Bone Dry offered professional services at a reasonable price. We had a 20 year old roof, insulation, gutters, and a brick chimney replaced, after a recent storm uncovered some problem areas and 2 leaks to the interior ceiling areas. Although neither of us, myself or Bone Dry (they also advocated for us to our insurance company) were able to convince our insurance provider to cover the loss, we decided to go ahead with the repair anyways, to prevent any further damage from occurring. As they removed the old shingles, we also decided on the need for a roof re-deck, and to replace some rotted rafters that became evident as the work progressed. At all times Bone Dry kept us informed with their progress through videos and photos, so we could stay informed and make decisions on any additional scope of work that needed to be addressed. Financing was offered, as well as color choices of shingles, brick, gutters, and vents, so we had an opportunity to color match everything to the existing brick and trim of the house. All of the work was performed on a timely basis, and the areas around the house were always kept clean. Very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were fast and got the work done. There were some issues. There were too many people calling. I didn't know who I was speaking to or texting. I felt harassed for the insurance check. Furthermore, I wasn't told I had to pay at that time. I had two different things going on, and I thought it would be paid at the end. I found out later it was separate. They called me all day long while I was at work about the check. There are some things that were sloppy. They didn't move my furniture right. They were dragging it. Those things irritated me. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, helpful, and friendly.

Bone Dry Roofing did great with the roof, but they didn't finish the siding. No one told me when they were going to show up. When they did show up, they didn't finish the job. The roof experience was good, but not the siding experience.

Workmanship was good, 7/10. Salesmen were also friendly. We did everything exterior so we had two different salesmen (totally understandable). However, would’ve been nice to have one project manager. Instead, we dealt with like 4 division managers with varying levels of customer service and communication 3/10. Had to remind them what worked was included in the contract and double check work often. They missed several items and had to go back. Almost did gutters before soffit/fascia because that manager didn’t see it on the order. Had to wait weeks between different jobs and took months to complete everything from the time we signed the contracts. Ok if you don’t mind a long turn around and only have a couple items, but don’t recommend them for big jobs. They still haven’t come back to finish the wrapping around our garage and one of our gutter guards isn’t on straight. Drip edge also got pulled up since they did fascia after roof and it’s not longer flush and pretty. Overall disappointed.

Always arrived when promised all departments from the roof replacement, chimney rebuild and interiors all work complete on time.

Bone dry went above my expectations. The team cleaned out my gutters painted my exhaust pipe. Some spots was left behind on my siding and they sent someone out to clean them. They also kept me updated via text during the process and pictures of the step by step process!

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience working with Bone Dry Roofing. As a single woman, I’ve encountered many contractors who provided inflated estimates and impersonal service. Naturally, I expected a similar experience when I reached out to Bone Dry for a quote. However, from the initial consultation through to the final installation, their team exceeded all expectations.

We had other companies come out, and Bone Dry found out that our shingles were not available. They were smart and experienced enough to know our shingles were discontinued.

The biggest issue I have is that you tore my roof off when it was about to rain, and then it poured down rain into my open attic and skylights. Now I have a water stains on my living room ceiling as a result. Additionally, you didn't get a permit before starting the work, resulting in me getting a letter from the county threatening fines and legal action.

There is SOOOOO much that I could say , for starters illegally altering a legal document where I wrote : Homesite insurance would be responsible for the payment for my roof replacement. All but the deductible, which I would pay. This contract was altered to read only that I was concerned about receiving all black shingles on my roof. Nothing about Homesite being totally responsible for the payment , minus my deductible, regarding my roof replacement. The whole staff at Bone Dry were intending to have ME pay monthly payments at 9.9 %, until the total of 19,956.00 was completely paid off. There was NO PROOF OF APPROVAL FROM HOMESITE IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.

We had Bone Dry Roofing do a roof years ago that was damaged by hail, and they did a beautiful job when it was redone. When we got a new home in Irvington, they were the folks that we had to rely on to make sure they did a great job. Our history with Bone Dry Roofing is that they worked so hard to make sure it is as good as they can make it. As expectetd this time, they did a fantastic job!
