Communication was poor after initial consultation. They left live wires hanging separated by old plywood and did not remount the bracket to the roof so i had to have AES come out twice to fix everything. They damaged a window wrap and siding while installing the gutters. There was debris left in the yard after the roof and gutter replacement. There was damage to my water heater. Huge messes inside my attic and bathroom from exhaust fan access.
Experience was perfect. Price great as well.
Alex Reiche was the rep that I dealt with in 2024. I did not have an issue with him and there was no problem with getting my roof replaced. I signed the contract and informed him that I was only going to have the damaged aluminum siding on the left elevation replaced along with the trim at the base. The cost of the work was $641.28. Alex Reiche was aware of this. Fast forward to 2025, I received a text (no call) from an Alex DiMercurio, stating that the work was to commence on March 11, 2025. I sent a text to ensure that the product was aluminum siding, and received confirmation that it was. The workers came and started working without informing me that they had arrived or confirming the work that would be done. I didn't realize that they had arrived until I heard them knocking on the side of my house. Afterwards I was informed that the amount due was $1740.00 which I disputed. Alex DiMercurio said that the work below was done, and I told him that Alex Reiche knew that I only wanted to have the aluminum siding and trim replaced. He then stated that Alex Reiche no longer worked for BoneDry.
Work listed on bill:
Partial Aluminum Siding Replacement: Left elevation
Remove damaged vinyl siding, J channel, utility trim, J blocks, split blocks, exhaust vents, and gable vents.
Install new house wrap vapor barrier.
Flash tape all window and door openings.
Install all new J channel, utility trim, J blocks, split blocks, exhaust vents, and gable vents.
Install new aluminum siding.
Clean up and haul away all debris.
This is for just replacing pieces of siding that insurance payed for on left elevation of home.
Approximately 2 sq with 10% waste. Insurance wrote this up as vinyl.
Replace Left Rear downspout on home.
Siding Match Disclaimer:
Siding to be matched as close as possible. Older, more weathered siding will have a difference in color with the new siding.
Wood Charges:
Any rotten or damaged decking will be replaced subject to an additional charge. $70 per sheet.
The only work done was the replacement of the aluminum siding, but I was being charged as if they had also replaced a new downspout, exhaust vents, and gable vents. They didn’t even replace the damaged trim at the base of the siding. Instead, they put the old, damaged trim back up at the base of the siding, and it looks horrible.
After Alex DiMercurio spoke with the owner, our two options were for the workers to come back out and ACTUALLY do the work they were billing me $1740 for, or leave everything the way it is and pay $641.28.
Alex and I agreed that he would pick up my check on March 28, 2025, at 10am. He sent me an email the day before stating that he would pick it up at 10:30 am. I sent him an email after the check was not picked up.
Alex response was:
Is there anyway that you can drop the check off at the office? I already had an employee go Out to pick up the check at the
time we both agreed upon and nobody answered the door. I am not sure when I will have someone else available.
I noticed later that Alex had texted me at 9:39 am on March 28th noting that he was outside. No one knocked on my door. Furthermore, Alex was supposed to pick up the check and notate on my contract that my payment obligation had been satisfied. I’m not sure what happened, but I was home, and I had the check.
trustworthy and organized
Easy to deal with, showed up on time and reviewed progress thoroughly.
The process, from start to finish, was smooth and quick. The communication was excellent. Every step of the process was communicated.
The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't go out with all of the stuff falling off the roof while the job was being completed. They did a great job with the installation and with cleaning up. They were very precise.
They were very organized, easy to deal with, and communicated so well. Not just with me, but the communication among their entire team was very apparent. They left my yard cleaner than they found it, and I'm not worried about my dog stepping on a nail. Highly recommend
Na
The company was courteous and professional throughout the process.
They did an excellent job. It was quick and it looks good. Even with the roof dents, it looks nice. They had to put in more than I thought. It is better than what I had.
I did a great job!
They got the roof done in one day … and the clean up was great
waiting for warmer weather to see if shingles still appear loose
Bone Dry Roofing did great work. They protected my property and cleaned up completely. I was updated with pictures throughout the process. The team worked well together, and they did a great job. I know that I have a high quality roof on my house and all problems were fixed.
I would not recommend. They prefer communication by text and have continued to delay work projects. They tried to deflect the shingle install on the cold weather and the gutters rather than reinstalling them. They then decided that they needed to reinstall them after revisiting. The gutter installers left equipment at my house and left my gate open which caused my dogs to leave my yard. I am still waiting for my siding to finish which when I called to inquire about I was told my projects were completed.
Bone Dry Roofing was very efficient, and my roof looks beautiful.
If you're not in tune with roofing, you could experience something other than the quality that you were guaranteed.
Bone Dry Roofing did a great job. They were very communicative and very efficient. They got the roof done in one day and it looks great.
Bone Dry was not afraid to get on the roof to examine the issues I had with the roof at the garage end.. Bone Dry, also, looked inside the attic where the garage was located and noted there were no issues there-- which was good news! Another well known roofer was contacted, but would not get on the roof unless it was 40 degrees or more. They did, however, look in the attic. They seemed to think the issue might be gutter related. Therefore, because Bone Dry had much experience in roof work and knowledge about roofing, I decided to go with Bone Dry. During the time the work was done, Bone Dry took pictures of issues with the old roof and reviewed them with me. There was always someone cleaning up fallen pieces of roofing during the removal/putting on the new roof.
Yes, I would recommend Bone Dry.
Bone Dry Roofing did a great job from start to finish.
They were very communicative and easy to deal with. From what I can tell, they did a great job.
Everything was great.
They were fast, accurate, and pleasant to work with.
EXCELLENT JOB AND ALL IN ONE DAY
Truly a wonderful experience to have our roof replace. Everything worked out well and my family and I love the outcome of our new roof.
They did great.
I was very pleased with them. There were a number of elements that I had done. My house was built in 1928. We remodeled our upstairs about 35 years ago. We had the chimney repaired, siding put on, plastic siding removed, gutters put on, and the roof. They had to come together in a timely manner and they were good about getting it done. We were able to get the job done in very good time. They kept me well informed the whole time. We had texts before and during. It was all very seamless and I would recommend them to anyone.
Bone Dry offers complete solutions for multiple areas of our home's exterior. Liked the price breakdown for each project. This allowed us to be 'due diligence' for each piece as well as complete our projects over multiple months to help with our budgeting.
Bone Dry Roofing was easy to work with. The workers did excellent work. They were courteous and answered all my questions when I was watching the work. I didn't have any problems and have no complaints.
They were very courteous and professional!
Professional.
We hired Bone Dry Roofing for a complete roof replacement. Bone Dry was very good at communicating with me throughout the process. Quotes are electronic, everything is explained in detail, signatures can be completed digitally, and no deposit was required. Pressure sales tactics were not used. During the job, I was texted updates throughout the day. They did their best to protect our property and did a thorough pick up after. Bone Dry is a very professional company.
Excellent customer service!
They did a great job - unbelievable.
I am very satisfied.
Bone Dry would be my first choice if any of this type of work was needed in the future.
We had ceiling drywall damage due to a foot through the ceiling in the gsrage, and a tool dropped in onto the bedroom ceiling drywall with acknoledgement of damage. It was to be repaired but never heard from anyone & after a c all, never a call back. The roof is great, price was fair, just want the damages repaired.
Bone Dry was very professional, performed as promised, and did a high quality job on our roof.
Bone Dry Roofing provided good communication and a good job.

I feel that Bone Dry is a reliable company. The sales team seems to be attentive to the customer needs.
