Every part of the project was completed in a timely manner. Even when weather wasn’t permitting, the came back as soon as it let up!! Our roof was completed in 8 hours when I was told at least 2 days!

Everyone was professional, friendly, and listened to us. Options were clearly explained and there was no pressure to buy. Stacy kept us informed of each step of the process and followed up on any concern or question. Schedules were adhered to and the installers were considerate and skillful. We love our Anderson windows and highly recommend C&L Ward to anyone considering purchasing new windows.

Never. The quality of the windows (which I purchased “top of the line” of the Anderson series is completely disappointing. They are not quiet. Not easy to use or clean.
The screens are poorly constructed as well.

The C&L Ward team were quick to respond to my inquiry. The salesman who came for the consultation was friendly and professional. The installation team was efficient - and even considerate of my old dog in the house who was struggling a little with the noise. The project manager maintained regular communication so I knew where we were through the whole process. Overall, a very seamless experience.

I needed an Andersen Gliding door replaced that had been destroyed in a fire. C&L Ward did work for me in the past. That experience was positive and that is why I chose them again. Also, C&L offered custom staining. This was important as the replacement door was one of a matched set that leads to an outdoor deck. Their staining department did a great job. Paired with a lifetime installation warranty, these two features, exclusive to C&L Ward sealed the deal for me.

Everyone I needed to see from the evaluation of windows to the completed project were kind, knowledgeable, efficient and neat.

I replaced six doorwalls in my home with Andersen from C&L Ward about 18 years ago doing the install myself. The two windows just replaced were in an awkward spot high on the south wall, and I'm not as young as I used to be. It was a tough install and the crew was very good without a lot of wasted motion. Good windows - installed wrong - are not good windows. The whole process was smooth.

There are just a lot of different people that had to come out for one window. The salesperson came out, and someone had to come out and measure. I needed a couple of different things. I needed a quote, and I needed screens. The person who came out to quote the window couldn't measure a window for me and tell me how much it would be to get a screen. I had to have someone else come out and pay to have them come out, and there were just so many different people involved.

C&L Ward did a very good job; they were very well mannered and articulate.

The installation was done professionally. There were a couple minor tweaks to the installation that they had to do later, as promised. They came back and did it perfectly. The door is perfect. There are no defects. It looks great. They did a perfect job installing it. It was a job very well done. They installed it very quickly and did it without interruption as I worked from home. The work was perfect.

From our first on site visit by Rachel we were sold on her knowledge of the C&L product line. Our choice wasn’t driven solely by price, as much as getting top quality. I shopped around before deciding on a window replacement contractor, and I also spoke to friends. CL Ward was overwhelmingly the most recommended choice. I'm glad I went with them, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire project from start to finish took almost ten months. It was a very painful project. It seems like I had to manage them the entire time. They had the incorrect documents that they sent to me and the township. That required more time and work. The build process made me feel like I had to manage it. There was at least one time where the main beam of the deck wasn't level. I had to stop them and get them to fix it. I would assume they could put that quality in without me having to step in. There were other times I had to step in.

I enjoyed the salesperson, and the installers did a wonderful job. They were quick, and everything was left clean.

I would like for the owner of the company to come by and take a look at my house. If he thinks it is good enough for his house, then it would be good enough for my house.
When he did the roof, they put the drip edge on, and it is a half inch from the house in a lot of places; it looks like crap.

It took quite a while to get the windows after I purchased them. I don't know how long the manufacturing takes, but it seemed like a really long time.

They were good. They came out a couple of times when I had questions about something. They did things quite well, so I was pleased with that part of it and almost every part. The only thing was that I wasn't sure if the price was good. I don't know for sure, but they're Andersen windows, so they cost a lot.
