Bone Dry did an excellent job working with us.

After finding nails in our yard for years post-roof at my previous home by another roofing company and witnessing past neighbors have their windows broken by other roofing companies, I would never recommend any other company as with BDR, the experience is consistent every time. From start to finish, the process is seamless and easy. Once they were in contact with my insurance adjuster, I didn't have to do another thing. BDR took it from there and would not begin work without making sure there would be no surprises with insurance along the way. In fact, a co-worker is already on his way to a new roof with BDR after hearing about my experience. I also don't have to worry about BDR being around for a very long time should I experience any issues. The roofing company mentioned above that was used at my prior residence did not stay in business long so, if there had been issues, it would have been a long road to resolution. I know with BDR, I won't have that concern.

Took a while to complete job

Well, all was well unil they were paid, my mistake for the level of trust. A few key items have not been done, and an appointment to get them resolves was missed. Two more calls to re-schedule have been ignored. I have a vent hole sealed with fiberglass the birds are tearing up and two screens that need to be installed in the roof vents. Nothing big to do, but it isn't done. These items should have been completed the same week or two so we can move. What has been done is fine and I'm happy with that work quality. But being stood-up on a scheduled meeting and ignored on the remaining trivial items speaks volumes to me, not good ones either. We all have cell phones and the liek, there is ZERO reason to leave me high and dry on a meeting date. CALL, EMAIL..something to show discipline to get it done. So far, nothing except my effort to address the remaining issues.

Excellent too work with

To begin with, I was under a tight deadline . Then Bone Dry gave the most "thorough" quote; spent time educating me better than the 3 other companies; the price was competitive for the class of shingles; the crew arrived within the window of time stated, were amazingly quick and cleaned up after themselves. Not a trace they were here. There was an incident that no one could have predicted in which a worker's foot came through the closet ceiling. They replaced that bad board immediately. Bone Dry sent their repair specialist within a week (no rush for me since it was a closet, and he repaired it beautifully AND improved the interior framing around the new skylights! I was, and remain, impressed with Bone Dry. I highly recommend them! Five stars!

new chimney - had a lot of trouble with communication and proper material selection. New roof - paid for significantly more materials that were used or needed. Gutters - had two call backs and I ended up fixing the issue myself.

this company needs a completely rethink their strategy. they could be better than every other roofing company but they have the business acumen of a toddler. I was better than their entire department that deals with insurance. and they don't even source their material from wholesalers passing on the costs to the customers.

I had such a great experience with both sales and installation. I know that quality work was done if nothing else because my house is most definitely retaining heat better this winter (2023-2024) and I've not had to use the furnace as much. They replaced the original, so it was 21 years old - and it's a much better roof with much better hail protection. Highly recommend.

They did a good job putting on the roof to the house in the garage and they had somebody come out and put gutters on correctly.

They did a great job on my roof and chimney. The people were easy to work with.

I had a roof leak at my home which resulted in mold damage to my interior walls. I had my roof replaced, gutters and soffit replaced, interior drywall and mold removal, painting, and insulation work done. It was a huge job and I wouldn't consider using any company in the future other than Bone Dry to complete my home repair projects. Although I had some frustrating scheduling issues, the contractors (specifically Brian Durant) and all of the workers did an exceptional job. Very clean, very thorough, and excellent quality of products and installation.

Great Sales rep and incredible crew who worked on all stages of getting a new roof installed.

Bone Dry crew went above and beyond. All were punctual, efficient, properly attired, cordial, responsive, etc. When I informed them that one of our (very INexpensive) light fixtures fell and broke during the hammering, they immediately took action. Within days, two crew members replaced it at no charge. They solved a problem that was simple for THEM but would have turned into a small project for US. Bone Dry came highly recommended from two very picky multiple property owners. We will recommend them in the future for their personal service that made me feel like a client or guest,

I would recommend for roofing. Not HVAC!! I had a wonderful experience getting a roof replacement....so much so, that a few months later when I had HVAC issues, i called Bone dry roofing outand i did not like my technician at ALL!! He never listed to me when I told him multiple times that I would like my furnace FIXED NOT REPLACED!! Alan Ice kept trying to sell me things that I did not need. I was getting taking advantage of a single female vibes. Nice try, but I don't need a whole replacement. I ended up buying the parts on my own and having someone fix it for $100 when Alan kept quoting me 14k for a new system!! I continuously asked for a quote for REPAIR he proceeded to go out to his truck and give me a quote for REPLACEMENT ONLY!! I told him AGAIN that I wanted a quote for REPAIR!!! Then he finally gave me a quote for repair and it was $200 more dollars than he initially quoted!! I could not get that man out of my house fast enough. Was not a good experience.

Overall I was very happy with my new roof and gutters.
