Everyone was courteous and skillful.
They took care of any issues we had during the time they completed the work.
The immediate remediation was handled well with great communication and done quickly. The repairs to the house took a long time to inspect and get the vendors out assess and repair. The vendors were good, once they were on the job the repairs went fast. Communication from Bkusky in this portion was lacking. They were quick to collect the deductible but then nothing happened for too long.
Work took a long time to complete
There were some delays but likely attributable to weather and employment situation. Quality of work is excellent.

My experience with BluSky Restoration was good. Overall, I am highly satisfied. Andy responded quickly and took care of any problems that we had. They took care of them today actually. They did a great job!
The last day, when they wrapped up, they did additional damage. They ruined my ceiling, which had nothing to do with the water on my floor. When I came home, I didn't know they were done. There were holes in my subfloor. Every single wall they were working around, I can see their dirty handprints. All the walls have to be painted and the ceiling has to be redone. When I told the insurance company, they told me they would take care of it and that happens on restoration. The two guys, Mark and Dana, were amazing.
BlueSky got the job done.
They are very kind when I speak to them, but I had to make several calls to follow-up on the status.I never received a call from them to let me know what was going on. That was frustrating. I had to stay on top of them to know that things were moving forward.
