I would highly recommend C&L Ward. At the start there was no pressure sales but Joe did make great suggestions. The windows took some time to arrive but that was also excepted. I was kept apprised of the status of my order throughout and my inquires were always answered. The installation team works hard. There were a few things to correct at the end but again - their follow up and communication was great and I never felt abandoned. I’m completely satisfied with my experience with C&L Ward.
They do excellent work! You will not be disappointed. They take the time to answer any questions you may have, and ensure you are satisfied with the end result.
Very good product and installation but C & L needs to keep their word.
The staff was courteous and friendly. Nicole was always very helpful.
This is the second project that C&L Ward has done for us. We are extremely pleased with the results. Would highly recommend their services.
I always recommend when deserved, and they do
The entire experience with our roof replacement was positive. When issues or questions came up they were handled professionally and to our complete satisfaction. The completed project turned out even better than what we were expecting.
I don't get estimates from anyone else because I always get good work from them.
They've done a very good job with every project.
Kind of shocked my window treatments did not align with new windows.. though it was printed on the contract, who would think that would happen.
Professional and courteous, while providing quality service.
This is our second time using C&L and both times the was done very professional.
I would recommend C&L Ward to anyone, and have in the past, with the stipulation that the company allow enough time to complete the project if it is likely to prove to be a non-standard situation. Nail things down to the best of your ability.
I am pleased with my basement patio door but not with the kitchen patio door/windows which I spent about $18k cash on. Not too pleased with Anderson quality either (no fault of C&L Ward). I think I got a bad product batch or something. No quality control on my purchased products it seems or inspectors weren't paying attention. My transom windows have small gaps at the upper corners I will probably have to fill with putty to make the corners look square. Also, I had blinds on my old windows I wanted to reinstall on my new windows. I cannot do that now because the measurement guy did not take down the right information. I will buy new treatments and figure something out.
Installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did not make me remove my valance and worked around it.They installed one kitchen window, patio sliding door and huge window in living room.the customer service was exceptional..I received texts, emails and telephone calls keeping me informed of my delivery, installation, when measurements would take place.
The crew that showed up was lacking in quality and respect for my property, I would not recommend them to any friends or neighbors.
I thought Chris and the crew were pretty good. We were happy with the job. The salesman wasn't truthful with us. We are without leaf guards right now and something should be done. We live in a forest. I am 80 years old and I won't be climbing up there anymore. We had leaf guards on them and Greg did not say that they have thrown them away. We are in the position that we have to shovel out money on our hands. I don't think so.
It was really difficult experience. The process of installation the deck was taking around a month. The communication was not professional, the process and the steps were not clear from the beginning. No one take some times to explain to us what is the steps and time frame for installation. The was two steps involved an inspection from the city we haven’t been informed about them from the beginning. Every time you are waiting and wondering what is the next step, when they are going to do it, and so on. There was miscommunication between the installation crew, the first man came in the first day and said the he hit the sprinkler system line, then left, the other men came after him several days later and start building the deck without knowing about this issue. They covered everything and nothing can see if there is line is broken or not. We brought a sprinkler system specialist to check, there was no leakage and he said it is difficult to see if there is any line broken. He said if the sprinkler system line was hit and broken, the deck installation crew should put it and stick it up in order for the sprinkler system specialist to repair it. I talked about this for you and you sent back the first man who came her to check and he was unsure about that and he tried to say that if there is no leakage that is mean everything is fine.
We like the deck but we still feel nervous about the situation and uncomfortable if might be a damage line under the deck.
The time of installation took almost a month, this is to much time for deck installation. I don’t think I could recommend you to any of my friends.
Ward installers were very professional and friendly. They did a great job on our door wall.
High quality workmanship, prompt responses on the part of the personnel.
I have spoken to two people that were looking for a new roof, and was completely honest with them regarding our experience with C&L Ward. Those are two quote requests that never came your way.
Additionally, we are planning on expanding our deck next year, but that quote request will also not be going out to C&L Ward.
I'm pretty sure that what I have written below explains why.
We are real happy with work. They came in and got it done. They did a good job.
The project was managed and organized in an efficient manner. The installation was completed in the projected time frame and we love our new windows.
They are all wonderful and caring people. Any questions you have they answer.
Knowledgeable, kind, good product, installers were experts at doing a neat + clean quality install.
