My only complaint is that they guys didn’t wash the storm door window inside and out.

Call backs with a 72 hour wait time are not honored. Very poor communication once project is contracted.

Poor workmanship on gutter and trim install. Contractor did not consult with homeowner for downspout angle/location or house number attachment. Incomplete trim install, disappointing lack of attention to detail.

My install was less than stellar and for what you pay I was completely disappointed

windows were ordered, it was literally months before they were installed. I was unaware of the timeframe although it was in the fine print I didn't realize the winter would already be here before they were installed.

We've had our windows for a few weeks now and can already notice some major improvements in our house climate control even though the weather has been extremely mild. Champion has been great to work with from the first consultation to install.

The length of time it took to respond to my request for a bid, lack of communication between company departments, appearance of work when completed. More sales representatives and field staff may help. Instead of considering a repair job a new install call it what it is and bid it accordingly so parts are ordered and not canceled due to miscommunications with your departments. I should not have to contact five or more people to take care of a repair bid.

Obviously if someone asks who we used we'll let them know.

We liked the installers and how professional they were. We never received a call concerning our free trip promised at time of signing.

Team showed up on time, worked fast, asked questions of me as they went, and the installation was perfect.

Follow up with customer after project was completed. No inspection & definitely no communication from the sales person

We paid over $45,000 for the windows. One showed up broke, another doesn’t have a working latch, and we were short a screen. Instead of the company worrying about getting these things fixed and taking care of on your side of things we just keep getting calls and emails for the remaining $4,000. We thought after we have already invested so much in the company and our windows getting things done correctly would be a priority- not just getting our money. Very disappointed in the end result after we have paid the company so much money. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Reliable quality and friendly service

Clarification on pricing; makes no sense. And so much for your "deals" of buy one get one free, what a joke.

Communication and co-ordination of the project wasn't good. I had to ask for updates instead of Champion keeping me informed about the status. Also, there was additional cost to build the sunroom but it was very difficult to get an explanation of why.

It was a disappointing process. It took so long to get the parts then I was told it would take 4 days to complete but it took 3 weeks.

Super easy process from the initial meeting to final installation

Our installer, Kevin, was amazing! He was so patient and an absolute perfectionist on our breezeway project! He understood all our concerns with severe weather and tweaked the plans to make sure we would get maximum protection. He always responded to our calls and/or text messages. He kept his promises and told us the truth every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about him and in turn, Champion.

The installers were substandard. They didnt clean the glass when they were finished, leaving smudges and caulking smears. They left the vinyl shavings in the window seal from the installation. I used to work for abc seamless, and installed windows there, we always cleaned the glass, and vacuumed the seals out.

Did already

Patio door vinyl is dirty in several spots. Construction of doors appears to not be Champion quality. Cuts are not smooth but rough in the channel. Caulking is sloppy. Some door seams are not finished.

Get our broken window fixed and bathroom window fixed .ASAP.. plus honor the sunroom that has been an issue since we had it installed.. Check our records see how many times we had to call and never got a response.

One window was measured wrong and the door was not built storm door ready so install could not be completed. The installers were fantastic! I waited on hold for 20 minutes after receiving an email to call. No one has reached back out to me.

I have had concerns about my entry door and I’ve yet to have anyone address my concerns about dimples on the door and missing paint.

Follow through on what you promise. The installer didn't explain anything; instead, he just started working. I had to ask him questions about what he was doing.

From Kevin Fulton to the crew that came out and measure, to the crew that installed the windows everything went very smooth. Everyone was courteous, warm, and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment to get a quote. Very quick response! Sell’s pitch was a bit more than I expected, but through. Price was reasonable. Time frame given changed quickly for the better and pulled in by about 6 weeks for the original estimate. Payment request came before the email at most given stages. Communication on the day before the expected installation was Not smooth and lacked communication. The day of installation was exactly the same, no communication from the company, I had to call and ask if they install was going to happen or not. Not handled well at all.

Salesperson was great! Windows look amazing! Having an issue with one of the largest windows so may be more likely to change to a 10 if that didn't happen. Or may change to attend if the experience of having it fixed is great
