The only negative is the long timeline on my project.

They're response time is impeccable. The biggest issue is receiving proposals and invoices on time. They do have a smaller issue of being on time or working with more delicate tenants. BluSky is great and we absolutely would hire them again.

Additional Comments - We have had a great experience with BluSky.

It is necessary to have a ballpark of how much it will be for the restoration at the first day, it does not need to be exact but an estimate. Also, the invoices detail too much of items that make it confusing to read what exactly needs to be done or what was done yet they add in the information that looks more for their own internal information. It should be more clear without all the other hourly rate of each person and the renting of items. It should be labor x amount, materials: x amount, Raplacing x amount.

BluSky is there whenever I have needed them and their remediation and restoration services are excellent.

Had issues with the plumber and electric contractors. The work had to be fixed by other contractors, and we are still having electric problems. There is work that has not been completed, doorbell, electric boxes not working, main electric box tripping. Air conditioning unit not installed in area I asked for it to be located. Contractors not showing up on days they should have. Contractors not speaking English. Never talked to Jeff Swinson, no clue who he is. Had to hire my own contractors to do some of the work. Hang bathroom medicine cabinet, hang barn door in kitchen hire cabinet company to build and install cabinets and counter tops. Hired company to install tile and rugs, hired contractor to paint inside and out side of home. Hired contractor to fix outside sprinkler system. Hired contractor to find and fix gas leak, plumbers installed gas dryer incorrectly, and installed dish washer incorrectly, causing the system to flood under new cabinets

I have used BluSky 2 times. Both for major fire damage. Having to work with different homeowners and an HOA can be very challenging. They were able to deal with any issues that might have come up quickly and fairly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
