I am very happy with the results. I’m not pleased with the billing. I did not receive the quoted $500 promotional discount detailed in my written quote. I contacted the salesperson and the General Foreman to seek help. So far, no response after almost 2 months. I would have given them a 5 if not for this. I’m going to continue to seek resolution through more formal means.

After work is finished. A supervisor should come out and go over the work done with the customer and answer any questions that the customer may have. In my case, the roof is slighly raised in one area that I have concerns about but nobody follwed up with me to discuss.

We have used them for years on multiple homes we have had.

I am filling this out with a roof job that after several weeks is still not completed. Chimney replacement was awesome. Great crew. Happy with the outcome. When roof installed, supervisor and team worked hard, but several problems with shingles were noted after closer inspection due to problematic gutter installation. When the shingles were installed, I commented to the supervisor that the roof line seemed too high and was told when the gutters would be installed it would not look like that. When the gutter job was completed, I immediately commented that the problem areas were not corrected and unacceptable. After the gutter crew left I had to spend weeks (multiple calls and texts) to be heard and get someone out to help. Wade came out and supervised the repair of the gutter installation and was helpful in getting the gutters fixed. He noted, along with me, and sent a picture requesting a work order, of areas of shingles improperly installed. Here I sit weeks out after paying Bone Dry upwards of $25,000 waiting for my new roof to be repaired. I did suggest during the unhealthy heat a few weeks ago to postpone any repair because I was worried for the wellbeing of the crew, but there as been ample time since with no resolution.

Our salesman was wonderful. He was knowledgeable & informative. We decided to use Roof One after meeting with him.
The process of scheduling was smooth. I was concerned that the salesman said it would take two days for install but scheduler assured me they would complete the roof in one day which they did.
The day of install the foreman came to our door & explained what they were going to do & asked if we had any questions or concerns. I did have some concerns which were discussed.
The crew worked all day, finished the roof & packed up & left.
We went outside to look at the roof & realized the gutter guards had not been put back in place. I wish someone would have explained they were coming back the next day to reinstall the guards. I also wish someone would have explained that the bathroom vent fans were reconnected correctly because originally we were told someone would have to go into the attic to do this & i knew that hadn't happened. I wasn't sure if both vents on the house had been sealed as we were told would happen.
The next morning we received a call about someone coming to reinstall the gutter guards. A very nice man came & put the guards back into place & ran another magnet for cleanup. We asked about the vent fans & the table vents at that time & were told he would show us pictures of both to assure us they were done but there were no photos so he climbed into the attic & found the bathroom fans were correctly connected but only one gable vent was covered. He took care of thst issue & verified with photos.
My husband checked the gutter guards & found they were not reinstalled properly so a call was made & the next day someone came to make sure they were placed correctly.
Also we became concerned that no inspection had been done by our township. I called the township & they said they needed some paperwork from the company before they could complete the inspection. I notified Roof One & inspection was completed & roof was approved.
Then, about a month ago our gutters became plugged which has not happened since we got the guards installed. My husband had to pop some guards off & found nails & roofing material inside gutter causing it to plug up & we were told the gutters would all be flushed of material.
All in all i feel the roof is solid but with everything that happened I can not recommend this company. It makes me wonder if there were other things that were not done correctly.

Once the work was completed we encountered a lot of issues with billing and the insurance team that caused us to decide to not go with Bone Dry in the future.

Trying to get a new roof was a race against rainy weather and homeowners insurance cancellation due to bad roof. In an effort to get my homeowners insurance extended, Jade Marsh went provide extension documents (due to the rain) with my insurance company. However, insurance companies have little concern about weather delays, they just wanted it completed. The folks working in the Lexington KY office placed me on the schedule for the 1st forecasted clear weather day. True to their word, workers showed up at my house ready to go. Team leader stated he would give me text updates and pictures while I was at work. I received text and pictures of rotten wood that need replacement. This made it easy to report to the insurance company. Jade handled the majority of the insurance filing. Thanks to Jade and his team for working with me!

Always kept me informed about how everything was progressing. I appreciated the follow up by a manager couple days later to get up on the roof and check make sure everything was OK. Good quality work.

We had a wonderful experience with Bone Dry Roofing for our roof replacement! From the sales consultant that went through our options and answered all of our questions to the crew that did the installation, everyone was professional and did their jobs well! We had an issue with one of our window screens getting torn from some of the shingle debris and the job supervisor was easy to communicate with and took the screens to get replaced at no charge. We highly recommend Bone Dry for any of your roofing needs!
