Chris H. was the installer for our second CareFree Home Pros project. He arrived on time, reviewed thes layout, the materials, etc. He got right to work, laying dropcloths from the entry door to the bathroom. He complete the demo and started the rebuild. The end result is a beautiful walking shower with shelves, soap dish, had rails and a seat! We are very pleased with Chris’ workmanship and when he left, everything was completely clean. We hope Chris H. will be the installer for our next bathroom project.

We had 2 bathrooms done over. One bathroom had tub taken out and replaced with just shower. Also sink fixtures and toilet replaced. 2’nd bathroom had new shower installed along with new sink fixtures and new toilet installed. Also, grab bars installed in both bathrooms. All of this work was done in one day! Shane Rascati and Chris Howell along with other workers did the transformation. They were amazing! They were professional and knew what had to be done and did it, They were very polite and respectful. Everything was cleaned up and finished by late afternoon. Alex Mann was the consultant that came out to our home initially to formulate what was going to be used for products as well as what was going to be done. He too was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Karli Anglis was customer representative that reviewed and coordinated everything to be done so that work would go smoothly including that the right products and amounts were ready on installation day. She also worked with us on scheduling the day and time of installation. She was extremely helpful, professional and respectful. Everything went as planned without a hitch! To conclude everything was great including the cost which never varied once agreed to. We could not be happier with the whole process. The bathrooms look great, everything works properly and is totally functional for our needs. Bravo to the people of Carefree Home Pros.Thanks for a job well done! We would recommend this company without hesitation! They all made sure we were completely satisfied and we definitely are!!!

Chris H. did an amazing job on our bathroom. We used CareFree Home Pros for our bathroom upgrade in our new house. Chris H. came right at 8:00 a.m., which was the beginning of my two hour window, and he stayed late. He took his time measured multiple times and continued to ask our opinions on placements and finishes. He could have just gone off the paperwork and completed the job, but I feel he took extra time to make the job done well and ensure we were happy with the product. Chris H. was extremely friendly and his craftsmanship was amazing. We are very happy with the job he completed!

I don't feel that we received a good "value" for the money we spent on our bathroom remodel. Care Free Home Pros asks for 1/3 of the total price at time of quote acceptance. Next, their policy is to "NOT" begin the work when they arrive until receiving payment of the next 1/3 of the total price. That means that before lifting a finger on your project, you've paid them 2/3'ds of the total price up front. I actually had to leave work to write them a check for the second third before the workman would start the job. This to me was outrageous. Lastly, the foreman on the job was completely unfriendly and did what I consider to be a sub standard job in regard to workmanship. I won't go into detail, but I would not recommend Care Free Home Pros to anyone. I am not a person who looks for the cheapest price for anything. I look for "Quality" and "Service" always, and I'm not unwilling to pay for it. I received neither from Home Pros. In my opinion, the should rename their company to Home "Amateur's"! I hope a lot of people read this in the hopes of saving you the disappointment that my wife and I felt upon completion of this job. And now I understand why they get 2/3'ds of the total up front!

Dylan and Josh did a super job of tub removal and shower installation. They consulted us on the exact location of certain features, and communicated all essential info from start to finish. A spotless cleanup upon completion. Very satisfied throughout the process and the results look great!

Dylan, our installer, showed up on time and immediately went about his business after looking at the bathroom and asking me some questions. There were some issues that we had to address and he did so in a timely manner. I cant say enough about his work ethic and how destined he was to complete this job in 1 day especially after realizing this was our only bathroom. From start to finish, we were extremely happy with all aspects of our bathroom shower project. Josh was helpful, informative and personable, without any pressure in his presentation of our various options. Shane was timely, efficient, neat, pleasant, and expert in his work, presenting no surprises upon installation. We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom remodel. Everyone from Carefree was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! The salesman who came to our house offered suggestions on coordinating the shower, vanity, toilet and flooring. Carly handled the scheduling with ease and provided a detailed explanation as to what to expect on the day of our appointment. She even touched base with us a few days after the install to make sure we were happy with the results. Scott was kind enough to drop off a sample of the shower wall so we could match the color. And while he was at it he offered advice on the flooring, which we absolutely love! John and his crew arrived on time, went over everything they about to do and did a great job with the installation. Before leaving we were given a full explanation of the use and care of our new shower. We will definitely call CareFree Home Pros again!

John and his crew just finished installing my shower and vanity. They did a great job. They were all very professional and personable. They gave us a heads up phone call they were on their way and when they arrived we reviewed the work to be cmpleted and the supplies. Upon completion they cleaned up everything and left it spotless. We reviewed the work and cleaning guidelines and they showed me all the features. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends & family. This was a great company to work with including sales rep and office staff as well as the installation crew.

They went up and beyond the call of duty. They even sent me flowers. They were compassionate for the reason why the bathroom was being renovated.

I found that the base of the tub was too slippery for me, which I didn't expect but I managed to buy a rubber maid pad so I don't slip. Other than that, everything is perfect!

I have a few issues with the job that was done for the money but customer service was very good. I do not think I would do this with Carefree again because there were some short cuts taken and no money taken off. I don't like how I don't get the invoice for payment until 4 to 5 days before it is due.
