As far as the salesman, as soon as he had the sale he was gone and did not ever reach out to see how it was going (he hit his quota) . everyone else from folks o n the phone and the install team were good.
I had to initiate calls for scheduling measurement and make payments after waiting for weeks longer than what the salesmen had told me. I felt like if I had not been following up, things would not have been scheduled.

We explored several vendors while shopping for new windows and are thrilled with the outcome. Our new windows look great, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Would like to see itemized billing so I can see what I'm being charged for windows vs labor and associated discounts. $45,000 for my windows is a lot and I'd hate to think of what "full price" would be.
The windows are heavy and very hard to open. Because of the wide casings I lost 5 in width and 5 in in height on my pictur window over the kitchen sink. It's very hard to open because of the weight of the window.
The installers and installation were great. The product wasn’t what we ordered.
Front screen door does not lock nor have a mechanism to stay open. Back patio door lock is difficult to use. Holes were drilled and not used. Screws are popping out of the doorframes. Leftover wood was shimmed into cracks. Installers broke patio screen accordion blinds. Sales person unresponsive following installation.
The process from start to finish seemed to take longer than the time frame explained.
There is a question about the door size being wrong. NO ONE has called back/followed up for 4 days now.
Install crew was friendly and knowledgeable
Windows seem to be very good quality, and pricing was competitive, but communication and after sales service is poor. The original order was not completed correctly, so two windows could not be installed. Two months later, we are still waiting for our project to be completed, but we have been charged for the entire amount. We set up a 12-month no interest loan for the project, and the account was actually overcharged, which also has not been corrected.
Get job done, fix the issues that have happened. This order was placed in February and is now August and still not finished. Very disappointed with the whole process. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. The issues are blamed on someone else not doing their job. Told that the issues are being addressed, but find out later that they haven't even started.
Everything was thoroughly explained and our questions answered. Also, Keith was always available by phone.
I have concerns regarding several issues. First of all, telling customers to expect a 6-8 week time frame for installation is misleading. The door was ordered on April 18 and installed July 17th. The door has a manufacturer’s problem that is being investigated by the company. The apparatus that unlocks the door is broken and needs to be replaced. The gentleman installers were rushed to go to another job and did not finish plastering the wall that was not covered by the trim. There is a gap on the right side of the door that needs correcting. The measurements were not correct. Contact me and we will discuss these concerns. Thank you

Mislead on numerous occasions. Poor install, needed to bring in another team to fix multiple mistakes. Damage was done to my wall. Lack of communication between champion reps.

There isn't enough room to detail all the problems we've had with Champion to replace all of our windows as well as our front glass door. They installed our door incorrectly TWICE. Despite coming out twice to measure our windows, they ordered the windows in incorrect sizes and initially said they couldn't install them. Somehow, they did, but we're unsure exactly how or what damage was done to make them fit. The wrong fogged window was ordered. Screens weren't provided for several windows. Our salesperson, Mason Brennan, sold us on being the only point of contact we'd need, but then ghosted us when we began experiencing problems. Overall, absolutely terrible experience. We paid tens of thousands of dollars and received abysmal service. We've warned at least a dozen neighbors, family members, and friends to avoid Champion at all costs.

Every thing was a great experiance from sales to install.
Terrible customer service. Constant pressure to sign Certificate of Completion even though work was never - to this day - completed. Multiple handles on the casement windows have fallen off. I have no children at home. The windows are not abused or mishandled- it’s an overall poor product and poor product design.
Took too long 4 months to install. The storm door was the wrong size and I don’t know when that will be completed. The crew who came were very rude and combative upon their arrival. They were very loud and they yell
Champion windows came highly recommended by our neighbors. The windows and patio door have now been installed and are definitely NOT what we had expected. I have already shared an email with your CI-Team on Wednesday 6/11/25 (two days after installation) with a list of things that are not satisfactory, and have not heard back. They DID communicate regarding the fact that a repair order had gone in regarding a window (master bedroom) that arrived here with a broken pane, and the lock cylinder in the sliding door is faulty. We have not yet received any response to our email - not even an acknowledgement that it has been received.

Champion windows may be good products, but the company lacks in customer service and customer support.
Two installers worked hard for 6 hours. They were exceptional. All done except screen door had a rip and the bottom stops were cut too short. I have to wait 2 weeks for screen door then a 4 hour window which is ridiculous since if you had done your work correctly I would not be in a position to waste 4 hours
It’s really to early I feel to rate Champion. The up front installation went very well well, but as a new customer let’s see how you respond when a problem occurs.

The team was extremely professional, and I’m continually impressed by the quality of the build.
Salesman did not emphasize how GREEN the tint on these windows are. Also did not emphasize that since all UV is blocked, any plants you have will die. I am not happy with the product but realize I am stuck. The windows themselves seem to be an OK product. They are also EXTREMELY expensive.

The extent of your incompetence and lack of professionalism is breathtaking. I ordered windows from you in 2023 and I am still waiting to make right what is wrong. You are apparently incapable of sending the proper part, the one that was repeatedly requested. One of my windows, the left sash, cracked all over shortly after it was installed. You kept sending the right sash and once, what you sent (right sash) was also the wrong color. I stopped counting at 5. Last week Champion people arrived to replace trim. I don't know what they did but the trim is still a different color and a different texture from the other trim in these windows. I doubt that you will ever read this.
