Lack of communication from office to field installers was poor at start and through out the project. Problem corrected and project ended up being completed satisfactory. Very pleased with how the company took the time to listen and make corrections.
They did the best they could. They helped a lot and managed to install the windows, but I don't think they did a good job. There was no quality control and we are having some problems. They never checked them when they left. I complained about it after they left that someone needs to call and check, but I haven't heard from them. They are supposed to come and have an inspection and rectify some of the installation issues, but I haven't heard from them.
We have used C&L Ward in the past and they have always done an excellent job!
There are still somethings that they need to complete, as well as a quality issue that needs to be corrected, but hasn't been taken care of yet.
Kim was very professional and answered all questions very timely. Nicole, in the office, kept us in the loop when people would be coming to our home
From start to finish and even after the job was completed they kept us updated and informed on our project.
Our salesperson was very friendly and thorough with the information he gave us. There was an issue and the salesperson was able to rectify and solved that problem. The installation crew was very clean, prompt, and extremely friendly.
Windows were correct size and installation crew were very professional. Did a fantastic job and made sure the worksite was cleaned up before they left.
Everything went great from start to finish on our deck project. We are very happy with the results. We're enjoying it more that we thought. Thanks to everyone involved.

A proper inspection of my attic was not done. As a result, the platinum warranty that I was sold could not be honored without an additional $6,000 to remove and replace all of my existing roofing which is in fine shape..This was not told to me until the first day of the job and my current shingles had already been removed. I felt hoodwinked. They also left 5 bundles of shingles and 2/3 box of baffling.
The rating should be one star given my responses - not sure how the system generated two stars

Of all the parts of the projects I had with them , the best feature so far is the communication. It is highly appreciated when I get calls updating me on the project as a whole.

We have had C&L Ward out for renovations on many new projects. We keep going back to them because they are so professional, skilled, helpful, and nice to work with. The quality has been exceptional every time.
Installation Crew - They are awesome. We really like having them out because we can trust their work every time. The site manager has been wonderful. He takes extra care of our job and our property. And he has taken extra safe measures during this pandemic to keep his crew and us safe. We appreciate it and we look forward to working with him more in the future.
