Communication

Communication - Andre's communication is amazing. He always let's me know the progress of the project, and speaks to me at a comfortable level, and does not use contractor/construction jargon that is hard to follow. He is kind and compassionate with his words and truly understands the impact of whatever the disaster is, and does whatever he can to keep the stress level down for our residents and our team.

Mitigation team was great but the repairs team was not easy to work with, did not complete work in a timely manner and had to come back multiple times to fix their mistakes. We will not use BluSky again.

Terrible follow up, follow through and invoicing, I am shocked. Not as good as it use to be.
