Andrew Cox is a stellar project manager! He is extremely proactive, very organized, timely with his updates, knowledgeable and has a flair for signature customer service! Andy worked with us through the restoration of our kitchen and floors. I commend him for his patience and his professionalism! If you have a recognition program for great customer service, I would gladly recommend him!
I would definitely recommend BlueSky. I enjoyed working with them all, the quality of the materials was excellent, and the kitchen looks beautiful. Overall, I am pleased with the work that BlueSky completed for me and in some ways they went above and beyond.
I’m only disappointed that a hole in the ceiling was left in a place where a cabinet was taken out and replaced by shelves. They said that was not in the scope of their job. I couldn’t wait to show off my kitchen, but was embarrassed by the glaring hole in the ceiling. More communication of how unexpected things would be handled with clients should be considered.
If I find someone who need a contractor I would recommend BluSky Contractors.

The crews working were great. The managers were terrible, particularly Chad Kuehn and Kayla Vehslage who often did not return phone calls or respond to emails. Work on my home did not begin until almost 3 months after the claim was started. I attribute that to poor management.
From start to finish project ran smoothly. No hiccups in between. Also communication with Melissa Lantier, Project Coordinator, was excellent. Whether communicating on the phone or in email, she was very clear and direct.
Our experience with BluSky made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Everyone that we dealt with, from Project Director (Ben), to Project Manager (Sean), to the contracting crew were responsive to our questions/concerns and very professional. We felt our project was in good hands.
Project Director Updates - When we had a need to discuss things with Ben, he was readily available to speak with us. Our Project Manager (Sean) was very knowledgeable about our project and kept us well informed and up to date.

Farmers Insurance handed us over to BluSky to set us on the road to recovery from our water damage, and we are so glad they did. From the first call from Dana our minds were immediately put at rest. Ryan came the next day to begin the great dry out.Not only did both of them have a lot of experience but they are also so very kind. They came when they said they would, and they patiently answered all our questions.. It was reassuring to be in such good hands. Later in the process we received additional help from Noel. We could not have asked for better help than these three gave us. BluSky is extremely lucky to have them because special people are needed for mitigation when people are upset about the sudden damages they have experienced. We are grateful to them!!

My job had unexpected challenges but I heard from various members of the BluSky team daily when that was the case. The final product was beautiful. I brought up a few minor unrelated issues after the completion of the project and within a day they had been addressed. I had read positive BluSky reviews before choosing them and they lived up to their reviews!
Strictly speaking about the dehumidification and removal of asbestos: the employees were friendly, checked in often, and the work was completed quickly. Enpuricon explained what they would be doing for the asbestos removal and was able to answer our questions.
Professional and Knowledgeable - Ryan and Zack were both very professional and knowledgable and perofrmed excellent work.
Compassion and Care - Ryan recognized that we were under stress from the water leak, he took the time to explain every step of the process, and kindly answered all our questions.
Communication - There was consistant communication through out the process concerning the rocess, next steps, and scheduling appointments
BluSky was a pleasure to work with. They remodeled our bathroom after water damage, and did touch-up ceiling and wall repair in a dining room. Their communication was prompt and professional throughout, their personnel were on-time, thorough, and pleasant, and their work was detailed and beautiful. Job done on time.

Project Mgr. (PM) lied to me several times about not needing to do items that were authorized and being paid for by the insurance company. PM and hardwood floor contractor did not replace the quarter-round with the same size quarter-round that was removed. PM then argued with me that the same material had been used even after being shown a sample of the old quarter-round. He then blamed the insurance company for the mistake. PM said all the repairs were completed and wanted payment, when in actuality the damage in the crawl space had not been accomplished. PM did not follow through on items that the insurance company had authorized. House was not adequately covered and/or sealed with plastic to protect the rest of the house from the floor sanding. Kitchen cabinets were to be covered (top and bottom) and they were not sealed adequately. The pantry was not packed out by the movers because the pantry was to be covered in plastic--it was not. The foyer and staircase to the second floor were to be sealed. It was not done sufficiently to stop a significant amount of sanding powder from ending up on the second floor. A knot hole pointed out to the refinishing contractor at the time of staining was not repaired prior to finishing the floor. I was then told that a knot hole such as that was typical in hardwood floors. When asked to find another knot hole like that any where else in the floor he could not. This is not the first house that I have owned with hardwood floors nor the first time that I have floors sanded, stained and refinished.
PM authorized the furniture to be moved back into the house prior to all the outstanding issues being resolved. BluSky was the worst at resolving problems and following through on promised resolutions.
