Timing was completely off . the delay due to Pandemic and delivery time is understandable but the first attempt to put the door highlight wrong dimension and the door was mounted in a temporary way while waiting for the right size product . Quality of the paint was poor and had to be redone ...

We were having a patio door replaced. The extremely knowledgeable sales person spent time with us helping to pick out the exact door we wanted. The second step was when the C&L specialist arrived a few days later to take exacting measurements and discussed the entire project as to what to expect, including trim colors etc. The door was ordered from the manufacturer. We were informed of the install date when C&L received the door that ha been made to our specifications, and of course it was the coldest day of the entire winter season! I was a little apprehensive of having an 8 by 8 foot hole in the wall with this kind of weather, but the weather could not be controlled. Install date came, and then the magic happened. A team of three very knowledgeable and skillful started by covering all floors and protections for the house. The demo started and seriously within 15 minutes the old door was out, but within the next 15 minutes the new door had filled the hole and each member of the team worked like an orchestra adjusting the door, finishing the outside trim, finishing the inside trim, all being done pretty much simultaneously! The tools were picked up, the coverings were removed, the door glass was cleaned and they were gone. They left behind no sign that anyone had ever been here except for the beautiful new door
We ordered three different style doors and they were beautiful. Installation was done in the winter. The team did an outstanding job!
Though we are in a Pandemic, the team worked well as they could. While there were some delays, communication was very good.

I am highly satisfied with this company as they were very organized. I was assigned Project Coordinator (Bailey Patterson) who kept me updated on the status of the project at all times, and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had Everyone that I had contact with was very courteous and helpful. Even one of the installers of my roof shoveled the snow off my back porch, and the installers worked in extremely cold, windy, snowy weather and cleaned the area very well upon completion of the project. I would highly recommend this company.
