The people they hire, like the salesman, is shady. They say they will do things, but they don't do them. Furthermore, they are a bunch of liars. He finally left the company. He said he would testify for me in court against the company if he needed to.

The craftmanship with C&L Ward was a 5. Chad and his apprentice Ethan did all the work, and they did an outstanding job. The two of them worked beautifully together and we are amazed with how good it looks. I am unhappy with the service end and would give it a 1. There was very little follow-up. My yard was left a mess. I called 3 times to have my yard cleaned up and no one came. There was a ton of supplies left. I called and asked about it and was told they send more than is used. I feel like an extraordinarily amount was left. I feel like we were overcharged for supplies.

They did a wonderful job, and I can't say enough. This is the second time I've used them for home improvement, and I picked them the second time because they did so well with the first. The second one was a very good experience as well. I'm very satisfied with their work.

I had to call repeatedly to get on the schedule initially and then again to get their inspector to come out to fix what the installers had messed up. The installers didn't do a great job of cleaning up, leaving downspout brackets on pretty much every wall, many screws and metal scrap strewn about the yard and driveway, and several sections of old downspout. There was also a downspout that impeded use of my driveway that another inspector/tech had to come out to fix, which I ended up fixing myself.

Very professional, knowledgeable, good quality materials and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the levels they go through to ensure they are providing great service; i.e. sales, measure, install and final inspection. Each level reinforces the prior level to address any open issues or corrections needed.
