BluSky representatives did not seem to be on the same page within their organization. At times, it was if the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. There appeared to be poor communication with their subcontractors. They were poor in keeping me informed of what was going on with the project. Lastly, I was informed at the beginning that this project would be completed in 30 days; when finally completed, it was beyond 90 days.
Overall BluSky did a nice job. They had a timeline and was able to keep it close to the finished date.
We were faced with roof replacement when we found black mold throughout the upper level attic. Our roofer was appreciative with the ease of coordination on the project. Once the 53 yo insulation was removed, it was discovered that HVAC runs were open to the attic and bathroom vents were going into the attic. Problem solved. Solid remediation!

They were very fast and efficient. They even helped us move a little tree in the pot in front of the house. They were very good.
I was a little floored that they charge you travel time to get to your home. I didn't really care for that. One other issue is that they said they were in our home for two hours, and there were two times that they were only in our home 20 minutes tops, and I have a camera that shows all of that.

My home was damaged by a tornado on March 14, 2025. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. The insurance company suggested their “Premier Services Program” which required me to use their “preferred contractors” who would work as the contractor as well as the insurance adjuster. I agreed and they sent a representative from Blu Sky who talked a good game but that’s where it ended.
I sighed a contract with them and they began work. However, the trust I had in them was soon broken when they had a crew of apparent unskilled workers who left roofing shingles turned up at the edges and exposed nails, they slapped up the siding, guttering and trim sloppy and non functional. They broke a water line while ripping off the old siding and refused to repair it. The gutters leak when it rains, and water flows over them during a light rain. They attempted to repair their shoddy work but with not much difference.

BluSky botched the initial estimate for our repair which derailed the entire process with our insurance and delayed our repair for three months. Then when it came time for BluSky to repair the hole in our wall that had been there for three months, they routinely ignored our calls and messages despite being the contractor assigned to the work by our insurance. After they finally got us a work authorization to sign and collected our payment, it took another 4 weeks to begin work on our repair. Terrible customer service. Complete lack of communication. We will never hire this company again.
