The sales pitch and salesperson where professional, but after signing the contract, totally no communication, was told 6 to 10 weeks, almost 6 month later we finally got the windows installed. Made 3 calls after about 8 weeks called 800 # was told waiting on information from salesperson, wife called salesperson he said he'd look into it no call back, I called salesperson a week later again he said he look into and call back, no call back, about 3 weeks later I get a call saying your installers will be at the house the next morning, again no communication, this had us scrabbling to find someone to be at the house, since both my wife and I work.
So based on this I will highly not recommended your company, we do love the product and I will say the installation crew where very professional, but not enough to save us from recommended your company.

The experience we had with Mason was horrible. He effectively ghosted us in regards to our order. He needs more training and more knowledge regarding the products he's selling. Our biggest issue could have been resolved when we placed the order if he had been better. He also needs to understand what a follow up is. I'm convinced that at some point in your process a flag went off regarding the style door vs the size offered. I suspect that someone other than the customer made a decision on how to proceed.

All along the way I have had to send reminders for updates, and I am still waiting on a replacement window and have asked for updates multiple times and have not heard anything. I am pretty unimpressed with champion as a company. the only people I have been impressed with was the installers.

As far as the salesman, as soon as he had the sale he was gone and did not ever reach out to see how it was going (he hit his quota) . everyone else from folks o n the phone and the install team were good.
I had to initiate calls for scheduling measurement and make payments after waiting for weeks longer than what the salesmen had told me. I felt like if I had not been following up, things would not have been scheduled.

We explored several vendors while shopping for new windows and are thrilled with the outcome. Our new windows look great, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
Would like to see itemized billing so I can see what I'm being charged for windows vs labor and associated discounts. $45,000 for my windows is a lot and I'd hate to think of what "full price" would be.
The windows are heavy and very hard to open. Because of the wide casings I lost 5 in width and 5 in in height on my pictur window over the kitchen sink. It's very hard to open because of the weight of the window.
The installers and installation were great. The product wasn’t what we ordered.
Front screen door does not lock nor have a mechanism to stay open. Back patio door lock is difficult to use. Holes were drilled and not used. Screws are popping out of the doorframes. Leftover wood was shimmed into cracks. Installers broke patio screen accordion blinds. Sales person unresponsive following installation.
The process from start to finish seemed to take longer than the time frame explained.
There is a question about the door size being wrong. NO ONE has called back/followed up for 4 days now.
Install crew was friendly and knowledgeable
Windows seem to be very good quality, and pricing was competitive, but communication and after sales service is poor. The original order was not completed correctly, so two windows could not be installed. Two months later, we are still waiting for our project to be completed, but we have been charged for the entire amount. We set up a 12-month no interest loan for the project, and the account was actually overcharged, which also has not been corrected.
