They were very professional, on time, and were actually kind enough to take a break from 12:00 to 12:30 for mass services. They finished ahead of schedule.

I specifically asked for sheeting to be put on my porch roofs because neither the front nor the back porch had ever had sheeting. I asked the cost of per sheet and was told $65 each and that the first 2 would be free. I didn't squabble over the price because it was what I wanted done. I didn't get what I wanted, nor was I charged for it BUT I did want it.

On time, did great work and I was pleased with their craftsmanship / skill.

I would not recommend Cenvar Roofing to a friend because of what I had to go through and the damages that they caused. I had the roof replaced on March 22; it was the end of March before the damages were completed. They were supposed to paint the ceiling, but they didn't. The young guy who was replacing the roof had some of the material over his shoulder. When he got on top of the roof, he threw it. That is what put a hole in my ceiling. The general manager gave me a story about what happened; I didn't believe him, but I couldn't prove otherwise. He said that it was because the plywood was not placed on my roof properly. I had numerous people on my roof, and they never said anything about it. The last time I talked to the guy, asking if I could get a break on my bill, he said that they had to put a lot of work into fixing the place. I told him that it still wasn't complete because my ceiling wasn't painted. He was really hateful and asked if I wanted my ceilings painted. That is when I told him I didn't want him or anyone associated with Cenvar on my property

From the beginning, they were very professional, attentive, and committed to doing what they said they would do. The quality was excellent and the workmanship was spot on.

Cenvar Roofing itself was unreal. I did something stupid, and I paved my driveway before I had the roof installed. I didn't need them breaking any pavement off in the new driveway. They called me when the shingles arrived from Virginia, when they saw the note about the driveway. He said we have a warehouse for Cenvar just two miles away. The morning they came, they called with questions about the driveway. He said the paved part and everything would be taken care of. They started at 8:30 on Friday, and when I got off work, it was already done. I only found two nails. I got up on the roof to blow the leaves off, and it looked excellent. I helped my father put on roofs when I was 15 years old, and there is a lot to look for, and Cenvar Roofing is very professional. I am 65 years old, and the reason I didn't put a metal roof on is because the shingle will be someone else's problem.

We requested a quote based upon the recommendation of 2 friends who had good experiences. Cenvar responded quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment. While we were impressed by other companies as well, what stood out for us with Cenvar was the young man who actually went onto the roof with my husband, noting specific things and making recommendations. Communication was always good and they came on time. Everything was cleaned up completely when they finished. We could not be more pleased with our new roof and our overall experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Trustworthy company that offered very straightforward estimate and sales process. Pricing was very fair. Quality of work seems to be very good though I have not gotten up on my roof to observe directly.There are a few things I would have liked to add/modify on my specific job but there was never really a good opportunity to discuss these potential changes (so just be aware after the initial estimate it may be a challenge to change things without making a concerted effort to do so).I am happy with their services and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

It's been ~2 months since the roof was replaced, and everything looks great—the new roof appears to be expertly and professionally done! I wanted to say a sincere thank you to everyone whom I worked with during the process. Communication was excellent throughout—clear, understandable--- and everyone was friendly and infinitely patient answering of my questions. Scheduling progressed efficiently and smoothly from the initial inspection and consultation, to scheduling, to the actual replacement. When I noted a few relatively very minor issues, Cenvar worked to instantly correct the issue (e.g. caulk a gutter seam that had come lose). We got three estimates and this was the best one. That was the best thing. They seemed to be the most knowledgeable. One of the other companies didn't even check in my attic for leaks. They did everything from the outside. Cenvar Roofing was thorough and did the best job. It was the cheapest price of the three.

Roofing was put on to my satisfaction, with the exception that the flashing around the chimney allowed rain to leak into the attic. I contacted them about it and they came back and redid it, but the leak continues. I thought that the leak might be caused by some of the bricks on the chimney needed re-pointed. I've had 2 individuals check it and both have told me that the problem is the flashing. I will contact Cenvar to get this resolved.
