left unstable and I am hoping the guys from Champion will take care of it.

Took months for a two day process

I liked how the two men came on time kept me informed were very courteous when I would ask questions very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing I could not ask for two better men do do the job

The experience was pretty good. High pressure sales but ultimately we decided to go forward. There are two specific items that I had issues with. One was the existing stair rail wasn't reconnected to my satisfaction and they had to redo it. It still is only satisfactory. The other item was the caulking on the new exterior finish. I tried to paint the board and trim but everywhere there was a bead of caulk that needed painting, the paint did not stick. It is very clear that a non-paintable silicone caulk was used instead of paintable latex or siliconized acrylic caulk. I'm not pleased with that because I'm not sure this can be fixed without considerable expense now that I've painted over it. Very disappointed that I spent several thousand dollars and this detail was missed. I can't be the first person to encounter this issue. I would like to know what others have been able to do to remedy the incorrect caulking issue.

When salesman promised us our job would be finished before Halloween it would have instead we are still waiting for electrician to finish job.
