Gene the installer was awesome! He did a wonderful job! Jordan the sales consultant was great too! Thoroughly explained why Champion is a better product. After Gene got them installed, I am a believer, totally!

My installation because of the size of the front window required 3 people but only 2 were available. Thus this installation took 10 hrs to get done, I thought the windows were made to fit but there were gaps. 3 sizes were filled with foam. They did not have enough cover to go over the foam so will be back. The crank to open one of the windows is not working correctly. No one told me the mess that would be created. The installers were asked to remove their shoes as I have white carpet.

Champion was professional throughout the entire process, from sales thru installation. We highly recommend Champion and their team to anyone looking for a good value and a team you can trust.

Champion windows are triple paned and insulated well.

After 2 people measured, all my windows were wrong and had to be remade.

I love the details provided to us when first meeting with the sales representative. He was well knowledgeable and was able to get us a quote right then and there.

Great service by Brian Peterson on install day and Gene Miller Construction that assisted him. They were very professional & got the job done right & in a timely fashion

They were very easy to work with. My windows were ready and installed sooner than I expected.

I asked for fu from.sales rep regarding non color match on internal trim. Did not receive any response.

Scheduling was a problem

Window install did not include inside trim, option was not discussed during purchase.

I don't generally recommend companies until I'm completely satisfied with my projects.

We have never gotten a working window and the regional manager is aware of my problems

I was taught if you don't have anything good to say then don't say anything.

When the crew left the windows dirty, Champion made it right for me.

The contractor or service provider did a ****ty job on both the windows and doors. It seems the only thing Champion is interested in is me signing off on the doors even though the windows are not finished and look crappy for the $17,000 that I paid

The crew that came here was not very professional asked if he was doing all of the windows in the house...should know when you get here exactly what you need to do .No introduction i don't there names. Kitchen windows is not level i mentioned that hen they were here he looked at it, gave some bs answer in my opinion. I put a level on it yes it's not right I did need to use a different level my other one was a **** one. Later I found screws and nails in the driveway that probably bounced out when they threw them from the second floor. And also noticed later I had moved my grandma glass cross from the window to the floor to be out of there way and ready I went to pick it up and up it back and noticed it was chipped..that is were thy put the windows down when they brought them upstairs. And they did not clean the foam up around the windows looks like crap

Seems to be very high-quality I will know more when the winter months hit and the high heat this summer

What between the mistake made on master bedroom windows that I can't unlock them with my wood shutters back up, or all the damage to my wood trim, to the confusion at end of installation about needing a check when it was all handled between my money and greensky financing and the 0 % Financing. Installer should never had asked for any money but he didn't even know what greensky was. They're installer, they're finance company!!!???WTF
