My basement flooded a little. Always unexpected. Buffalo Restoration had a 24-hour phone number, and they showed up first thing the next morning and got the place set up with fans and dehumidifiers as needed after testing to determine which walls had moisture in them. They came back regularly to re-test the moisture in the walls, and then took out the equipment once everything was dry. Nice people -- friendly. Good people -- knowledgeable and practical.
