Install doors correctly initially
Communication could have been better.
The worst work ever. Never know when they are going to show up even if they are told not to come on a certain day they come any way.. nobody listens!’

I will not be recommending champion to anyone because our installation was not done correctly and now we’re being asked to pay more money to fix it
Project made incorrectly and had to be remade. Door hinged on wrong side. Reordered. Not receiving yet
While the salesperson was nice, they didn't have the knowledge to give a correct total quote for the job.
First door built wrong. Second door installed wrong. Whole process took 5 months.
Good product
Sales, product and installation were good. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or show up to complete the job. I have a door that I can’t use now because a part was missing during installation.
Willing to change the rating if my issue gets addressed ASAP.
I have shared with friends how pleased we have been with the product (sunroom), workmanship, and people who worked on the sunroom. I would use them again if needed and would refer them.
Windows are well made and I am willing to pay for the better quality.
I feel like I was misled by the salesman and a couple different areas. But there was nothing we could do. I had already signed the contract.
My wife and I are still sitting here three days later convincing ourselves that it was a good investment and that we like it. Rarely do we walk away from a purchase or a project where we are not sure how we feel.
From sale to completion of windows, job was done professionally and finished product was beautiful.
Has been a hassle to get the installation completed correctly. Has taken up about 3 days of my time and the work is still not completed. Was told it would be middle of August before next service call to finish the work and it will take 3 to 4 hours more of my time.
I'm already telling friends and family members about how please I'm with my new doors, the look, the secure of the doors ,how they have a great seal
These installers did high quality work and cleaned up very nicely. This is even with a terrible storm that dropped 2.5 inches of rain for more than an hour. They had to postpone their work and stayed late into the evening to finish up.
They measured wrong, they ordered wrong type of windows, they won't fix their mistakes. They overcharged me for the one wrong window.
Very pleased with completed product. Very pleased with crew on our job. Took much longer than originally stated. Communication from Champion (Greenville and Columbia) was very poor, especially in the beginning. New project supervisor was better.

The quality of material. Install went well but only have an issue with couple things.
I was disappointed in the fact that I was told that the door was not made to fit after I waited for more than 6 weeks for it to be made, not sure how well the door will be af ter the wall had to be motified to installed

Point we placed the order on was very unpleasant! The windows were poorly installed, are not square in the corners, and they used the wrong type of caulk on the inside of our windows.
All of the employees were knowledgeable, kind and respectful.
The windows are a good quality window and they did a great job with installation. We are very pleased with our new windows.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and personable, and he did an excellent job convincing me of the superior quality of Champion windows.
There were several issues I uncovered after the installers left… dirty windows, sliding door not fitting correctly, doors or screens not installed properly, etc. I called the sales person to ask him if there was a final inspection. I told him there were some issues that needed addressing. He said “ Since certified installers not sure if we do but I’m checking on it.
If you need someone I can come out and check them out if I get free time. “. He never showed up or followed up with me on the phone. Hardly the response I expected, and very disappointing.
It would had been a ten but the screens wasn' t with the installer. The windows look great and the installer was great as well.

The windows are amazing, the installation for 14 windows was done in a days time. Although I have more windows, mostly newer, the casings around the windows to change was a little high in price. Overall the windows are nice
This is the third attempt and finally got it right. Service guy order them on vertical instead on horizontal. The second order came with the wrong number of panes. "The third times a charm!" as they say...
The last guy (out of Charlotte) was competent, though crusty in temperament. These windows were initially measured Friday, July 26, 2024. On round three with correct windows were finally installed: early May of 2025!

Some of it has to do with the cost.
The time it took to correct a custom storm door was too long. Hardware type was also incorrect.
The quality of the product is outstanding and the installers did a marvelous job.
Installation NIGHTMARE
We ordered colonial windows and the pattern is different on the windows. Been waiting for weeks to have them fixed with very little response. Also have cracked frames that need to be replaced.
My siding is bubbling. It was difficult getting customer service.
To make a long story short. My windows were installed on 12-31-2024. One of the screens was the wrong size. I received a call on January 28 2025 at 9:50 am, that Mr. Phillips was on the way with my screen. As of today March 10 2025 I still do not have the screen. Debbie from the main office has been the only one to call me. They cannot find my screen and they are suppose to come out from Charlotte North Carolina and measure on March 25, 2025. Also time management has been a problem from the start. If you want details with dates and times of things that happened feel free to call me.
I feel I have had patience in this matter.

This project took way too long to complete.
The date for the installation was changed and I wasn’t notified until the morning.of. Finally they came about one or two weeks later to install the windows but all the windows couldn’t be installed because measurements were taken incorrect for the bathroom windows causing a delay. The job was supposed to be completed the end of October but it didn’t get completed until December 16th.
Regarding our 3-season sunroom, our installer John out of the Columbia SC office was amazing. Totally professional and courteous, John did an absolutely fantastic job. We were so impressed by his relentless attention to detail and 100 % focus on providing us a sunroom we will enjoy for many years. We would also like to recognize Richard Kale who was our main contact from Champion Windows of Greenville. Richard worked hard on keeping us informed of the status of our project throughout. It is evident that Richard is laserbeam focused on customer satisfaction, as he instilled confidence in the entire process. We were very impressed with Richard's caring and genuine way. Overall Champion Windows of Greenville has our overwhelming recommendation - excellent people and excellent products!
