I was informed of what would be done at each step and kept updated regularly.
They had friendly and prompt service.
Poor communication.
I don't have a comment at this time.
Thanks!

The team that was assigned to me was outstanding in everything they did. I would definitely recommend Bruce, Tim and Chris. They worked together fantastically and were very receptive to anything we brought to their attention or had questions about.
Professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with
One of the reasons I did not give them a 5 is because it was written throughout the document they gave me of the work they were going to do, that they were going to cover the floors and all the surfaces to protect them because they were doing dry wall, sanding, and installing the furnace and moving the water heater. They did not cover any flooring or surfaces. There was a lot of drywall dust all over my utility room like on my washer and dryer and in the garage. They did come back and steam the carpet after I questioned that. In the future if they are going to list that in the list of things they are going to do they should do it. Also just to protect the customers rooms. When I was given the estimate of what it was going to cost for the repair, there was a number my insurance company approved for the repair. When Patrick brought the paper for me to sign, they had rounded up that number by $15 and I am going to have to pay that extra 15 dollars and I am not sure why it was rounded up. I guess just to charge me and extra 15 dollars. They had sent a person to my house in place of Ryan, and he said he was from another company they hired to remove my furnace and water heater. I was working with him to buy a new furnace. I found out that they decided he was not going to do the work on my house, and they hired a different company. I just wish they would have decided that before they sent him to my house and decided to use them. I do feel that the work was done to my satisfaction. The men who came and did the work, with the dry wall and the heating and air, there were just a few things that I could feel like they could use some constructive criticism.
Everyone has listened to my situation and needs and have been accommodating plus very friendly and dependable, they do what they say.

I think the biggest thing was cleaning up. I thought they would do a better job cleaning. It seemed rushed.
Very prompt n Rachel was great to work with
BluSky was excellent - every single person that worked on this project was professional and friendly
.
In almost ever phase. Two examples, the our woodwork was supposed to match our flooring. IT DOES NOT. We understand stain works differently on different woods. BUT not this differently. When we protested we were told there was nothing they could really do. A second example is the kitchen island. My wife very specifically told our project manager where she wanted the island BUT it was installed in a different spot b/c he thought it "looked" better there. My wife had REAL reasons why she wanted the island where she envisioned it. Instead we had to pay the electrician an extra 200 dollars to move a light fixture over. It is not perfect but it is better than it was. There are so many other items that we were forced to swallow so they could finish the project. but we kind of live in fear about the "next" thing that will go wrong
Based on the finished result, I would consider recommending BluSky. Based on the colossal amount of screw-ups during the project, I'm going to need a little more time before I can feel good about doing that. .
The team was in and out within 2 hours. It was an awful mess, nasty, but they left it looking new. The team were professionals! Thanks to Jordan, Todd, Mo, and Chris!!
BluSky Restoration did a very good job. I was very pleased with them.
I have found blusky to be very helpful, prompt with response, and most importantly reliable (once they start something they will finish it) and with the highest quality of work.
