They keep us up to date on every aspect of our project. They have been better at communication than our current insurance company and claims adjuster who does not communicate at all. They were late everyday. Would leave employees at our house and leave for lunch that took 3 hours. Was estimated 4 day to get all work done. Ended up taking almost 4 weeks. Gary even took his workers away from our house to clean up dog poop at this personal home.

My issues were resolved and exceeded expectations. Gary Jessup organized and communicated with me and responded b effectively.

My experience with Blue Sky has exceeded my expectations. Communication and workmanship has been extraordinary!

It has taken two months to get a small area of my basement repaired. I had a pipe break may 6th and Bluesky got involved may 8th. It’s not July 17th and my basement is still not done. Anthony was great in the beginning for the water mitigation side but Nathan for the build back is terrible. Poor communication, worse follow through. His crew was last here 6/29 and I’m still waiting for return to do touch ups. As well the crew changed each time they did come and most often I couldn’t communicate with them because they did not speak English at all. They would leave and not say anything, dust from cutting drywall has been left all over my basement, they tried covering up paint mistakes with ceiling paint. The door to my main water shut off was taken two weeks ago by Nathan to color match and has yet to be returned. I was told this was a 4 day project for the rebuild. 4 days has turned into two months. Unacceptable

Communication - Andre's communication is amazing. He always let's me know the progress of the project, and speaks to me at a comfortable level, and does not use contractor/construction jargon that is hard to follow. He is kind and compassionate with his words and truly understands the impact of whatever the disaster is, and does whatever he can to keep the stress level down for our residents and our team.

Mitigation team was great but the repairs team was not easy to work with, did not complete work in a timely manner and had to come back multiple times to fix their mistakes. We will not use BluSky again.

Terrible follow up, follow through and invoicing, I am shocked. Not as good as it use to be.

I have had great experiences with BluSky-the level of service that I receive from every member of their Kansas City team is top notch. The communication is great and they follow through with what they say they will do. Andre is wonderful to work with.
