Logan and Adam were extremely helpful with the mitigation and David has been a great advocate and wealth of knowledge on dealing with insurance. Every single person I have dealt with has been nothing short of AMAZING! I keep telling everyone how wonderful they have been. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Despite the Covid and Bridger Fire, they did their best to get our project done. In another time I hope it would have taken half the time but there wasn't much we could do about it. The work was done well.

Buffalo is really one of the only options in town, so it makes recommending other services a bit more complicated. I was disappointing that it seemed like on-site work and workers dwindled as the project went on due to Buffalo getting busy with other projects. It would have been nice to complete projects you had going on instead of taking on new projects which slowed our progress down.
We were new home owners and had to tear out our entire kitchen. Buffalo Restoration worked with us on every detail and were sooo helpful! I’m so thankful we called them first!
My ice maker failed while I was out of town. My daughter in law happened to open it. My freezer was full of water. I was out of town for another week and a half. Buffalo came out to clean and dry everything up without me being there. They checked on it every couple of days to make sure everything was good.

They did a great job, but the subcontractors that they used were very slow to get anything done. It took over three months to get my project completed. I felt like it took a long time due to COVID-19.
The staff from Buffalo Restoration appeared within the hour after our call for help. They were quick to set up equipment to pump the 5 inch deep water out of our basement, on a cold and snowy day in the middle of a pandemic lockdown! We were very impressed and relieved. We had previous experience with flooding, and the equipment employed and professionalism of the staff exceeded our expectations.
The only reason to not recommend your company is your very high charges for your wonderful service. Granted most of our cost is covered by insurance but over $3,000 for installing three wall boards in 1/2 day to me is way to high.
