The only thing was when they came out to do the estimate, they said the flooring would be saved and if they could find new flooring, they would buy that. But they just threw all the flooring away, so we have to buy all new flooring for the whole thing. That is probably the only complaint or issue I have.

I appreciated the crew that showed up onsite. I think they communicated well and the work they did was acceptable.
I would NOT work with Bluesky nor recommend them because of Dan Newmeyer. He was unwilling to provide me cost numbers on the day of the incident. I was working with a situation where it was unknown what/if the insurance company would cover. As I was standing in water in my flooded basement, Dan told me he couldn't get back to me with numbers until the next day.
