We did phase one with Champion Windows it went fairly well, phase II, was a mess from the beginning an inexperienced sales person and not measuring and quoting all windows , pricing, billing and scheduling. Just not a great experience. Once I got with Michael Foster things went better.

Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Skilled. Efficient.

My house was left a mess and I had to hire a cleaning service to come and clean up sawdust and wood chips along with plastic trim pieces that were left on my Persian rugs and under the furniture. Chips were knocked out of my window frames and not patched. None of the furniture was move back and the picture window vertical blind was left laying thrown across my living room sofa and not refund. My husband and I are both handicapped, Champion was not our lowest bid but we gave you the job because both the salesman and the person that came out to measure assured us that the job would be done right and everything would be put back in the end. This did not happen. I will be contacting the BBB.

Ordering process and communication

We ran into issues every step of the way:told a significantly different price, timeline estimates pushed back as a result, ended up with a different window as a result, inaccurate paperwork cause wrong color window to be ordered, took off work for scheduling- team showed up over an hour late and/ or with wrong window, etc., not sending payment links without me asking for them- causing scheduling/timeline issues, etc.

I had to remind the team over and over that I ordered these windows due to the promise of being able to be installed with a flange. They continually forgot then later affirmed that they confirmed that the windows could and would be installed with flange and tape. I tried to get my salesperson info multiple times and never got a call back or his complete info. I was assured multiple times that the windows would then have the flange. When the install team came out, they said they couldn't do a good job with the flange. So, install was done last minute without them. Not sure protocols such as sill tape were used, so now worried about sill rot which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.

From start to finish the process was fluid and easy. Stephen our salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable. His easy handling of our questions and factual information delivery was so easy. The scheduling was easy as well. We had to work around our schedules a bit, but the team was responsive. The installers sent to our home were not just professionals… they were craftsmen! So personable and even with a casual conversation they kept their attention to detail. Even though there was a bit of language barrier, the young man Adiel (Spelling?) was very busy translating a happy set of conversations. All of my questions were addressed happily and with thoughtful and thorough responses. Even though I can’t say enough about the crew as people.. the work they did was so perfectly done.

Great company, they insure and even replace the glass if broken. Incredible. Good price, good communication. Couldn’t be a better experience for getting new windows.

The windows were to be installed in December 2024. Champion never notified us that they wouldn't be ready on time. We had to contact Champion and tell Champion that they failed to deliver our windows. When they finally arrived in March they DID NOT FIT. They had to be re-manufactured and were not finally installed until June 2025!! Champion never compensated us IN ANY MANNER. Why would I ever recommend your services?

They worked with my budget, we’re communicative during every step of the process, and installed the windows quickly and professionally.

Didn't like the sales, but the install crew was fantastic. Install crew is the only reason this is a 6.

We were told things would be done that were not. And we could not discuss it with the installers due to their lack of English

Called for siding, was sold on windows and siding for a “great deal.” Was told 4-6 weeks for my project to start ended up being almost double that. Once the windows were in was informed that they messed up and priced my siding way to low and would have to cancel the contract for the siding. Pretty sure I got hustled for windows that I didn’t even want to begin with. Been trying to get the charges off of my loan for the siding and it still hasn’t happened. Don’t hear from anyone about anything since the beginning unless I hassle them. Terrible experience all around. Will never recommend this company to anyone and will warn everyone I hear that is considering using them.

The installation team was wonderful, professional, and very detailed with the installation.

The communications regarding the measuring, estimated cost, purchase, delivery and installation of my doors was timely and consistent.

These triple pane, low-e windows are a big improvement to my home. They came in when expected and all work well. I had a large double front window with a half round above it that I was worried about replacing. The installation crew did a great job and the trimming around the windows was done very nicely. I am happy with these windows and the service.

This project was a disaster from the start

Installers were great, very courteous and business like. Completed my entire window change out (11 windows) from 9:00am - 12:30pm.

The windows were initially measured wrong and built too big and had to be measured again and built again. The contract was signed in Sept and still aren't finished. One of them was cracked when it was installed in Feb and still waiting on it's replacement in May. Two windows that were arched couldn't be built and another window couldn't be built that was just a square window. The total process is probably going to take 9 months.

We were promised the window installed in our game room would match exactly with the existing window. IT DID NOT, but was installed without being checked by the installers or the supervisor. WE HAD TO PURCHASE another to get a matching pair. Even though the sales representative assured us initially they would match, the company did not back her guarantee.

There were other disappointing issues that arose, but the company refused to work with us to alleviate the cost of the 4th window purchased when we originally contracted for three. The one person who applied “true customer service” was an African-American named Spencer from the local office.

Due to the unpleasant experience with this project, I will NEVER consider Champion. Windows nor will I recommend same.

The process was smooth and not confusing, the installation was smooth and the guys were professional.

Victor and Natalie did an excellent job installing the windows, very professional took pride in their workmanship and it shows.

They have terrible customer service and do not return calls...that is, if you can even find a phone number to talk to a real person at the company. They do not follow through on delivery dates or promises. HOrRIBLE experience with this company!!!

All went very smooth and everyone was amazing to work with.

The whole goal of changing our patio door was to expand the opening to enjoy the backyard view, upgrade energy efficiency and increase security through the locking mechanism. We thought we were sold what we wanted but found out at installation that the patio door was not as expected. It wasn't the installation crew's fault as they were installing what was provided to them.

The windows look great, and are easy to use and clean. The staff with Champion were great to work with, from our salesperson, to the office staff, and the installation crew.

I would definitely recommend that those in the market for new windows give Champion a look.

Installation was great! The sales person lied and told me blinds were available in a sliding when they were not. The measurements were wrong and my windows and doors needed to be reordered.

Easy to schedule from consultation to install - 3 windows replaced within 4 weeks start to finish

The installation has been fraught with errors. First day of implementation was canceled by Champion at the last minute (the day of installation) and rescheduled for a later day. Installer was late on the rescheduled day and was not able to complete the installation with the planned period of 2 days. Installer came back the next week and discovered he did not have all the pieces needed to complete the installation. The piece had to be ordered and is now under a 7 to 10 day delay. The installation should have been completed 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting.

If you just need new windows and you're not detail-oriented Champion is probably fine.

I would recommend Champion Windows. They had a couple of problems with installation and resolved them quickly. All companies can make a mistake but how they respond is the measure to me.

A headache from the beginning

This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. The people that work for this company are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and clueless. If I were the owner of this company, I would be very unhappy at the performance of the employees running this business.

Trouble with installation scheduling. Windows don’t work properly, they’re extremely hard to open and close. One window was damaged and still waiting more than 3 months to get a new window install.

I would recommend Champion to anyone with one caveat. Production time takes an excessive amount of time. However, I liked the fact that Champion is their own representative from beginning to end. No middle man.
