The installation crew was efficient..........but
They did not sweep their metal shavings/ scraps after they were done. They left a floor that needed to be swept and mopped.
They moved landscaping stones without telling me and didn't put them back.
They cracked a piece of vinyl. They did not inform me about what happened.
The house shook like an earthquake was taking place. I thought went out to ask and they said they were drilling into the concrete and that is why the house shook.
Professional installers and kept me advised on the status and steps of the installation. Also very courteous and friendly

High cost, had to haggle with the salesperson to get a reasonable price. Poor quality of work and customer service, my storm door is still not fixed, it’s been months!
Job was fine except the electrical. They installed a 15 amp breaker for all electrical. I have a 15 watt heater in the sun room, that just leaves 300 watts for everything else. The receptacles should be on a separate breaker from the lights. Marcus even said it shouldn't be that way. The electrician said they could install a 20 amp breaker if so directed. After several attempts to reach both of them, they refuse to call me back. Fix this please so I can write a super review about the project. Thanks Bill Lee
Pricing and timeline met my needs after numerous quotes.
Sent one guy to do a simple screen enclosure. Guy worked half days (if that) and took two weeks to finish, except it wasn’t done correctly. Door wouldn’t close properly and it didn’t look finished. Called my sales person over a dozen times with no response. I went with champion to insure a quality addition to my home. If I wanted to chase a local guy for two weeks to finish an easy job, I would have saved thousands. Instead I got to do it for three times what the job is worth.
Project took 2 and a half times longer than promised. Untrained, unskilled workers. Had to bring construction team in from out of town.
Superior custom doors ordered to perfection
There was considerable confusion between the work order and the actual installation. This added time and expense that Champion had to absorb. This included the installer "Derrick" having to change hotels in the middle of the installation as the job could not be completed on time.
The inspectors in Pickens were bad. My problem was with them, not Champion of Greenville.
Job done on time and looks beautiful
We paid top dollar for the installation. And while the materials are first rate, scheduling and communication with our contractor was poor. Apparently, Champion accepts jobs for which they are not adequately staffed and/or our contractor wasn't honest with us.

The worst work ever. Never know when they are going to show up even if they are told not to come on a certain day they come any way.. nobody listens!’

Project made incorrectly and had to be remade. Door hinged on wrong side. Reordered. Not receiving yet
While the salesperson was nice, they didn't have the knowledge to give a correct total quote for the job.
First door built wrong. Second door installed wrong. Whole process took 5 months.
Good product
Sales, product and installation were good. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or show up to complete the job. I have a door that I can’t use now because a part was missing during installation.
Willing to change the rating if my issue gets addressed ASAP.
I have shared with friends how pleased we have been with the product (sunroom), workmanship, and people who worked on the sunroom. I would use them again if needed and would refer them.
Windows are well made and I am willing to pay for the better quality.
I feel like I was misled by the salesman and a couple different areas. But there was nothing we could do. I had already signed the contract.
My wife and I are still sitting here three days later convincing ourselves that it was a good investment and that we like it. Rarely do we walk away from a purchase or a project where we are not sure how we feel.
From sale to completion of windows, job was done professionally and finished product was beautiful.
Has been a hassle to get the installation completed correctly. Has taken up about 3 days of my time and the work is still not completed. Was told it would be middle of August before next service call to finish the work and it will take 3 to 4 hours more of my time.

These installers did high quality work and cleaned up very nicely. This is even with a terrible storm that dropped 2.5 inches of rain for more than an hour. They had to postpone their work and stayed late into the evening to finish up.
They measured wrong, they ordered wrong type of windows, they won't fix their mistakes. They overcharged me for the one wrong window.
Very pleased with completed product. Very pleased with crew on our job. Took much longer than originally stated. Communication from Champion (Greenville and Columbia) was very poor, especially in the beginning. New project supervisor was better.
