Bone Dry Roofing has a safety precaution plan in place durinig the COVID-19 pandemic. Our employees are required to take their temperature daily before coming to work. Additionally all employees are required to wear a mask while in the office and to practice social distancing, washing and sanitizing hands often as well as any equipment. We offer virtual, contactless inspections and can hold video conference/audio conference calls with customers to review their estimates and proposals for any services including roof replacement, roof repairs, gutters, insulation, masonry* and other trades available at select locations. As a family-owned business for more than 30 years, it is important for us to communicate our processes and policies during this pandemic in order to keep our customers and employees safe and well.

Bone Dry Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the shingles on my roof after wind and hail damage. They communicated exceptionally well and their staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
I think the staff needs to look at the negative comments and use that a training opportunity. They stood behind me and did quality work. I don't want to diminish Bone Dry Roofing. I do think they need to talk to their sales staff about things they could do better.

The only problem we had with the installation, is they tore off the old roof, dried it in, and didn't realize the shingles were not in stock. There were several days of a delay to get that installed. However, they were really very good.
I would recommend them, but they better watch the workers because of those issues with the gutters. If you ordered a roof and no gutters, have enough brains not to tear it up. It goes back to the person running the project. He did stay around for a while, but then he left for a while.
Bone Dry Roofing was very detail oriented. Anytime I had questions, they were prompt to answer and did everything they said they would do. The project manager sent me pictures and kept me up to date. I felt like the extra things they did were worth the extra money I paid. I was very pleased.
They respond, come on time, and do nice work. If there is a problem, they are willing to come back and make things right. Joshua Peckenpaugh has been very helpful to resolve things and get the job finished.

Expensive, but very satisfied with the overall experience. Glad I listened to the project lead's suggestion of black shingles and black gutters/spouts! The team was polite, professional, communicative, and punctual. It's a huge relief to know they have been around awhile and will address any potential concerns I may have in the future.

The crew seemed okay but an inspection for the buyer found loose shingles in several places and I had to point out repair of one problem area .Lee promised the job in 6 weeks but it took twice as long a wait. Sales should not make promises the crews can't deliver. For more than $25,000.00 I don't feel it was the best choice company.
