we ordered a bathroom window which was supposed to be obscure, so Tonya the salesperson put the order in but did not specify the window to be obscure. Now this is not our fault, but Champion will not rectify this problem saying is was not ordered. Not a stand up company for not taking care of the window. So Customer Service is nowhere to be found. Will Not recommend Champion to anyone!!!
I ordered, 3 of them had to be re-:ordered. They arrived quickly they were installed very well. I was very satisfied.

Poor communication. Shoddy product. Sloppy installation. No customer service.
Nothing but a bad experience from start to finish. Salesperson misquoted project. Delayed install with a one man crew. Had to have stucco redone twice because of damage by the installer. Installed wrong window in living room. Over 6 months to fix. Over a year from start to finish.
From the project start, during, the end and after, the salesperson, Aaron Apodaca, Mike Herrera, the supervisor, Bill? (sorry, forgot his name) the installer and Ashley for screens were professional, amiable and answered questions completely. We appreciated knowing upfront what things we as homeowners were to take care of before installation (e.g. remove screens, repair concrete). Glad to see a contract stating what they were going to do and phone calls on status of materials delivery. We are satisfied with the patio doors and transom windows. Aaron was great in explaining details and Mike was outstanding in ensuring the measurements, tracking the materials and informing us of the statuses. It was impressive to watch the installation being done by one man. He cleaned up the area before leaving and also was professional in answering questions. We are proud to show off our patio and say who did it. I would recommend Champion Windows.
We have had nothing but bad experiences, completely, minus one person from champion windows has been helpful. We have been going since October trying to get these windows done and they are still not finished.
The communication is not the best.
There were problems with communication. There was no follow through on what was promised.
They worked with my schedule. Higher quality and professionalism and the warranty for what i got. .When i had questions on certain stuff for the sunroom they gave me straight up awnsers, and let me change the original design to a different one after i saw how the doggie door was installed.. I 💯% love it.. and a huge plus, they are pet friendly, they were fantastic with my dogs from the beginning to the end!!!
