Lee (window installer) was very patient and did a great job installing the windows for my two bathrooms. The windows were removed and Lee helped me to keep alarm wires intact and decide on corner placement. Also, Lee had to do a custom install of windows since the frame (normally external) had to also be inside a wooden frame already on home. A very tedious job to custom fit the new window frame inside of the already present wood frame.

Safe - Yes, cut metal strips from window installation as well as rain gutter installation were not where anyone could be cut. Additionally, clean up has kept my home safe to walk, garden, etc.

Communication - Yes, the workers spoke with me to determine how and where downspouts of rain gutter would be installed. They also answered my questions as soon as I asked.

I would like to tell them to come back and finish up the job and complete the job. They did not finish the job, and then they just dropped everything and left. I have tried to call several times, and they don't answer the phones.

So far, it's been excellent service. I was really impressed when the last guy came, and he sort of picked up the cement, brick, and whatever was part of their business. He did it like a search that the police to. He was very thorough.

1) They tore off my roof and replaced multiple boards from my roof and at the end each day they picked up the debris, wood, tools and hauled it away on a trailer. Also they blew around the perimeter and swept so that there were no signs of major construction being done.
