Everything in the install went pretty smoothly, however I would have appreciated more communication about next steps and when to expect workers to show up. Our dog is very sensitive to strangers around the house so I would have liked more time to be able to take her to my mother's house or to daycare.

My sales person was very knowledgeable About the product he had to offer. He was very helpful with me making my decisions. Office Staff was Professional with any questions I had. Most of all the installers I Felt they did an excellent job.

Price seemed high

They measured my windows wrong so they had to reorder two out of the three windows they measured. They never completed the repairs of previous installed patio door.

We have a window that was damaged when it was installed. We were told that would be replaced over two months ago. Then, they "forgot" our screens for our big front window at installation. THEN, we were told that they were never made...THEN they were coming...two months later and we still do not have them. So...what is the actual truth??? We were unable to open our front windows for a lot of nice days. We contacted our salesperson, who sent us to someone else, who sent us to someone else. NO ONE is helping. This should have been taken care of immediately. This is AWFUL customer service.

Sunroom is installed! Key does not lock door ! Keys were found in the door on the day three seasons room was completed. Just tried out the key today.
Also , Light is not working properly outside!

First of all the masons did a very professional job and the finished floor was perfect. Next Dino and Victor did an excellent job putting the structure together. They were very easy to work with and were attentive to all our concerns. They were key to a perfect building.

The process from start to finish was less time than I had expected.

I really like their high-quality windows and professional and courteous employees.

Took a long time to get my doors, failed to measure one of my doors correctly, had to wait almost 3 more months for the next one, and I didn't get my first door fully installed, now waiting to get it finished yet. Absurd.

Measurement and instal issues, was called by campion about install and I told her of my issues she said she would pass that on and my phone has been silent like they don’t give a darn!!!

The sales rep was super nice but way too extensive in his pitch. We knew we were ready to sign and could’ve saved an hour & a half from our day.

The scheduling part was a nightmare, I had to be the one initiating all the calls. The installation left a crack on our window & scheduling to get that fixed was even more of a nightmare UGH. Husband had to leave work early twice only for them to show up early. Comms was trash tbh.

Having our sunroom replaced by Champion has resulted in 6 month long nightmare which still isn't over because of yet to be completed work including the replacement of a leaking window and work to pass inspection by the building inspector. It started with the incomplete removal of our old sunroom which caused me to have to pay their sub-contractor an additional $3,500 to complete the job of removal. Sloppy workmanship in the sunroom construction followed and the day their people declared it finished, we were left with a room with uncaulked gaps, screens which were not squared up in their openings, windows which had glass seals rolled and out of position and electrical work which did not pass code. They did not even bother to clean the new window glass with smudges, finger prints, and caulk smears in several areas. They have returned to repair some of the problems but they have not fixed everything yet. For the price we paid for a 13' x 15' room I expected much better quality.

Salesman said would be 7 day project once materials were in, well it was a six week project , poor communication with project manager, only 2 of contractors worked for Champions all others outsourced. I guess we assumed it would be finished with lattice or dirt around deck, well they charged extra and had to come back to do. Project manager came to see why we complained and he said he wouldn’t have let his home look like ours was left, well that cost us additional money to have it look complete and another wait time
Overall I think we would just outsource others to do this project, Champions communication was terrible
The room looks great, but sure for the price we paid we should have never had to keep reaching out for when they were coming, we felt we should have had a schedule of when and what was to be completed
We learned our lesson, never use big companies anymore

While the installers were great, the sales experience was not great. Was told 8-10wks for manufacturing, sales ended up missing a window, took forever to get addendum taken care of for the missed window then took an additional 6-8wks to complete the entire order. I had to hunt down people for answers about what was going on and half the time my inquiries were ignored.

Unsatisfied with the door not fitting properly. Unprofessional supervisor that spoke to me on the phone.

The wait time for the project

A couple of screens were damaged from the shop, the storm door also is damaged from delivery. Half of the screens need to be redone at the corners, large gaps for bugs to enter. I am hoping for a new storm door to replace the damaged one .

Keeping me more regularly updated on status of windows..especially
Install if running late. Also, the first quote we received was so far off from the others we received, it felt gimmicky.
