Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone who needs a repair or new roof. They were very professional from the jump and answered my questions clearly. They explained how they would do the job, and provided easy to understand videos about how a roof replacement works. I appreciated that the crew provided photos of the project as they completed each stage.
Very professional.
Oh man, there’s a list… but mostly I will say the front office was generally okay to work with. The sales team - Chad in particular was great. I don’t think the install crew did a good job, and I don’t think my concerns were fully addressed, so I would be candid with anyone who wanted my opinion on BDR.
Was pleased with the workers and their knowledge of the work to be done
Timely and efficient.
Good company
Great service, timely and site protection. Site was cleaned and no trace left behind! Thank you!
They were awesome. The crew and management was very nice. They did an excellent job.
They are wonderful people to work with. They are right there to correct anything you aren't happy with and do what you want. They are great and I love them.
Bone dry walked us through the process from start to finish. The quality of the work is fantastic.
Timely and professional
They were highly professional, very caring of the property, and made sure I was aware at all times of what they were doing. They were awesome. They came highly recommended by a real estate friend of mine.
I needed a new roof, Jason from Roof one came out and was very helpful. He got up and inspected and gave an estimate. I picked out my shingles. They were able to get to my roof in 2 weeks and a whole work crew came out and did a great job.
The initial consultation and scheduling was well done. During the consultation, I asked for some specific repairs to the houses fascia be included in my quote. I was told it would be $150 for the fascia repair. When I received the quote, I noticed that the repairs were not included and my contractor assured me that they would be handled. On the day of the new roof, I met with my project manager and reminded them of the fascia repairs. He once again assured me they would be completed. When I came home that day the new roof was on with missing pieces of fascia. I contacted my contractor and he informed me that I would need to schedule a separate repairs appointment. Reluctantly, I scheduled the repairs appointment to which nobody showed up. When I called the office they said that they attempted to show up at my house the day prior which is not the case because I was at home for the entirety of the day. After speaking with the “repairs supervisor” he agreed to come to the house himself and give me a quote. He then quoted me $350. I reminded him of the initial quote that I was given for $150 prior to my new roof and we decided to proceed. Once the repair was complete I received an invoice for $350. I made 6 phone calls, sent 3 text messages, and 2 emails with no reply on the incorrect invoice. After 2 months of trying to get in touch with bone dry, I finally received an updated invoice. I would never work with this company again.
NA
They communicated well with us.
Communication was poor after initial consultation. They left live wires hanging separated by old plywood and did not remount the bracket to the roof so i had to have AES come out twice to fix everything. They damaged a window wrap and siding while installing the gutters. There was debris left in the yard after the roof and gutter replacement. There was damage to my water heater. Huge messes inside my attic and bathroom from exhaust fan access.
Experience was perfect. Price great as well.
Alex Reiche was the rep that I dealt with in 2024. I did not have an issue with him and there was no problem with getting my roof replaced. I signed the contract and informed him that I was only going to have the damaged aluminum siding on the left elevation replaced along with the trim at the base. The cost of the work was $641.28. Alex Reiche was aware of this. Fast forward to 2025, I received a text (no call) from an Alex DiMercurio, stating that the work was to commence on March 11, 2025. I sent a text to ensure that the product was aluminum siding, and received confirmation that it was. The workers came and started working without informing me that they had arrived or confirming the work that would be done. I didn't realize that they had arrived until I heard them knocking on the side of my house. Afterwards I was informed that the amount due was $1740.00 which I disputed. Alex DiMercurio said that the work below was done, and I told him that Alex Reiche knew that I only wanted to have the aluminum siding and trim replaced. He then stated that Alex Reiche no longer worked for BoneDry.
Work listed on bill:
Partial Aluminum Siding Replacement: Left elevation
Remove damaged vinyl siding, J channel, utility trim, J blocks, split blocks, exhaust vents, and gable vents.
Install new house wrap vapor barrier.
Flash tape all window and door openings.
Install all new J channel, utility trim, J blocks, split blocks, exhaust vents, and gable vents.
Install new aluminum siding.
Clean up and haul away all debris.
This is for just replacing pieces of siding that insurance payed for on left elevation of home.
Approximately 2 sq with 10% waste. Insurance wrote this up as vinyl.
Replace Left Rear downspout on home.
Siding Match Disclaimer:
Siding to be matched as close as possible. Older, more weathered siding will have a difference in color with the new siding.
Wood Charges:
Any rotten or damaged decking will be replaced subject to an additional charge. $70 per sheet.
The only work done was the replacement of the aluminum siding, but I was being charged as if they had also replaced a new downspout, exhaust vents, and gable vents. They didn’t even replace the damaged trim at the base of the siding. Instead, they put the old, damaged trim back up at the base of the siding, and it looks horrible.
After Alex DiMercurio spoke with the owner, our two options were for the workers to come back out and ACTUALLY do the work they were billing me $1740 for, or leave everything the way it is and pay $641.28.
Alex and I agreed that he would pick up my check on March 28, 2025, at 10am. He sent me an email the day before stating that he would pick it up at 10:30 am. I sent him an email after the check was not picked up.
Alex response was:
Is there anyway that you can drop the check off at the office? I already had an employee go Out to pick up the check at the
time we both agreed upon and nobody answered the door. I am not sure when I will have someone else available.
I noticed later that Alex had texted me at 9:39 am on March 28th noting that he was outside. No one knocked on my door. Furthermore, Alex was supposed to pick up the check and notate on my contract that my payment obligation had been satisfied. I’m not sure what happened, but I was home, and I had the check.
trustworthy and organized
Easy to deal with, showed up on time and reviewed progress thoroughly.
The process, from start to finish, was smooth and quick. The communication was excellent. Every step of the process was communicated.
The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't go out with all of the stuff falling off the roof while the job was being completed. They did a great job with the installation and with cleaning up. They were very precise.
They were very organized, easy to deal with, and communicated so well. Not just with me, but the communication among their entire team was very apparent. They left my yard cleaner than they found it, and I'm not worried about my dog stepping on a nail. Highly recommend
