Customer Service was wonderful from start to finish!
Projects were started on time, the associates worked very hard, there no issues that couldn't be handled on the spot, information during the projects were always forwarded
Sales representative in charge of the project difficult to reach and not calling back
They were great to work with.
They quickly responded to my inquiry about shingles replacement, had someone come and evaluate my roof, and then provided a competitive estimate. They were very thorough and provided updates during the entire process. The roofers worked quickly and efficiently. When they were finished with the roof, they cleaned up the surrounding area.
Great communication from the beginning to the end. Very professional. Got the job done in one day.
Its not even been a year, so hard to say anything about the quality of work performed.
The Bone Dry folks were very professional from the first contact through installation. They were polite, efficient and helpful.
I called about my backporch roof that they replaced. They came out and said everything looks good. Now I have puddles on my back porch roof.
I wanted to leave this as a private review rather than public Google review. Replacing a roof is a HUGE expense. As such, I kind of expected better communication and maybe even some handholding throughout the experience. There were multiple times throughout the process where I had to call the office to ask what the next steps were, to ask when the expected installation date, etc.
This would have been expected communication that would warrant a referral from me.
Someone comes out to the home for estimate. I then receive a call explaining how the inspection went, if there were any red flags, clarify what was to be completed, date of installation. This did not happen. The roofing team didn’t know that I wanted the flat roof replaced later until I personally called a week later after not hearing from the team. In this phone call, the expected install date would have been discussed. This also did not happen. I called the office a few weeks later and it was then explained that there are temperature requirements for the flat roof. This is completely understandable but should have been communicated. I then reach out a few weeks later asking for an update and was scheduled for later that week. The anticipated start date, no call no show. Later that week the start was delayed again, due to rain (which is understandable but a call to inform me of delay would be courteous.
The team did an excellent job and the staff was always kind when I called, but this is the communication that I expected and what I think future customers will expect, so I wanted to share my perspective.
I actually had another roof replaced by other roofer this year on another property and they performed all the above commmunication.
The team was efficient and very professional, arrived on time, and completed the job as stated without any issues.
Bone Dry was very professional and did a great job with follow up on any questions. Their work was excellent. I will definitely recommend them again.
Very professional!
We love this company! Great product, great value, great people!
Very professional employees that communicate throughout the process with what they find as they go.
Very efficient, high quality work
Our new roof looks amazing! All our friends and neighbors are impressed
Pleased with the whole job.
Everyone I worked with was professional and nice. Communication was great.
Horrible follow through after the sale. Scheduling was difficult and service during visits and remediation after what was to be completed the first time was very much lacking.
Only to people who don’t care if, in my opinion, buffoons work on their house, want to pay top dollar to have lots of aggravating damage, rework, have workers drive on your lawn, spend hours picking up debris, nails, coiled nails, circular saw blades, razor blades, sheet metal shards, cigarette butts, water bottles, etc, kill your garden plants, AND be your own project manager to solve all the problems they create including bringing and installing the wrong materials only to have rework. I thought professionals we’re coming but ended up a wrecking ball showed and absolutely everything they did ended up damaging something else and required rework.I cancelled two subsequent jobs (replace gutters and trim) because I couldn’t stand the insane amount of oversight they require, damage, and rework.
Customer service and performance on replacement of my roof
This is a great roofing company and they do quality work.
Efficient process from beginning to end and whenever I had questions they were ready and willing to answer!
I got three estimates, and all of them were for Owens Corning promoting the product. They were all very thorough. I chose Bone Dry over the other two. They were really close in price for the roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters. I thought they gave me the best estimate. At the end, they had three different crews. They charged me for a 24-foot gutter. I was supposed to pay everything upfront. The second crew charged me for the gutter again. It was an extra $450. I told the other guy who came out that I already paid for it. I put on the check that it was for the gutter. They included the gutter on the contract. I kept complaining about it, and they sent me a check for $450 that I didn't cash because they didn't owe me $450. I don't know if the gutter guy got paid or not. That was bad customer service. I didn't cash the $450 check, so they sent me another one. I didn't cash it either. I was so adamant because it was all in the contract. I felt bad for the other estimates because it was close, but Bone Dry was going to change that gutter. Other than that, I don't have any complaints against Bone Dry. It was badly handled.
They were very efficient. Completed the roof in two days with gutters included. Had no problems at all.
Either more care with trim/finish in the initial install, or being open that follow up work would probably be needed.
Scheduling person pushed too hard when setting roof install date. And way too demanding and disrespectful in picking her own date for follow up and re-work.
Everything was as expected and straightforward in doing business.
They do it really well. They have a very experienced crew. It is a pleasure to watch them install the roof.
Bone Dry Roofing was really easy to work with and quick to respond to the questions that I had about the process. So far, the work that they have done has been extraordinary and has held up under heavy rain.
The process was very orderly and transparent.
I had a wonderful experience with them. Everything seems to be fine. There are a couple slight wrinkles in the shingles. I was told that they would iron out as it got warmer. That seems to be the case. I would use them again if I needed to.
The communication process and trying to get them to do all of the things that they said they would do was a pain.
They were very easy to work with, and they got the job done in one day as promised. One week later, quality control went over it again to be sure it was done right. I am very satisfied with them.
Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I would recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone who needs a repair or new roof. They were very professional from the jump and answered my questions clearly. They explained how they would do the job, and provided easy to understand videos about how a roof replacement works. I appreciated that the crew provided photos of the project as they completed each stage.
Very professional.
Oh man, there’s a list… but mostly I will say the front office was generally okay to work with. The sales team - Chad in particular was great. I don’t think the install crew did a good job, and I don’t think my concerns were fully addressed, so I would be candid with anyone who wanted my opinion on BDR.
Was pleased with the workers and their knowledge of the work to be done
Timely and efficient.
Good company
Great service, timely and site protection. Site was cleaned and no trace left behind! Thank you!
They were awesome. The crew and management was very nice. They did an excellent job.
They are wonderful people to work with. They are right there to correct anything you aren't happy with and do what you want. They are great and I love them.
Bone dry walked us through the process from start to finish. The quality of the work is fantastic.
Timely and professional
They were highly professional, very caring of the property, and made sure I was aware at all times of what they were doing. They were awesome. They came highly recommended by a real estate friend of mine.
I needed a new roof, Jason from Roof one came out and was very helpful. He got up and inspected and gave an estimate. I picked out my shingles. They were able to get to my roof in 2 weeks and a whole work crew came out and did a great job.
The initial consultation and scheduling was well done. During the consultation, I asked for some specific repairs to the houses fascia be included in my quote. I was told it would be $150 for the fascia repair. When I received the quote, I noticed that the repairs were not included and my contractor assured me that they would be handled. On the day of the new roof, I met with my project manager and reminded them of the fascia repairs. He once again assured me they would be completed. When I came home that day the new roof was on with missing pieces of fascia. I contacted my contractor and he informed me that I would need to schedule a separate repairs appointment. Reluctantly, I scheduled the repairs appointment to which nobody showed up. When I called the office they said that they attempted to show up at my house the day prior which is not the case because I was at home for the entirety of the day. After speaking with the “repairs supervisor” he agreed to come to the house himself and give me a quote. He then quoted me $350. I reminded him of the initial quote that I was given for $150 prior to my new roof and we decided to proceed. Once the repair was complete I received an invoice for $350. I made 6 phone calls, sent 3 text messages, and 2 emails with no reply on the incorrect invoice. After 2 months of trying to get in touch with bone dry, I finally received an updated invoice. I would never work with this company again.
