Install waa quick, they cleaned everything up just the way the salesman said they would. They were very polite, answered our questions, explained how to use the windows. We really couldn't have asked for better.

The salesman lied to me. He didn't tell me when he should have. The contractor came in and installed a double-glass window, and I was outside watching them. I said I am glad they had a slider beam. It was the main contractor who said, "it's not a slider." He said it isn't. I said it is, and he said it's an up-and-down window. I paid for a slider contract that says, Buy two, get one free, and I got the wrong two I paid for. I have an up-and-down window. I've called Champion of Evansville and another, and I finally got another call. If they treat me right, I will recommend them highly. I will give a good recommendation if they treat me and all the people right. I don't believe in screwing anyone.

The windows are very well made & easy to open. Your installers are freaking amazing!! Polite & friendly! They get there and go right to work. They installed 19 windows in my house & were finished in 3 hrs - AMAZING!!

Misquotes by the sales person that grossly affected the financing-3 month delays without communication-managers refused to call me back after several follow ups. Will not be using Champion for my home addition or my next window replacements. I have made it a point to tell everyone what a horrible experience we had this time around with Champion.

Talked to the salesman about what we where looking for on the windows upgrade


We stressed how important the window sills be replaced with the windows. He stated that the new windows has the sills built into the window unit and there would be no separate sills as with the old windows. So effectively removing tbe damaged old sills.

We would have continued shopping for a window installation that included the sills as part of the upgrade. So the guy basically appears to have lied to get the sale at any cost to us the homeowner. Leaves a bitter taste to what are otherwise beautiful windows. ( but with nasty chewed up windows sills staring you in the face ).

The adult children came into the house after the installation and all they could talk about was how still ugly the windows looked.

Rather embarrassed after spending close to 30,000 dollars.....

My initial contact with the sales associate that came to my home was extraordinarily pleasing and enlightening. He was adept at explaining the differences in the windows currently on the market, and the value equated with each example.
He had the proper samples of the product and showed the remarkable quality with ease.
The workmen that came to install the product for us were exceptional. They were highly skilled, paid strong attention to detail, and worked quickly to accomplish the task set forth on that day. Extremely fast in their efforts, we were rewarded with a great product and efficiency in all areas.

The installation was smooth and professional. But the price was a little high.

Waited since Oct to get my new patio door. It had several places that needed painting. It's so hard to open my Grand kids wouldn't be capable of sliding it open. Factory said they are ordering a new door. Installers did not clean there mess in the house. Dirt and dust on floor. Didn't wash the windows on the new door finger prints all over.
I must say the factory and local rep were extremely courteous and helpful and are truly trying to satisfy me.

Windows are good but communication was horrible

Horrible, nobody ever calls back when I am told they will. Guess they got the money and now they don't care. We still wanting on a screen which we probably will never get.

First door order delivered was wrong. All five door were the wrong color. The second order was the correct color but one of the door was the wrong style. The first attempt on install, with the CORRECT color of doors, was delayed not once but twice. The doors have been installed for less. Than 1 week and there are paint chips present. This was around a $22,0000 project…..

Most efficient team if workers abd the windows are perfect.

The guys that put the windows in were nice enough,,,, BUT the window itself has silicone all around them and is supposed to be clear but looks white on the brown window and the window facing has several chips. The inside of the window facing has one trim that's darker than the others. I had to sweep the driveway 2 times to get all the glass cleaned up to keep from getting them in the tires.

Keith was great. He was friendly and informative. The installation crew was great as well, they kept their work area clean and got the job done fairly quickly.

If you are getting white vinyl windows they probably do a decent job.

The communication is terrible and two of the galoots that installed my windows damaged my landscaping and property inside my house. Then when I tried to talk to someone about it, nobody would return my calls!

Champion has been great to work with. Communication has been great, and all appointments were kept within the time scheduled. Our salesperson Jacob H was exceptional, and very informative, answering all the questions and concerns I didn't know I had! The lead time to get our windows made and installed was quicker than I expected, which was welcome surprise! The installation crew on time, efficient, and did quality work.
