I think the project communication could have been more cohesive had there not been so many people involved. Otherwise, they were wonderful, and it was good experience over all.
I was most satisfied with how great communication was. We were kept in the loop about what was going on.

I would have liked more transparency in the pricing/ billing process. We were never given our final payment numbers until after the job was completed.
They took care of all permits and waste removal, we're polite and hard-working people here on the site. Added a ridge vent at our instruction which will help ventilate our attic and keep energy costs low in the summer.
