Not installed welled. All windows and sliding door appear to have scuffs from sliding around a van. Caulking was done very poorly. Windows in hard to see closely were installed even worse

There was a window broken in shipping. Was assured it would be taken care of promptly. A case number was assigned. We’ve now gone 8+ weeks with no replacement no personal contact from your customer service. Apparently, you are too busy to handle your customer service problems so we will use social media to help slow your sales so you can take care of your customer service

We ordered our windows while a special deal was going on Have had champion window installed before and would tell anyone who needs windows to call them

The project took over 3 months from time of order until the installation began. During installation it was discovered one window was the wrong and one wasn't delivered at all. Took an additional 3+ months to get the wrong sized window delivered and installed. The missing window was disputed, and it was a full year between ordering and getting the installation done.

time it took to measure, order and receive a time to install windows and doors was several months. BUT most of the money was taken right away!

The price was good and i think the windows are quality. The install is not great. We still ha e an incompletely installed window

Our 1950s-built ranch was in desperate need of a window upgrade. Most windows didn’t open, and they were drafty and ugly. We chose Champion for the upgrade, and we couldn’t be happier. First, the windows are BEAUTIFUL. The amount of light it adds to our home is incredible. Ordering, financing, and installation were seamless with amazing communication through the process. Best of all, we’re already seeing a decrease on our energy bills!

We have replaced all our windows and two entry doors with Champion! We have seen negative feedback on their service and installation, but we have been BLOWN AWAY by our experiences with Champion, all around. From sales, to installations to repairing any troubles we have had, Champion has done excellent for us!!

Champion Windows of Des Moines has been great. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The installer is very precise and cleaned up after himself, you would've never known he was putting new windows in. We have enjoyed our new windows and I wish we would've reached out sooner.

I worked with a large team of people for our new Champion Windows for our sun porch. We wanted to move from a 3-season to 4-season. Ashli was the sales person in DSM, the measurer was in Omaha and both installation teams who came were from Omaha.
Our positives were that everyone we worked with were personable and quick. The Omaha personnel were extremely knowledgeable.
Our negatives were that Champion wants most of the payment up-front which can be nerve-wracking. Part of our order was left in Omaha and had to be installed at a later date. The first installers were not as clean and gentle to our garden as I would have liked and the second team had to clean-up after them. Our door doesn't have the features of cold and heat-resistant that we will need for a 4-season porch. That wasn't explained until it went in.
I would like to replace some of our windows in the house, but after our experience, I may not contact the DSM sales person again. I liked the installation experts, but would want a cleaner, more straight forward experience going forward.

when the installer was here and finished, we were right in the middle of my mother in laws death/funeral so i didnt inspect the work as closely as I should have. There are nicks in the paint in about every window that was installed.

There were some issues. They took off with my keys to the entry door of my home after the work was completed. The installer left and didn't say goodbye. I had to wait a long time to get the keys back, and I was not happy. The sliding door gets stuck sometimes. I would not recommend Champion Windows.

I am happy with the windows and the service. They look really nice and they did a good job.

The person who came over was very good. He was an excellent worker.
